Last month I showed up unannounced. I apologized for doing so because I know vets don't like when you do that kind of thing. However, my 15 yo papillon mix started to go down hill Friday night & this time my usual methods just didn't work. By Monday morning she couldn't walk, wouldn't eat or drink & I couldn't watch her suffer any longer. They charged me extra for the impromptu visit (It was very reasonable) & let us in through the side door. The vet explained everything that was going on, was very gentle & empathetic. I can't thank the staff enough for allowing my beautiful girl to pass peacefully. I've taken my GSD to this vet for her spay & vaccinations & will continue to do so with the confidence that she'll be well cared for. Thank you again.

If you’re looking for a vet office that cares about animals and people, these guys are for you. I love how they educate us on what’s going on with our animals. You also get to go with your pet to checkups and shots— basically anything but surgery. Prices are reasonable.

Best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Staff is great and vet John is awesome! I've taken three of my cats here. One was 17 years old and had cancer. He put her down for me. He took the time to explain the procedure to me, I walked in without an appointment and they fit me in. They treat my cat fatty awesome and saw him on a Sunday. Their prices are reasonable. You can tell they are in business for their love of animals and not just the money! I will never take my animals anywhere but here. Thank you all for the care you have shown my animals! ❤️

My friend took a stray kitty there, for $230. Drained the abscess from the sore foot, got his manhood taken away, and updated all the shots it needs. Not bad for the price, just a little bit far out from Athens County. I'm glad I went with her to see this place I heard such great reviews from it. Was very busy there, which is a good thing in my opinion however, like I said the drive is exhausting. My friend likes it there, that's the important thing.

In my experience, the receptionists are not very welcoming and seem like I’m inconveniencing them. With that being said, Kelly is always great with my pup and explains everything very well.

Thank you for taking great care of our animals. Miss Neela is almost 13. We had two Labs one lived to be 15 and the other was just shy of 16. We have always had excellent care without the gaint price! Wich makes it so easy to bring your animals to the vet.

Took my cat to get Neutered and he had pooped in his kennel on the way there. I had let the receptionist know he had pooped. Went to pick him up later that day.. hours later… And the poop was still in his kennel along with a pissy puppy pad that should have atleast been replaced to a clean one once sent home. Not only did they not clean the poop out that was there when i dropped him off, they knowingly put him back in that kennel after surgery and we can all imagine how unsanitary that must be. They don’t have kennels so he shut and pissed in that kennel all day while he has there. No litter box no nothing. The lesser they could have done is cleaned the poop out and gave him back with a clean puppy pad. He was also soaked in cat pee and poop.

Highly recommend! We called at 10:30 on a Saturday evening and Dr John answered. We took our dog in the next morning and Dr John fixed her broken leg. We were so very thankful.

I highly DO NOT recommend this vet for anyone who cares about their fur babies. I’ve had a few medical emergencies with my dog, and they acted like they did not care, and said they were busy. The women at the front desk never fails to be rude, in person and on the phone. From my experiences, I feel that they do not care about your animals whatsoever.

Iv only heard good things by mouth about John and his team. Cares deeply about all animals and works a lot for a vet. The price wasn't staggering for just a simple vet visit with vaccines. They also do emergency visits as a dog with a bone around its lower jaw came in needing attention ASAP. I recommend this place for anyone in the area needing a great personable vet.

Both the vets are great. They were the only vet in the aree that could get me in the day of my cats medical emergency. They are fairly cheap and down to earth people that will explain things in a super understandable way.

I took my dog in to have tests run because over night he was bloated a a blow fish and the young veterinarian said to me" before we start spending money you don't have let's change his diet. He sent the dog home, and the next morning, my pet was dead. I will never take another pet there again. I will drive all the way to Columbus b4 I take another pet there!

When we arrived with our pug Milkshake she has terrible allergies the staff was absolutely the most caring and compassionate and Dr John was amazing he diagnosed the issue and treated her. We were in and out in 30mn and didn't break the bank I would highly recommend...
