I had been looking on line for a good priced GMC Denali for a couple of weeks. I found a nice 2021 with low miles at Mark Porter Chevrolet GMC. I literally drove 5 1/2 hours from Michigan to buy my 2022 GMC 2500hd AT4. This was the first time ever seeing a vehicle on line and making the agreement, sight unseen. I could not be happier with not only my purchase, but with the experience with Jesse (sales) and Megan (finance). I would, and will come down again in the future to buy my next vehicle. Great experience and cannot say enough good about Mark Porter!!!!

We drove 45 min for a vehicle that wasn’t there. However, Travis saved the day by showing us a different one and bending over backwards to make it happen. The entire team was phenomenal. After submitting an online inquiry, Bethany Cooke promptly reached out to me with a credit application. She put me in touch with Tom Sheppard, and within a couple of hours we were ready to make a deal. 24 hours (and a 12-hour drive) later Bill Maxwell was waiting with a smile to transport me from the rental agency to the dealership—where we arrived just minutes before closing time. Soon enough I had my keys in hand and was closing down the dealership with Tom and Bobby Nickels—a solid two hours after actual closing time. It was only then that I learned that tom had 3 young kids to get home to—and a wife who was 9 months pregnant with #4! Such commitment on his part—and Bobby as well—going above and beyond to make the sale!I drove 790 miles to make this purchase—Tom and the team at Mark Porter made it all worthwhile!

The first oil change after purchasing a vehicle was appreciated. Very nice waiting room and toys for kids which was convenient for my toddler. Employees were welcoming and I had no problem there. The only complaint I have is that it took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment.

My experience was awesome. All I had to do was show up sign the papers great deal on a truck my salesman Jesse Kimes needs a raise. He came in on his day off after he had an eye procedure to make sure that he got the deal that I needed done great asset, he needs a raise. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Mark Porter, we live two hours away, it’s worth the drive because Mark Porter always gives us an amazing deal.

I repeat I repeat, do not buy extended warranty through this dealership. Better known as Easy Care Protection. Sorry to know that these people are working together, scamming their customers. If you don't believe me go to bbb reviews for Easy Care. If I would've seen the reviews I wouldn't have purchase this counterfeit warranty. I will be taking legal action and filling consumer complaint with the Attorney General. Easy Care and Mark Porter need to be stopped

Was traveling from northern Ohio to SC when my Yukon broke down. Stopped by to see if they could help, and everyone was fantastic. They squeezed us in, unfortunately was a major problem, but they got us a rental and a ride to a rental. The waiting area is really nice and just everyone in general even other people waiting were great. I would drive 3 hours south just to buy a vehicle from them. Very happy with how a bad situation turned out.

Beware of shady tactics! They did not know I would call their bluff, they told me that my pre approved lender worked outside of their company policy over and over. Well...after further review and only when I requested to speak to a finance manager all of the sudden things were cleared up on my lenders' side! They kept pushing me to fill out their loan application just to provide a simple price breakdown on a vehicle. Very suspicious and fraudulent type of tactics!

My experience with Tommy was great. I had two poor experiences in the past with a different sales rep. I was hesitant to do business with this dealership again. I am glad I returned. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, and Tommy was on top of everything. Time was an important factor for me. I feel like everything happened as quickly as possible. It is worth the drive from Parkersburg when you get connected to the right people. The finance rep was excellent as well. I finally feel as if I am an important customer. Thanks!

Should be 4.5 stars. Salesman was great, financing lady was great but the person in charge if trade ins does not understand how to transfer a title so I have to jump through hoops to do it the way he wants it done. Even after getting confirmation from both the Michigan Secretary of State and Ohio BMV that there is an easier faster way.

I do not understand why you require an insurance certificate and for you to sign a waiver just to test drive a car. You should have your vehicles insured. You are a big car dealership. Ohio doesn’t even require the people that live in that state to carry insurance. You have lost a sale! We drove over an hour just to look at this car. When someone calls and asks about a certain vehicle you need to inform them of your policy. This would save the buyer a lot of time. Will never buy from you or any dealership in Ohio! Buyer beware. If you test drive a car watch out. They may try to make you fix something you didn’t do.I did contact you by email. There was no trying to work with me. I am an outspoken person. I have never had to show proof of insurance or sign a wavier to test drive a car. But I feel it is principle.

Was not told about 250$ deductible when warranty was purchased. I could have bought 2 wheel bearing for 180$ and saved myself 70$ and would have had an extra wheel bearing.Staff was friendly, great and did fix the problem. Just overpriced as most dealerships are.
