Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with, at least this location. I rarely have issues with the one in Athens. I have had Clients got for weeks at a time WITHOUT vital medications that when I ask the pharmacy about, they say they dont have any on file and to contact the DR.....I contact the DR and the RX are there. After some pushback, the pharmacy miraculously finds the clients RX and then begins working on filling them, usually a 2-4 hour wait...or next day :( Going without medications for that long, put folks at risk and harm. I am encouraging my Clients that have had this happen to reach out for legal counsel as the neglect but this pharmacy puts their health at GREAT risk. I also encourage them to switch pharmacies, I believe as of today they have all switched. The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because you cannot give less stars.

Prescription transfer due to other pharmacy being out of stock. Fruith pharmacist told me over the phone they had med in stock. I called back next day and they told me they didn't have in stock. I had to wait 2 days. Told me to find another pharmacy on my own. This med was for my 7 year old son who had pneumonia. Fruith's didn't care. I will never use Fruith's ever again. Another customer lost to Wal-Mart, who had the med my son needed. So long, Fruth's.

Two times in a row my prescriptions weren't ready when the staff said it would be. Make sure you call them and check before you try to pick them up. It seems they have problems with getting medicine delivered to the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. The staff in the pharmacy are rude. The store has great products an prices when on sale.

Their pharmacy is slow and rude they shouldn't be allowed to be doing that crap two hours to fill A prescription that was ordered a week ahead of time it's ridiculous
