They didn't seem very customer oriented. When asking about something, instead of trying to help me find it, the 3 people behind the counter just gave a quick response and went back to talking to each other. After looking for a while I just gave up and walked out without them asking me any questions.

My friend and I purchased 2 XL dog boxes. Both employees were early 20's, my friend easily has 40+ years on them both, had to carry both boxes and load them himself, not to mention he's been under the weather lately. As he struggled out the 1st set of doors the only person that offered help was another customer...while the 2 employees stood behind the desk and simply watched. 2 👎 down. One for each dud employee.
