Tony and I went to French 500 Flea Market in Gallipolis, Ohio then drove over to Pomeroy for their Farmer's Market along the Ohio River and had lunch at Court Bar & Grill. I had the "Bungtown" Burger and he had a Pizza Sub loaded with meat, PBR on draft and I had Pepsi. Food was delicious, "Homemade Tortilla Chips & Salsa"...killer!!! Definitely going back, service, food and atmosphere was all stars...going back to try their Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza.

Friendly staff, amazing food, nice atmosphere- what else could you ask for? Even if you don’t drink alcohol (like me), you can still enjoy a good greasy burger in good company! If I could change one thing about my visit it would be to come when they have a live performance- I do love some good jazz and the blues! I might have to stop by again!

Honestly they’re out of a lot every time I’m there. They are quite possibly the best place - as in a modern bar with “gastropub” style food - in the area. They are aware of this, that’s why they can get away with charging 17 dollars for a cheesesteak. They have good bands and an okay craft beer selection. It’s a smaller place but it has a nice divey/trendy feel. I think I give it a 3 star because of their quality of food for price and the service is sub par. But again, it’s your only option for this type of outing (craft beer and good music) for miles around Pomeroy.

Good burgers and good selection of drinks! Staff was nice and helpful, food came out quick, and atmosphere was really comfortable. We ended up chatting with some new friends and they made recommendations for other places to check out. We'd definitely go back

One of my favorite music bars in the nation. The people of Pomeroy love good music, and the Grill is the place to find it. With an eclectic mix of bands making regular stops, there's always something new and cool to check out. Plenty of good beers to choose from, and fantastic food! Playing a set at the grill is always a great time.

In addition to being a superb dive bar and juke joint, they have the best pizza in the area.Their crispy thin crust beats the living daylight out of anything in Athens. You have to go all the way to Rubino’s in Columbus to get a better pizza.

This place is a cool little spot. My first time here, staff is wonderful and so is the crowd. They do live music, open mics, and even support live comedy shows. Plus they have an awesome catfish sandwich! Haha! Stop in and check em out.

Great food, every time the wife and I stopped by to eat during our summer visit here, the place was always packed and busy, sometimes it’s challenging to find a seat, but the food is great.If your swinging by, new in town and or just site seeing, and are looking for a place to eat and relax and grab a few drinks then I would recommend Court Street and Grill.Once your done you can go walk down by the river and enjoy the fresh air, or you can go walk around the small historic town of Pomeroy.

Court Street Grill is the home of the bungtown burger. The char-grilled burgers are amazing and have tons of flavor. I'd recommend any of the burgers but adding condiments because they don't come with much. Their menu is decent and you can tell they put time into it. The people are all very friendly; it's a nice local place if you are in the area. Drink prices fluctuate greatly depending on the time of years and if there are events in town.
