Cute little place. The last two times we have been there our ice cream is handed to us melting. Not slightly but terribly . My son gets a flurry and both times it looks like a milk shake. Our soft serve is dripping down the sides of the cone.. I don't know much about ice cream machines but I'm thinking the temperature may need turned down.

Tucked away in a small town this place is pretty cool. 50's style restaurant. Lots 50's nostalgia. Loved the onion rings. Food was really good. We'll be back.

Burger was extremely greasy with no seasoning or flavor. cheese sticks was not very good. Fries was decent. Hotdog had an off putting flavor and after taste and didn’t receive the slaw we ordered on it. Had to get our own forks. He said he didn’t have bacon for my burger but the employee that ordered a blt got it for hers because he had to fry it up… apparently if you are customer and he has to cook it you don’t get it. Left with a bad taste and a gut ache. Waste of 30 dollars. Never again. Maybe the ice cream is good but not going to find out either way.

Wife and I had a really nice lunch today.We both had cheese burger baskets. The food was hot and tasty! The baskets even looked great when served to us! Good food, good price, quick delivery!

Lots of room for improvement here... My family and I eat out often and like to try new places .. it was almost $60 for 3 meals and the food was... Ok at best. The burgers are tiny, the 2 patties still don't equal to one at ANY other restaurant, and SURELY the price doesn't reflect the food portions, the service was terrible, the waitress seemed to be distracted and was very short. We asked for vinegar and she came out an told my 12 year old "we have white vinegar and that's it" and walked away. Never asked if we wanted refills or needed anything or even asked if we needed anything or how the food was. . . I'd recommend going elsewhere.However, the ONE good thing out of this trip is we went to the community market for the first time and we were pleasant surprised with the variety of food items as well as the prices. Definitely recommend stopping in an takin a look.

Cannot say enough of how GREAT this restaurant is! Starting with the classic 50's diner motif, to the excellent service/management, to the cleanliness of the place, to the diversity on the menu, to the quick & hot food, and ultimately to the incredible taste of EVERYTHING we tried! We drove hours just to get here (we adventure out in search of these type places...), and it was worth the drive! Go there now and see what I mean for yourself!, you can thank me later!

Really cute restaurant. Have been waiting to go back there. The three of us enjoyed our lunch. A Swiss mushroom smash burger, a bacon smash burger and I had a chicken wrap. The said the burgers were good and the wrap was the really good. I actually had to wait a few to take a second bite the chicken was so fresh from the fryer. Really really good wrap. Stopped for lunch yesterday. My bacon double cheese burger was perfect! 4 thin smash patties filled with flavor and a buttered toasted bun was done to perfection! The onion rings were equally as good! To top it off, the service and owner is terrific 🙂. Will definitely be back!

We stopped there to get an ice cream cone and a peanut butter and chocolate ice it took them 24 minutes to make two ice creams the person working said they could not make the ice creams until the other orders were done that is not right you should not have to wait for somebody else's hot food yet cooked before you get your ice cream I don't know if they're just not their groove yet or if the person up there don't know how to multitask me and my wife loves eating up there but take that long then we'll just go on down the road to somebody that will give us faster service

Excited to try this place with my wife. First time we went, the food was great. Server was nice, but messed up our ice cream order pretty badly, which was a little concerning given that we were the only customers there. She then double charged us, but caught her mistake and fixed it. No big deal, mistakes happen.Came back today to give them another try and ordered a pizza and hot dogs for pickup. They called me when the order was supposed to be done to tell me that they were out of pizza dough. So now I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make a substitute with half of the order done and getting cold.I get that mistakes happen and this is a fairly new business, but some organization is desperately needed. We may or may not be back.

This is a MUST stop on your trip to/through Plymouth. The decor and friendly service is only a slight 2nd to the amazing food (and prices)! To sing the praises of this establishment is not enough, for when we entered they treated my family and I like we were family returning home. We truly look forward to going back soon and yes, it is worth the drive from any direction 🏆

I really like this place. Good old fashioned menu and atmosphere. I ate here last year right at the onset of the worst of the COVID-19 times. I am glad they survived. The burger that I had was hearty and prepared right. Service was excellent and the prices are reasonable. I will be back.

Really good my family would get it all the time when it was open, such a same it isn’t anymore. They’ve definitely improved from the start of 2021 to the end of it, the burgers and fries were really good. We’d get it a lot because my father worked in a house across the street from it.

I have never had a bad order here, the staff are absolutely the kindest I have experienced. The interior of the store looks to be meticulously cleaned and the food always comes promptly. Prices are very reasonable for just opening up. Overall it is a great experience and anyone who dines here will likely enjoy it.

I love the idea of this place bc its such a small town but it seems like they are very unorganized and always under staffed and a little over priced. Every time ive been there its taken well over 30 minutes to get just ice cream and its never in the order its suppose to be. I ordered 3 ice creams and watched like 3 cars come after I did and they all left before we got our order. Its seriously like this every time I go there. I gave this 2 stars bc I like the ice cream, burgers, and fries and the girls that work there are really nice and sweet.

We stopped in to grab lunch on the way back from Lake Erie. Most of us ordered 2 coney dogs (the special), and a milk shake. All of us agreed the the Coneys were great, and the milk shakes were some of the best we've ever had! It's worth taking a road trip to check this place out.

I ate there last week but had an unpleasant experience with my credit card payment. They double charged me and when I tried to speak to the manager he stated he didn't have time to talk. I left my name and number for the owner to contact me which did not happen! Finally, had to dispute the charge with my bank. Really poor customer service and a disappointing experience. The Ault's are an amazing family and I am so happy they bought it last year. The food is always great and so is the customer service. Tonight was opening night and they had a bunch of new "car hops" and they handled it great ❤
