They need better service in the auto department.Guess they don't top your fluids off anymore or do a courtesy vacuum.. on my receipt it says I declined them, but wasn't asked if I would like to have it done, and I would have.Then it said I didn't have special lug nuts, but I do. So wasn't sure if they even rotated my tires. I know they didn't balance cause the steering wheel vibrates.

Went to Walmart to buy a $6.00 light bulb. The associate had to get it from a lock case. She stated that she could ring me up in sporting goods. I just made a comment that wow people steal these bulbs. She then got a nasty attitude with me. I told her I was going to say something to the manager and she stated go ahead they don't care anyway. I just left and left everything I had in my cart and went Meijer they lost my business. And the bad part is they don't care and they show it when people have problems they do nothing. WILL NEVER SHOP WALMART EVERY AGAIN.

Experience just keeps depleting. Can't cover costs of enough staff to even pick up the phone when you call. If you need to speak to a specific department good luck. Just spent about 10 minutes listening to nothing but ringing and bouncing around departments all because auto center can't ever answer their phones. It's called the customer service industry for a reason. Maybe provide service to the customer trying to come in and spend money.

Almost no checkouts open. Most of the green lighted self checkouts, which were all empty, were reserved for 'Spark'. The employee I asked to explain this nam was rude. At the actual regular checkout I had trouble scanning an item. The young man rudely walked over, after I finally got his attention, and asked 'what have you done now,'. The store was not clean. Lots of employees standing around the front end, doing NOTHING. I will never go back to that particular store again.

If I am going to Walmart there's typically 3 I choose from because of where I live. Piqua is probably my favorite out of the 3 because the staff is so kind. They are willing to help you out and they are so friendly. Heck I had one lady help me find a hair product for my daughter mess of a mop. She spent a good 20 or more minutes going through different kids products using her phone and looking up reviews on the products to help me decide what one would be best for her. It touched my heart because she did not have to do that but I was struggling and out of the kindness of her heart helped me. The store is always clean and organized and they have just about anything you could think of that you might need to live comfortably. I have also had my tires changed at Walmart at least 3 times now in my driving career. I love that I can drop my car off and shop while they are doing their thing with my car.

The auto center is really bad. Do not buy their car batteries. If it goes bad within the warranty, more than likely they will not have a replacement and will give you the run around. The manager in the automotive is very bad at management skills. He admitted that the 3 year batteries go bad after 2 years. I have a 1 year and they have no batteries in stock therefore they will not do a warranty replacement. They either force you to pay the difference for a different battery or you are stuck with a dead battery. That's the only options they give. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!

First off I want to thank the store manager that was so helpful today, I believe his name was Nathan. He just happened to be walking by as I was struggling to find an item, he asked if needed help and then walked us directly to the item. Then ask if i needed anything else, and walked me directly to my next item. Amazing customer service.

I have been going here for 8 years consistently.The management team is absolutely amazing the car side grocery loading associates are extremely hard working and always so nice. This store is more stocked than it has ever been great job bye department associates for staying on top of ordering.

IDK who or what your managers name is that is in charge of the grocery stocking crew on 1st or 2nd shift, all I know is she's about in her 40s maybe but she seriously needs to stop yelling and cussing my daughter or something will be said!! There's no reason to cuss your employees nor any grounds for that! Upper management better resolve this lady or it will go as high as corporate office

Well, what can I say! After almost endless search for isle Z in Piqua ohio walmart and being ignored or told countless times "I don't know I just started here I can't help you". I tried one more time for help asking an older gentleman for directions to isle z, he said he didn't know and he just started also. But he found out and helped me. Turn over must be outrageous and not very good training.

One of the best walmart experiences ever. They had my favorite protein bar i cant find anywhere i go. Milo got a toy. I stocked up on some drinks. The self checkout rep was very helpful. The people shopping were friendly. Im glad i came here. Found a much sought after treat. Truckers are welcome here. Planet fitness across the street. Dairy queen right here too. Milo loves his new toy from Walmart.

It's a necessity to go to Walmart but not my favorite place to shop. You have to walk around so much "stuff" to use self check outs. This annoys me. Just a marketing ploy to get people to buy more. I just want to get my items & leave! Liked it better when they were open 24 hours.

I found boot cut jeans, which I always have a hard time finding in my home city of Niles.The ladies working at the fitting rooms, however, seemed too busy for me, so I picked a dressing room and helped myself.

I really like coming here, the people are really nice here, not like where I live. The store was well marked and very clean. The cashier was very nice and carried on a real conversation with me while ringing up my purchases. More cashiers should be like that, not rude.

We have to scan your own groceries but they can't have self scanners open and still have to stand in line for there incompetence of running supervision over self scanner.

Very clean, orderly, with polite employees. Most Walmart locations represent their home city well by offering merchandise donning local High School or College colors. Could only find popular regional team merchandise. Worker confirmed no High School merchandise was available at this time.The Kroger on the other side of town has local sports team merchandise.

Shopping was good. Some items are up to high to reach. Check-out was better then before. Some shelf were empty,Most employees where friendly, Some acted like they didn't want to be there.
