It was a quick stop. Went in and was directed to the isle that had the item I was looking for. Found the item and paid and back out the door in about 5 min. Very clean store. Was not busy at the time I went in.

The staff are great. Returned an item purchased online and they went above and beyond to make sure the transaction was processed correctly. Hard to find that level of service anymore, thanks. Not to forget the store itself, they have everything. From toys to tools and everything in between. You'll have plenty to look at, they have a great selection. A+

Stopped in today to special order an item, and as soon as I walked in a friendly guy named Dan welcomed me and asked to assist me. I mentioned I spoke with Jennifer about an item and he escorted me right to the spot to process my special order. And then assisted the girl at the front counter when she had a system issue getting it to process. She was super nice and they both worked well together and got me taken care of with A+ service.

Bought 2 blade adapter kits for my mower recently, they both broke! I was able to get a return, which was good. Brenden (sp) was at check out. He was nice and helpful on both trips I had to made, takes 1/2 hr. to drive there. The one thing I want to caution people about, my local (Sidney) store they had none in stock, so I went ALL the way to Piqua, come to find out, was told by Sidney's "manager/owner", you can't go by what it says online (why have a site then?). Anyway, the guys at Piqua were very nice & attentive as well when I went to pick them up & explain what was going on with the mower. Thank you!

I love this place. There is a gentleman there that has helped me both times that I have been in there...I believe his name is Bill. Great guy...always helpful. Unlike Home Depot or Lowe's you don't have to hunt someone down forever to get help...and nine times out of ten you get someone that doesn't have a clue about what your asking. Just feels like a family place. When it's really important to get...thats where I head to.

Extra ordinary service here. Katelyn was first helpful in directing me to aisle 7 for gloves. Tim Rose came up to me later and further assisted. As I was checking out, I told Katelyn that there were no size medium Jersey gloves and she went into the stockroom to check for any medium sized gloves. No dice on the gloves. Left very happy I stopped in. Recommend highly this store.
