I bring my dogs here during the cold months to get baths. Great set up! Also a special thanks to Jacob who took the time to fit my dog in a harness. After feeling this wasn’t the best for my dog he then offered another walking tool, took the time to fit it and allowed me to walk around the store. I’m very please with my purchase and the pricing was great as well!

Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Some pricing is high, but they have weekly sale promos and offer a reward program. The dog wash area is the best. It's well stocked with supplies and very much worth the $10 fee!

Perfect experience here! Kind and helpful woman--hate that I didn't get her name! She was wonderful as we were giving our new puppy her first bath. If you are near, visit and buy your pet supplies. We love the aloe and tea tree oil shampoo!

Kelli is the sweetest manager! So helpful, especially as a personal shopper. She is super patient and willing to go the extra mile to help every customer get everything they need and a few extra treats for the good boys. We drive a long way to see our family vet and it's an added bonus to stop next door and see Kelli. She always makes a stressful trip to the vet's office a little more pleasant.

Always so friendly. Love bathing our choc lab there, no lifting he can walk right into the tub. Booked groomer can not wait to see how he does. We bought several beds that are still in great shape, I just have a bed in three rooms where we spend time this way he is comfortable. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. The Pet Valu in Piqua is the ONLY pet supply store for me. The staff is friendly and courteous, and you can tell they care for your pets just like they were their own. They host cats that are in need of new homes, and hace detailed information about each. They have self serve pet bathing stations, with different products that are free to use while there. They are well stocked, and choose their items based on research and what they find to be safe and best for the animals. The groomer is extremely talented, and is the only person my very timid dog will let near her for a nail trim. The manager gets to know their customers, and even remembered what food my dogs eat without reminding. As far as products, they have a large variety of pet food brands, and are knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each. Their live insects always come in good shape and moving around. Piqua Pet Valu is the best!

Nice clean store and friendly staff. They carry lots and lots of toys and treats. They have things for more than just cats and dogs like tutle food, crickets and worms. They also have wash stations for dogs.

I'm actually in town working for a while. I had stopped in to get a few things for my dog and to wash her. the ladies were amazing, they took so much time to help me find what I need. they even played with my puppy.

Went to see a rescue cat only. filled out an application. Just waiting on a call back. I could not hold the cat was the only draw back. The sales person was friendly and guided us through the process.

Had to leave when I saw how they kept their beta (tiny) fish. Won't do business with a company that does that and will strongly urge all I know to boycott them. Where is PETA when you need them?

Went to the store and bought 4 boxes of crickets 3 out 4 boxes was dead. So if you get anything else there it's ok. Do not get the crickets.
