Nice place. It would have been a standard grocery run, but Addi and Issac who checked out my groceries chatted with me and were patient as I tried to find my Kroger card. Really nice people here.

I wanted to pay half of my food stamps and half of my card. And then they acted like I was a nuisance to them even though they weren't really doing anything. And I told the guy that you need a fix Your machines And he looked at me with a dead expression on his face and said o k, like it's not okay, I had enough money. I won't back here again for a while.

I placed a pick-up order. Picked it up the next day and thought the transaction was smooth. That is until I got home and pulled up my digital receipt. I was charged over 8.00 for 1 tomato that was weighed at 2.81 lbs andy visa card was charged over 15.00 for 7.98 worth of taxable products. I returned to the store with the tomato that was reweighed at 0.71 lbs, not 2.81 lbs.I was refunded my money but was not offered an apology and customer service seemed very irritated with me. No more shopping at Kroger for me.Check your receipts people.

Piqua store is too small & always dirty. Shelves always bare, especially if advertised as on sale don't even waste your time. Errors in items priced very frequently. I very rarely shop here anymore for these reasons.

I can't find what I need .The shelves are not fully stocked. . I noticed the price of the food went up . many times there are no carts yet I saw an employee standing in the parking lot doing nothing but looking at her phone. She must get paid to play on her phone .while A few other customers and I had to go outside and grab our own carts.it must be nice for the lady in the yellow vest to get paid to stare at her phone while the customers bring in their own carts. I don't write reviews often but I thought someone should know that somebody is getting paid to play on their phone while the customers go back outside to fetch their own carts. This place has went downhill the past few months that's for sure.

I don't mind self checkout at all,but why will the 2 grown men working it NEVER offer to scan my water anymore? Are they now not allowed to do this? It so irritates me. Last time I went the dairy area was low on everything and I blew it off but it was even worse this time.

Terrible, hate the remodel. Need more checkouts with cashiers and baggers and less self checkouts. I don't pay your prices so i can check myself out and bag my own items. Customer service is much needed. Waited over 30 minutes in line for checkout and had people budding in line because your store is set up for people to do that and not realize that they are in line incorrectly.

Not well managed, one lane open for checkout with a very long line. Maybe they should stop focusing on self checkout and focus on customer service. This is always an issue, will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always have the most pleasant experience here. Must be a great manager, a true friend to our community. For some reason I actually enjoy shopping again. Thank you for keeping everything so clean, unlike your competitor east of you guys on Rte 36.

I moved to the area in May and tried to get some rolls of quarters here because it's very close by. They said they couldn't because of a "change shortage".... They told me they need to wait for their bank to supply them with more. It's now been over 3 months since then and they're saying the same thing. So, they're either lying or their bank somehow hasn't been able to supply them with change for 3 months.

Moving more & more toward self checkout, self scan, etc. Took several parking spots near the front door & used it for some kind of curbside pickup. No one is ever parked there when I visit. I pay full price for my groceries, therefore I expect an employee to ring up my items.....not me. And to top it off, just as you get used to where things are, they rearrange the entire store. Starbucks is ridiculous, and takes up needed space, as I can purchase a 20 oz. mug of black coffee across the street at Speedway for 99 cents. I do not have any problem with the employees, as they have been very helpful over the years and some go out of their way to do so.

A nice family was playing music in the parking lot not to loud not bothering anybody at all and the store called the piqua police due to them asking for donations. The police then interrogated the father for no reason at all!!Last time I checked the piqua police have way more important things to handle then to harass a family down on luck! I know drugs and theft are a huge problem in the community why not invest your time in that piqua pd! It’s a holiday weekend, I bet plenty of drunk drivers are out go bust them!! I bet mayor kris lee would be real impressed by the actions I seen today! Real nice piqua pd real nice!I will never be back to the piqua krogers I will take my business to Troy or to Walmart for my needs! Absolute disgrace!

Sales can be great and I like the coupons I get in the mail and the Free Friday Download. Also, this is the closest large grocery store to my house so I frequent it in a pinch, but prefer other stores for everyday prices and convenience of shopping from home and just picking up my weekly groceries.

I like the remodel, I don't like that they skipped removing the old dirty ceiling tiles and did not remodel the public bathrooms. Both omissons really bring the remodel job down. I wish, like Troy, OH, they would have torn down the old building and built a newer, bigger store with more selection. Meh...

Go here often to get small things, and I recently bought a container of ice cream. ... I got home and realized it was cracked open on the top, and i decided to call the store. Someone named Josh answered and said i could come in and get a replacement, and apologized for inconvenience. I only live a minute away so I went back and the customer service lady was very understanding. All and said very kind and friendly staff. Thanks guys! 😁👍

I feel this store is just going downhill!!! There are hardly ever any check out lanes open!!!! The enployees are very rude!!! Nothing ever seems to be stocked!!! The buggies die half way through shopping and no one wants to help you and when they do you wish you wouldn't have even asked. The pharmacy is ridiculous, waiting times are long and I have went to pick scripts up and they weren't even filled??? If it wasnt for convenience i would go elsewhere

Cashiers are friendly. I dislike the. new self serve cash out. The remodel of the floors is a mistake due to concrete flaws. I wish Publix Markets we're here as I'd use them. If I could give a negative star, I would.

A good Kroger store. Merchandised well. Two concerns today. One being the fresh fish section. A fishy smell and I mean a stronger than normal. My thought bad product in the case. Today must of been a bad day for employees. No smiles or plesant attitudes. Sad that people don't appreciate there jobs. Attitudes are set from the top down. It just isn't this particular store for there other stores with same problems/attitude. Oh well I am just another customer with an opinion.

This place is absolutely sorry; however, they are not sorry for it! Never do they have anything in stock, they never want to help you out, but when they do, it takes forever. The produce department especially is gross, the greens are wilted and smell like mildew and the fruit isn’t even edible more than half the time. Definitely drive the few extra miles to Troy and do not go to this Kroger!

They just can't leave this store alone. Always feel the need to move items around. As a customer I like to be able to walk to what I'm looking for instead of having to search for it.
