I can say the prices aren’t always my favorite however, Piqua goodwill has amazing customer service!! Hands down I have never had bad service there. The workers are always so nice!! Always up for conversation and also happy. Christian is a very outstanding employee who is always in there when I’m there. They do their job well! Not just a shout out to Christian but to the other employees too!! I will come in there every other day and happy to say I can find something I’m trying to look for! Even if I don’t buy nothing the environment is safe and healthy to shop in.

Very clean and nice Goodwill. However, you have to have a key to get into the bathroom, and there is no sign on the bathroom door saying that. I stood outside the bathroom for a while waiting for the person I thought was in there to come out. After a while I finally asked someone and they said corporate made them take down their sign because it wasn't an official sign. So, I went and got a key and you facility. When I took the key back a supervisor was at the desk. With key in hand I said you all need a sign on your bathroom door I had been waiting there for a long time. He just stared at me and smiled and said nothing. So, here's my suggestion. You need to get an official sign for something.

Overpriced! seen stuff in there from dollar tree marked twice the price you'd pay for it at dollar tree new. Stuff in pretty rough shape. I use to love going there but anymore it's disappointing

My wife and I pulled up at the donation location at 8 PM to donate a small loveseat. The doorman came out and wrapped up the sensor you drive over (my wife had already driven on it) and stated no donations after 8pm. We asked kindly if they would take one item, as it was literally 8pm and only a small couch. The boy went inside and some other employee came out, said no more donations, and went back inside. We are livid.

The staff has always been very kind and nice there, when I donate they are patient and always come out to greet me. The cashiers always smile and talk to me. I also like that you can park your car and shop at a couple stores around it too!

This Goodwill is the most rude Goodwill, or store PERIOD, that I have ever stepped foot in. I was in Piqua Goodwill last week for the first time. As soon as I walked in it seemed it was going to be a bad experience. Idk why but my intuition was on point. The atmosphere was dreary, gloomy, quiet. Nobody spoke. There were no friendly "hello's". No one person asking if help was needed. I saw one lady in the store that even though she was a shopper, didn't seem like she was a shopper. Maybe a secret shopper b/c she kept her eyes on me and seemed to follow me. I didn't see any employees around until it was time for me to check out. And while I was at the counter it seemed the two employees hated thier job. I accidently put my items in front of the wrong counter and the guy looked at the lady and kinda "huffed" and I apologized and placed them in front of the lady's register. She barely looked at me and threw my things in the bag. I even made a comment on how I loved all the reading glasses and she didn't even acknowledge I had spoke. Just kept ringing me up n throwing my things in the bag. Never, NEVER again will I step foot in this store. The "employees" we're an older man and a black hair tatted women. Ride is all I can say. Shame on YOU TWO!

This store is extremely over priced hence why people are donating less and less. The same stuff has been on the shelves for months. To put it simple.. if you buy something brand new at walmart and pay $15 then this goodwill is smoking crack and will charge $13 for the same thing used. They also keep sending the good items in the back to the goodwill e commerce so they can sell the items online for more money

they have jacked prices so high you may as well buy brand new from a regular retail outlet! I use to donate but not anymore when they get everything free but have the gull to price everything as tho it were brand new! Theigetting

I'm disappointed in Goodwill. The prices for home goods are almost as much as retail. It's not fun to go when anything good is priced high. These items are donated. I feel the prices should reflect that. It's getting pretty tough to find a treasure at Goodwill these days.

There was a women a man and an older lady the older lady was disrespectful towards her employees she seemed like the manager. She was hateful and ungrateful toward the women to the point she was in tears she was loud and inappropriate. That poor women was just trying to do her job.

I like shopping at thrift stores, you never know what you might find. I found what I was looking for at this Goodwill store. The workers were friendly and helpful.

This was the best Goodwill I have ever been in, and I go to a lot. It was super clean, all their merchandise was in fabulous condition, and the staff was competent and charming. Ok, also hilarious. It almost makes me want to move to Piqua.

I love Goodwill but it's so sad that they don't do jewelry anymore they put them online and try to get way more money out of them from the donations that breaks my heart but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the stores
