Inquired about a particular product 3-4 weeks ago, gave my info to the associate, she said she would let me know within a few days if the product wasn't available, or it'd be apx 10 days to get it in. Haven't heard a peep from anyone. Will not be returning.Updated from 1 to 3. Eventually got what i needed.

This is a great farm and ranch store. I was really glad to find it. I used to live I a region with small farm and ranch store chains, some if the stores were small,and so.e very large similar to Rural King. Of course there were TSC stores as well. Family Farm & Home is a nice alternative to places like Rural King and TSC. They have some of the same items, and similar items, but they have refreshingly different items. The kind of things you only see from smaller stores or store chains.

REALLY NOT happy that the bag of horse feed I recently bought had roaches in it. After dumping it into the grain bin they scattered everywhere, now I have to deal with how to kill them. I feel the store should do more to prevent roaches from getting in the bags of pet food.

What a joke! I've worked on many projects and have bought supplies here I went to take a couple things back and exchange them for the exact same thing but a different size and they told me they could not do that because they are Under New Management! Even though I have done it many times here this place was great when they first opened but now the people that work there don't have a clue what they're doing they don't even know where stuff is at in management wouldn't even come up to talk to me I will never shop here again in fact I would put money on it that this place is closed within a year! Tractor Supply I'll just continue to go to you or across the street to Home Depot. Oh by the way I was going to spend more money I've been to many stores and when you don't have your receipt they give you an in-store credit I wasn't expecting any money back so I don't know why this was such an issue but I promise you I'll never step foot in that place again I don't care if I have to drive 10 or 15 minutes south or north I'm tired of bad customer service!

I wish they had more places like this in our local area.Yes, we have TSC, Rural King, but I like this store a lot. Isles a wider and makes for an easier shopping shopping experience.Looking for something special, ask a clerk, and they will take you right to it.The prices are comparable to the stores above so go in and see what you can find. You may be like me and drive out of my way to shop for those special things I need.

Great place for lots of stuff for the farm, yard, and you guessed it... the home. Seriously I love the customer service here. They are like family, like sitcom family not like the family you get at holidays that talk loud & leave half drank water bottles around the house but the good kind that share their feelings & nourish each other with praise and love and compliments.

I am completely blown away with the amazing service that I received last night. Remember, way back when, you used to be able to go into a place of business and feel respected, taken care of and valued? When you felt good about a purchase because you trusted the people you were buying from? It's a lost art to say the very least, until last night, it had been quite a while since I felt like a valued customer. Luke was amazing to work with, he spoke about the piece of equipment we were looking at in a very knowledgeable way. He wasn't pushy or condescending, in fact he was very enthusiastic about the product. Piece of mind is important when you're dropping $8600 on a new mower. He explained benefits and financing options with us, he walked us through the Homegrown Rewards program and provided an experience that gained them a customer for life!Thank you to Luke and the entire staff who were friendly and actually treated us like family!

Love visiting Family Farm & Home! Of course, I was there for the chickens. They had quite an assortment. No Americanas, though, so we bought some feed instead. Next time. BTW, if you have any questions, ask for Amy or Mike. They're awesome and they will help you.

After checking my "go to" the local Rural King, several time for chicken scratch with no luck, I found a bag here.It also had smaller (than 50lbs.) bags of cracked corn and sunflower seed at a better price than other stores I looked at. If I had the space, I'd get the 50 lbs bags at a better cost per lb., but these bags are more for less than a lot of places.

Been here a few times. They offer a few things different from your other farm stores. Prices on somethings are in line with the others but then some things are alot higher. Customer service has always been hit and miss. Some of the employees are nice. Some some are rude. I don't like how half the time nothing is priced. Clearance toys for Christmas are half done like someone didn't want to finish the job. I contacted them before about the bulk plot seed by the pound not having a single price tag on the bins anywhere. The live chickens in the Spring and Summer if they mark them down it's never clear as to which ones are marked down. My biggest complaint is customer service and the price tags missing from items. Guess the other reviewers only been the store once and that's it!

Would give 0/10 if I could. I was parked here with a pick up and trailer to exercise at planet fitness which shares a lot with this farm store. Then I planned to go to the farm store for roughly 1k worth of equipment. Owner called the police because my truck was blocking the view of his store from the street. He could've asked me to move as I saw him dropping a trailer and I even waved to him and his son. Instead he involved the police who asked me to move to the other side of the exact same lot. Family Farm lost a sale and customer due to their terrible customer service.

I love this store. I discovered it a few months after moving to Miami County, and during my first visit, with the help of a very patient, kind employee, not only found the perfect type of fencing for my small backyard project, but also learned I could put it up, myself, which I did. The employees make this such a great place to shop or even to browse; they take time to make sure customers questions are answered without ever coming across as being overbearing or as if they’re only trying to sell something. I visited the Piqua location with my guide dog and they were kind, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable about etiquette around both guide dogs and individuals with vision loss. Definitely will be returning again!

Dont stock parts for pellet stoves but they had fan assembly on shelf found by part number and internet. Over 60 miles but picked up that day and staff had at checkout when I got there. Got my pellet stove going again on a cold day. 2 days to a week if delivered to house. Glad to find in stock.

It's a pretty cool store if your a hobby farmer to a full time farmer. Pets and bird supplies, seeds and gardening tools. Plus there's lots of outdoor furniture and cutsie items. I love the chicks and baby ducks they carry in the spring time. Fun store for the whole family.

Usually get hay for my horse here. Some of the staff are friendly, some could use a lesson in friendliness and not talking about others. You never know if the customer might know and like the person staff are bad mouthing.

We love it in there . We buy all our pet food and supplies here. We take our puppy and they always give her treats. They have a nice supply of live stock supplies and animals like ducks,chickens,and rabbits.
