Dollar Tree is actually my favorite store. And the one in Piqua is the best one in my opinion. I LOVE crafts and they have the most crafts I've seen so far. My grandsons and I will go in almost everyday to buy something for our craft bag or they'll buy $1.25 toy. Can't beat that 😁 Usually it turns into 4 toys. Anyway, the couple people I've seen working most the time are very friendly. It's good to see nice, friendly people in customer service. You don't find that often anymore. So, since this is my favorite Dollar Tree, 5⭐ Let's not mention that I even travel 10 miles to get there 😁

The 2 workers on 10/11/2022 legitimately made my night. I went to Dollar Tree to get a couple of items and had been having a bit of a rough day. These two made my night and put me in a better mood. Their sense of humor was so welcomed, and I would not have expected to have my night made at Dollar Tree, but here I am writing this review. I just want them to know I appreciate their humor and to let them know they made someone’s day!

The store is clean and the lady that mainly works in the evenings is so kind and great at customer service. My only complaint is the shelves are always bare for home decor, and they don't have a lot of what the other dollar stores are carrying as far as crafting supplies. A whole wall where the shore and nautical stuff was is completely bare. Other stores have their lemon and bee stuff out. I have seen nothing. There are vases, rub off transfers, just a lot of things I am not seeing here. I was very disappointed the last two times I went. I watched you tube videos of other people's DT hauls and I haven't seen any of what they are getting in stock. I hope they get stocked up soon and stay that way. The location is convenient but the inventory leaves something to be desired.

The Dollar Tree in Piqua Ohio is excellently stocked for back to school items and other things that they normally carry. When I went there all of their shelves were very full. And everything was very neatly arranged. There was no clutter at all of any kind of merchandise that was not put away yet. Also the cashier name Mindy was extremely kind and very helpful.I visited Piqua, Ohio Dollar Tree again on 08-06-2022. And I wanted to let people know that there is lots of autumn items in the store that will make Crafters very happy. I also want to recognize two people who were very nice to me today who work there. Brenda the cashier, and Michelle who was stalking the shelves. It's the people who work at that location who make it such an enjoyable shopping experience. They're always friendly, they keep the store well stocked, and that makes it fun to go there. I hope Dollar Tree gives their employees recognition for a job well done.

I LOVE dollar tree. The staff here is always kind BUT today I really needed to use the restroom....and if I didn't have to absolutely have to go, I wouldn't have. It smelled FOUL and just felt really nasty. The toilet isn't clean... I already had a mask on but used my shirt over that it was so bad.

Worked there for about six months and the management was extremely poor. Lots of drama for people who are adults, and have kids of their own. If hired on expect to be the only person who can drive anywhere due to no manager having a license. Expect workload piled on to you too because the people there don't want to do the work required already. Don't expect District or General managers to do anything about it, they are as poor as employees.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to shop. Had a very polite cashier. In fact a customer who was ahead of me told her that and gave her an A plus. And I agreed.
