Thought they did a good cut, but never asked if I wanted a return appointment and when I called to get one this last time they didn’t returned my call. Altho my puppy was locked on all fours when I did take him so I am ok with not going back.

I love taking my dogs here. I have two big babies who are scared of everything but are always so excited walking into this groomers. The girls do such a great job taking care of them and they always look so good when they’re done. The prices are reasonable and they can always get me in. They work around my schedule which is amazing. I’m so glad I found this place I don’t plan on ever going to another groomers ever!

Very Friendly atmosphere. They have always done a good job with our Golden Retriever Lucy. She looked wonderful with her short Summer cut. I highly recommend them.

We took our dog Buster in today for his first grooming here, and first in a while. He was a mess, we hadn't been able to get him groomed for a while. They did a great job and were professional and reasonable. He look great and strutted around the house all afternoon! We will definitely become regulars. Thanks!

At first I thought this would be a great place to take my dog to the groomer for the first time. I read tons of reviews and with few bad ones I thought great this will be a nice place to take my nervous boy. I how ever have become more and more upset. Upon picking up my dog every thing seemed fine however one I got him home things got worse. My poor boy had two BIG cuts on both his ears (yes, he did have some mating but I've shaved his ears before without this much blood) He now (4 days later) still is bleed with two huge sores on both ears :( so disappointed in this and the fact no one even mentioned this to me at pick up to watch out for it!

First time visit. Took two dogs. One Chesapeake Bay Retriver and one Golden Retriver. They did a good job on both. Will take them back again. Only thing we didn't like was they had a dog running loose in there which was distracting our dog. We appreciated that they didn't put our dogs in a cage. They were waiting on the table for us.

My review is gone so I am redoing it, I took my dog there for an appointment, I live alone, work 2nd shift, I took her early so I could pick her up before I went to work, well 6 hours later I had to a friend to pick my dog up she was not ready after all that time. Got home from work that night and my tiny dog is hiding from me, she is unable to walk, her back end is curved, her tail is crooked, bent under her body, she is in pain, I do not know what happened, but I am guessing they either let her fall from a table, or they held her by the tail, she had a back spinal injury, took weeks for her to recover, I believe that is why they took so long grooming her because they needed her to recover from the injury. I wish I would have read the reviews because hurting the dogs they groom seems to be the normal for this place.

Worse time ever.Took all day ,it stunk of pee and poo and hair up to your ankles ! The one groomer grabbed a dog's mouth and squeezed it close ( ruffly) because of it barking ! Won't be going back,i definitely was disappointed 😕

My first visit to this business, and I will not be back unless changes are made. Love to support local business, but due to unsanitary conditions, I will not be taking my dog back there anytime soon.Hair from previous groomings is everywhere, including on top the grooming stations. My dog was brought back for a nail trim only, and she was hoisted up onto a station where there were still chunks of dog hair from a previous appointment. Completely unsanitary. And, as dogs will do, she flinched during the trim, and it accidentally cut the quick. Would not have been worried, except for the fact that some other dogs' fur and whatever other matter that might've been on the table now was stuck to her bleeding nail/paw.Please clean your stations before welcoming the next dog onto your grooming table. Wipe it down and make it clean so that no dog is exposed to another's fur or body matter. Especially in the case where a dog flinches during a trim and there's any possibility of that open wound coming into contact with your surfaces.Ladies working were very nice and accommodating, so maybe changes in cleaning policy can be made and it will be somewhere I can feel comfortable taking my dog again in the future. But at this point, I cannot recommend.

Today was Jordy's first visit to the groomer. He looks perfect and was happy as a clam there. He's 3 months old and cute as can be. I highly recommend Alya's!

This used to be a great groomer when Dawnelle had it. Took my dog here for about 2yrs. Last time he was there was June and for 3 weeks after his visit every time my husband or I would move our hands he would flinch and coware as though he was going to be hit. He has never acted like this. I have never hit my dogs or had them be skiddish so I will not be returning.

Awesome! She got my dog Junior in, at last minute, Saturday before Christmas, handled him in a way that very few people have been able to do. He looks and smells great! But most impoortly, it was stress event for him. Will definitely go regularly. Thank you!!

Had 2 dogs groomed and bathed. Got home found both dogs cut under ears, one worse than the other from clippers. Called left message 2 days passed and called again. Owner answered and claimed they didn't realize they had cut the dogs. I understand things happen but shouldn't I have been informed of this ??

Our puppy, Agnes, is a very anxious girl and they took just great care of her!!! Definitely will go again. We found our place!!! Added bonus we bought her 3 new puppy dresses!!! Loved them!

This is a terrible place. My dog's nails were not all cut. My dog's had mat's in their hair and they were not combed out or shaved. My apt. Was at noon and they were done at 4pm. I went to the vet the next day because my dog's nose was cut. Do not go there!!!!

They had such great service and did not take a lot of time at all. And the way they groomed my dog was sooo cute. Over all if your going to get your dog cut you need to go to dirty dog pet saloon❤️

Good experience, they did a great job with the haircut on my dog and the pricing was very fair. Although, they did nick my dog a little but could have also been my dogs fault. Overall good experience.

Took my dog to get groomed not even 10 minutes later he ran out of the building because they tried to get him out of the create and he ran away all over town then he ran all the way up park ave or so where and we searched for 39 minutes then found him home. So I do not recommend this place because they lost my dog.
