I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. Loved my exp here n will b back!

Bad experience today but not the normal. Normally love this place and I let a simple mistake upset me more than normal. It did affect my entire day off work however and I do not get many. They usually treat me great and the only store I actually hold a credit card to if that says anything. A little training could help so it’s always a 5 star experience.

I purchased a pair of Wrangler jeans some time ago. They still had the tags on them, but they were the wrong size and didn't hang on to the receipt. I went to customer service counter and explained the situation. They were great about taking them back, as well as having the right size shipped to my home at no charge. Great customer service!

Fairly priced feed store with plenty of options regardless of the animals you have. They carry a large variety of work clothes and boots. They also carry PPE like safety glasses and gloves.A decent variety of tools as well. Not nearly the variety as a home Depot or Lowe's, but they carry plenty of hand tools and more pneumatic and welding supplies than most big box stores do.

I shopped at the Pickerington store today, (Father's Day). I am disabled. I needed help finding an item which they had listed on their website as being in stock. I asked one employee and he pointed to the isle that he thought the item would be on. My wife and I were both trying to find the item. She went to ask for help again. The young man that showed up wouldn't help us look. He said "if you don't see it we don't have it".I told him that it was a long drive over to the store. I asked if he would help us look. He got up in my face and nearly touched the end of my nose with his finger. He said I'm not going to argue with you about it. Then he walked away. My wife and I were amazed by his behavior! As we were leaving the store, I asked to speak with the manager. The cashier called for him, and the same young man showed up. I told him that that kind of intimidating behavior was not acceptable. I told him that I needed to report him. His response was "go ahead hotshot, knock yourself out!" He said "we're a multi-billion dollar company. Do you think that your review will harm us? He picked up the phone and said he was going to call the police to report me as a trespasser. As we left he yelled after us "Happy Father's day."

Love Tractor Supply... A store I never checked out and when I finally did fell in love with it. Great place to get bird supplies... All kinds... Hardware.. if you've never been, go check them out. You will be surprised what their inventory looks like.

They had something “miss marked” but clearly marked and price was wrong. I drove 30 minutes in there to buy it after receiving a call they had them cheap. Get there and the manager was very rude to me said he wouldn’t argue it wasn’t that price and he wouldn’t sell it for that. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and fuel at $5.25 a gallon. I’ll take my business to rural king from here on.

November 14 at 5:20. Just walked out after my first time visiting. 1 employee helped me in the store and the other rang me out. I didn’t get their names but if your their boss they did a phenomenal job!! Super nice and helpful. Even went out of their way to give me info I didn’t even know I needed. Amazing service

I have been looking all over town for economical rain boots for work. This store was the only one that had them economically and that came up to the knee or close to the knee. I purchased a 6 inch flue brush and pole for the brush. I looked at four other stores before Tractor Supply. I sure started at the wrong store. Lesson learned. Great store and great staff.

My go to place for all things lawn and garden. I like the farmhouse decor they have too. Also, they are dog friendly, and we love talking our pup places with us. The employees and very kind and were willing to help make sure we got the right parts for our lawnmower

I am a long time customer of tractor supply. However, for the longest time they had no competition. TSC prices were never low, but they kept getting higher. Products are good, but not a large selection of hard parts. Employees are very friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable. I will go back to the store for products they are competitive on and I know they have in stock. Otherwise, I will probably go to a store that has a better selection and lower prices.

The neighborhood I live in makes home delivery risky business, so I order on-line and have my orders sent to the store. That way I always get what I want and it is always in stock. They have a service desk for your convenience and several people available to assist you. It was a great experience. Plus, ordering on-line helps you resist the impulse buys, since you always need what they have.

I recently purchased a cub cadet lawn tractor from this store. At the time their deliver que was two weeks and i couldn't wait that long. The manager offered me a free trailer if I wanted to haul it myself. That worked out perfectly. A couple weeks later I was back at the store for other items and saw they had marked my tractor down $100.00..The manager gave me the 100 back with no hassle at all. I love this store and it's management.

What a Tractor Supply should be - clean, well- lit, helpful staff, well stocked. I got there two minutes before closing and was treated like they would be open for hours. They only had one bag of the rabbit food I needed but I only needed one bag, so we were good! Not as big as Rural King, but I don't feel like I'm stuck in a warehouse nightmare either. Two thumbs up.

Staff was very nice Manager was an absolute jerk. Who let everyone know he hates his job. Have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars gor our farm here. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Item was priced wrong by TS team. Clerk said I'll honor price heck its clearly marked on item twice and on the shelf twice. When management was paged he walked up irritated ask what she told him. He looks at me says you must be crazy like I'm the one that marked it. Then proceeded to call his staff morons and such. And said this is the price not that and said take it or leave it. Just blew me away that's fine you dont want to honor the price that is clearly marked 4 different times. But not even an offer of $1 off nothing. Will be buying at Royal king for now on. Thanks for the 27 years but no more thanks Ken

Staff was very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for and offered advice and recommendations for what may work best in my situation. Also staff wasn't overbearing and was to the point about helping then left me to roam around on my own and not be bothered. Great experience.

2 registers and 4 people in line with only a couple items took 20 minutes to check out. Store has very little clothing for a 2xl or a 3xl and not one cowboy hat larger than a 7-3/8. Order better and get the lead out nobody wants to stand in line that long. Lady at the register was rude when I didn't speak to her because I was pissed about standing in line so long I watched 2 people put there stuff down and walk out because they were taking so long. They have no worries about how long they take to check someone out at the register. Get the lead out.

We purchased an outdoor bench at the close of the season last year. We waited till spring to open it and put it together. A suspension bar was missing among the parts. I emaied customer service and received no reply. I called the customer service number which just repeats a message over and over. I called the store and spoke to someone who advised me to call customer service. I explained the issue with the number but tried it again. Same issue, so called the store back. The gentlemen took my name, number, part number, and model number and advised he would call back. He never did.We then went to the store and spoke to the Store Manager, who was rude, rolled his eyes, and had zero intention of assisting us. All he cared about was when it was purchased. We weren't looking for our money back, looking to try and return it, we just needed to order the missing part. Whether the item was purchased today or at the end of a season is irrelevant. The point that it is THERE BRAND is! We shop there often but will no longer do so. For a Store Manager to treat a customer that way, he is clearly a poor example of what a Manager is and does not respect the customer. For a company to not provide any customer service is ridiculous, let alone promote someone who has no idea how to be a manager.

Tractor Supply is an unique store with a great variety of items for outdoors, pets, clothing and misc. I get mouse bait there as well as pet food and vaccine. Many interesting decorations and toys even live chicks and ducks... I love this store for it's variety and quality of goods...

walked in looking for a lawn sweeper and a young gentleman asked if i needed help and walked me straight to the product i was looking for provided his advice and seemed very knowledgeable about the product we settled on the 42" version due to the width of the areas i needed to use it whole trip in and out in 20 min with lawn sweeper loaded in my truck I'll definitely be back

Not to good. Drove 40min due to the only store with shielded gas exchange. Then waited 30min for help due to one person with key to cage. Then requested for a bigger tank and they said mine could not be exchanged I don't understand

Had a great experience with an older gentleman getting prices and item selected. I went back the next day with my trailer to pu items. This younger male employee had no clue. Didn't know the difference between hog panels or corral panels. He wasted a good hour on my time bc he was not educated in his job.
