I went to this store to pick up my online orders and ran into a very Racist Lady, who rolled her eyes and was very rude and unprofessional when I approached her for assistance think her name was Debbie, I believe that was what the manager referred to her as, the manager actually took over in assisting me locate the rest of my missing order which happpen to have been all put into the make - up bag that I also purchased at the time which that was also was ODD to me. I don’t understand people like you, why are you working in a public place where you have no choice but to assist every race that walks in that store whether you want to or not. I will definitely be reaching out to the manager in regards to this matter.

Horrible disrespectful experience with supposedly the store manager because the store failed to take a sale sign down from the previous week. I asked her to honor that sale price since it was their error. She yelled at me and said “I will give you 20% off just to be done with you”. I am done with Kohls.

Alex K was awesome cashier. Took time to fold my items and super friendly during checkout.Other associates I encounter were less than helpful rolling their eyes because I asked question about an item while they were having their own conversation about their plans. Super rude!Alex K at checkout was only redeeming quality for this store.

This store has thee worst associates known to man kind. My child and I wasn't even in the store for 5 minutes, it was 9:35, this belligerent associate come asking if I needed help and I told her no. She proceeded to follow us around the store and kept asking if we needed help and I said no!!! Then sent 2 other rude associates to "help" when I already said I didn't need any help!!! I told all of them I'll never spend another dime at your location!!! You don't harass no one regardless of the time you close!!! That's not how customer service works!! I will be calling corporate office tomorrow!!! It's sad people can't last minute shop without being racially profiled.

The shoe dep. was a hot mess, no one to help find the shoes I was looking for. I wanted New Balance but ended up with 2 pairs of sketches because it was not as much of a disaster.There was only one checkout line and it was long, but the cashier, a young man, was very very nice.

Encountered cashiers, Amy and Admad (apologies if a name misspell) at the service desk. They were taking purchases. Both were pleasant personalities to engage with. AND the store was organized and clean. (That has been a long time coming.) Store manager, Jeffrey, was even fun to engage with today!

I went to Kohls in order to return a package to Amazon. The store was well marked, so it was very easy to find where I needed to go. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was afraid I would have to walk around the whole store carrying a box, but I was pleasantly surprised!!

This was a pretty large Kohl's and it still seemed like they had a smaller selection of each item individually for example they seen to only have 1 small, 1 medium, and 1 large of each shirt and honestly most of them were either small items or XL. ....most of the stuff they had on the mannequins for display ..they didn't have on the shelves...I understand it's probably a new item and people are probably buying it like crazy....but I tried to find at least 8 different items that the mannequins were wearing and they were no where to be found. The employees were nice enough and didn't seem to bothersome compared to the other locations ...most other locations have snooty people working there but I noticed every employee that did greet me...had a smile and asked if they "could help me find anything" and would even follow up with "okay just let me know if I can help you"....where as to most other locations they always look at you over their glasses type of look and are like "yew need help finding something" making me feel like I've spent to much time in one spot or something. Lol. They didn't even seem to rush anybody out of the store at closing time..they just casually checked me out .... They made 2 announcements over head about closing soon and then another they they were closed. I can't stand going to a store and hearing every 10 mins literally from 10:30pm to midnight, that they close soon.Anyways. They had a huge selections of shoes as well and i actually happened to find the right size and they had multiple sizes where as to the clothes they really didn't...I think it was a really nice location and I would probably go back

Rude white women work at this location, and are allowed to be so because they are white. The irony is that the foreigners said people complain about, are the most professional, and easy to deal with at this location. The hypocrisy of the entitled, ugly American is disgusting.

I stopped in to pick up an order. My order for self pick up was not in the correct bin. Phyllis stopped what she was doing to help. She contacted someone and they were able to find my item. She was so friendly and eager to help. I so appreciated it.

Good shopping experience here today. Ended up with purchasing two Citizen watches and bedding including sheets, pillowcases, blankets and comforter. The only thing I don't like about Kohls is having to use their card for the 30% discount. I had to cancel my Kohls card because of the terms allowing them to exploit my personal information. Read the fine print.

It was ok but I didn't like how one lady tried to force me to the self checkout knowing it's security tags to be removed off of clothing items, most customers are not used to doing that. But the other lady assisted me so it was cool.

Kohls Associate Nikki was so very helpful and also very nice - the checkout line was super long so I was going to purchase the item online - I had asked Nikki a question about the item and said I was going to place order online because of the long line. Nikki said she could check me out at the return desk. I appreciated that very much!

Very pleasant shopping experience today. I had numerous team members greet us, ask if we needed help or just carry on a polite conversation. Store was tidy and easy to shop. Tee (Tillia?) was very helpful at checkout and set me up with a Sephora rewards account.

We used to avoid going to this location because it was always in disarray. That has changed dramatically recently. The store is clean and organized. So nice to have in my backyard

The place is a mess. Worst Kohl's have ever been in. Hanger & clothes all over floor, you have to watch where u walk could fall or trip on. See pixs. Only reason gave 2 stars is because the 3 employees I talk to were nice.

Why is this store a constant disaster? Clothes ALWAYS everywhere. No otherKohl's I've been to is like this. Why this one ... always? I don't get it. I hate coming here, but it's what's closest to me. Sometimes, it's worth it, to me, to drive the extra gazillion miles to shop at the Lancaster Kohl's.

We found most what we came for but a lot of the signs in the clothing section had incorrect pricing on them. Much of the areas we stopped in were disheveled and unorganized the more towards the back of the store you went. I did briefly look at shoes but ultimately left that area. They were sorted by brand but the type of shoes weren't aligned with the display; which made it hard to find what you were looking for.

Always shop this location. It’s always clean and the employees are nice. I always seem to buy more than I came for,SMH, espy when they have a great sale. My only complaint would be some of the prices. I find a lot of my adidas and Nike gear elsewhere for less.
