Wonderful place and delicious ice cream! The staff were friendly and the prices were good. I got the black raspberry chip ice cream and it tasted great! I definitely recommend going here.

This is what I payed $8 for. 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. As you can see it doesn’t even come to the line of the bowl. This is after we also went yesterday and I ordered the same thing but got no hot fudge….. on a hot fudge sundae. Ridiculous

Store is clean, staff is quick and friendly. Ice cream is really good.Updated 9-16-22: Used the drive thru this time. When we first got there the line was 6 cars deep. We were through in less than 10 minutes.Updated 8-29-23: Excellent as always, liked that they didn't skimp on the peanut butter sauce for my banana split.Updated 3-1-24: Shamrock Sundae is a must!

I've been to the one in Bexley, but not this one. It was different. This one has a drive thru and two entrances. Inside, they have tables and chairs you can enjoy the ice cream with friends and family. They also have benches outside. There is plenty of parking. I ordered the 2 scoops of salted caramel chip in a cup. They have cones you can choose from. It was ok for me. I should have had it without. My friend got the chocolate peanut butter. She said it was good. You can get different toppings. It was a little pricey to me, but I don't usually go eat ice cream at a shop. But it was nice to sit and talk with friends. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to serve ice cream. They have lactose free pints but I didn't check to see if they serve that. I will check next time.

Waited 20 min in the drive thru and ordered 2 single scoop waffle cones. When we got to the window and they handed us our cones they were liquid and spilling all over. Had to stop at a gas station on the drive home just to throw it away because it made for dangerous driving. I’ll never use their drive thru again!

Just as great as I remember! The first time I had Graeter's was down by the University of Cincinnati 20 years ago. Today was a Sunday and several places we thought to stop where we were shopping at Easton were closed. We wanted something sweet and I remembered Graeter's would be on our way home. I had the oreo milkshake and it was so delicious! Two of our group had never been to one and were impressed with their desserts. The ice cream shop was clean. The store employees were nice and the prices were reasonable. We will be stopping back soon!

Oh so good! The staff was friendly. The ice cream is fantastic! So many unique flavors to choose from along with the classics. Plus a large, clean open dining area or just order via the drive thru window if you're in a rush. Definitely worth the stop!

One of my favorite ice creams! We hadn't been there in awhile so had to treat ourselves. My only disappointment was the rather skimpy serving size of my hot fudge sundae. Quality is 5 stars but I took one away because of the serving size.

Definitely wasn't what I remembered from when I was a kid. Quality seems to have went down or maybe the Bexley location is the only good one. I ordered a Brownie with fudge and I've cream and the fudge tasted and felt like regular Hershey chocolate syrup with some non-smooth frost bites ice cream. Was definitely disappointed. Go to dairy queen instead.

This is very worse ice cream store, I never see this kind of store. Customer service is zero, they are neglecting customer, they don’t understand customer feeling. Store employee and overall management is Horrible here. I would like to suggest everyone please don’t go this shop again…!!

Delicious, wife and I have lived out here for almost a decade and some how managed to never make it here until last night.Selection was nice, service was fast and friendly.I had the bourbon brown sugar butter pecan with butterscotch, that some grown man good right!Wife had the blackrasberry chocolate chip, she loved it as well.

Undeniably 5 stars. Employees including the manager were so good. They were very patient answering all the questions that we had. We wanted to know if there was any eggless ice cream available. They made sure that they gave the correct detail by checking with the manager.Quality of the ice cream as well as the quantity was great. Can't ask for more.

Exquisite ice cream offerings for 150 years. Usually, their single scoop on a delicious sugar cone is $3.75, but they're celebrating a special birthday milestone with these going for just $1.50. You need to download their free app, and have their staff member scan the QR code. You may step inside or go through the drive-thru. Also outdoor benches. Staff is friendly and helpful. Graeter's offers small to large cartons and dry-ice shipping to far off places. All staff and customers are required to wear masks.

Crazy good ice cream and crazy good prices. We had ice cream, or milk shakes for 10 people for under$50! At home in Philadelphia the same quality of fare would be no less than $100, and you'd have to wait in a long line as well.

The staff seemed very nice when I went. The mango ice cream was delightful. Also love the vienna coffee ice cream! my dog loves the doggy ice cream and its good for day or night!

3/18/2020 cold today in Ohio but still craved ice cream. Used the drive through and got a double scoop waffle cone for $6.00. Madagascar vanilla bean (my favorite) and tried chocolate brownie for the first time (wow, really good too, full of chewy brownie bits).The cones are now turned upside down into a cup before being given to you, so you also get a spoon.

The ice cream is always good!If the line of cars is long, check inside. Sometimes you can save time by going inside.I'll add that My Bulldog has learned to recognize the the doggie size container when I bring it home. She goes full wiggle butt when she sees it. She gives it 🐾 up!

Quality ice cream. Seasonal Flavors are usually pretty good. Next to Jeni's it's the best Ohio icec ream i've had. It's thick and velvety with good thick chunks of good stuff. They do some decent sundaes too but nothing too fancy. Store is clean and staff is friendly. You're able to get samples of anything you'd like to try. Pretzel Cone is great!

Today was National Ice Cream Day. When I arrived around 6:30pm, there were cars lined up into the street, about 20. Parked the car and went in, only to find about 35-40 people in line. I stuck it out. It only took me 20 minutes to get my ice cream and cash out. There were about 12 people scooping and 2 cashier's. Impressive!!!

The staff is always wonderful here. Of course the Ice Cream is top notch. If you're from out of town, make sure you stop by Graeter's for a treat. Black Raspberry Chip is the most popular flavor but Peanut Butter Chip and Mocha Chip are my favorites.

Had the blackberry chocolate chip and banana chocolate chiptated great. 4 stars for being a little pricey for a childs size scoop at , $7 for 1 scoop of each. Very clean store, employess friendly and knowledgeable of flavors. Have a rewards club that you get a free sundae on your birthday (1 week window on either side of the date) and free items when reaching $100 level.

The first waffle cone I received cracked when taking it out of the cup and my ice cream fell. The second cone I received the ice cream had plastic in the middle of my double scoop. Unfortunately I was already home and too tired to take it back for a second time.... frustrated is the nicest way to put it.
