On 3/30 I went to buy a breeze vape. The total was $18.14. I inserted my card and asked the lady BEFORE she processed payment, “are those 2/25?” She replied yes and quickly processed my card payment. I tried to pull my card out and ask for a second one for the deal. She stated “it’s too late, your card was processed”. I asked for a refund, and to buy the 2/25, yo which she replied “I can’t do refunds”. I then asked if she could honor the second vape for $8.01 then since she didn’t tell me the price of one vape. She replied “no only the owner can”. I then asked for her to call the owner and ask to which she replied “no but you can call M-F at 10am and tell them if you want to”. How unprofessional and a scam. Go to the shop behind them, their prices are cheaper and staff is kinder

I was traveling and found this place on Google. Great customer service from beginning to end. I did draw the short stick and ended up with a “dud” disposable. I was so impressed with how professional they were about it, that I bought something else before I left!

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars. I have some medical ailments that causes uncomfortable pain to endure on a daily basis. Decided to try out the CBD Dispensary after driving by many times and was not disappointed with the experience! Eric and Brandon were very patient the entire time while helping me decide what would be the best options. Both gentlemen were very educational on all of the products and benefits they provided as well as eagerly answering any questions that I had. There was no pointing at a product and leaving you confused. You could see how passionate and involved they are with everything on top of being friendly and fun to converse with. This will be the only place I go to for any CBD products from now on and recommend everyone to go here! The experience alone is worth it, especially if Eric and/or Brandon are there.

First time customer on 7/30/2020. Bought a Randy's Prime vaporizer and straight from the package, it did not work. Returned to the store the next day (7/31/2020) and was told since I didnt have the receipt they couldn't do anything for me. Same guy from the day before. He ended up finding my receipt in his computer and reprinted it for me. No doubt he definitely remembered me being in the shop less than 24 hours prior, AND had a sign under the register stating if vape was returned within 10 days due to manufacturers defect, they would switch it out. Still, this place wouldn't do anything for me, less than 24 hours after my purchase. Would not even switch out for his display model. Told me to contact Randys. One week later the Randys website is still not uploading the pics required to move forward with the claim, so I'm still in limbo. Very unhappy with how this was handled, I even tried settling with him on a vape that was a few bucks LESS than the one I bought. Manufacturers defect or not I bought the vaporizer from YOUR store, so YOUR store should have stepped up and taken care of a customer that would have undoubtedly returned to spend more money and gone to Randys yourselves. You do have direct access to Randys (according to Randys voice-mail) and the general public does not even get an answer or call back. We just get directed to the broken website. So while this place has a nice CBD selection, (as do plenty of other places), the customer service here is very disappointing. 1 star until the situation is (IF it is) resolved. Scary when a company won't stand behind the products they carry.

I stopped in to look at CBD products for my dog who has some hind leg/hip issues. I wasn't sure what I needed but Brandon and Eric were working and helped me navigate the products until I found some that we felt would help. They were knowledgeable of the products and I ended up choosing CBD biscuits and also some CBD joint chewies. Both guys were extremely helpful, friendly and hilarious. They had me cracking up. I also saw that they have hemp hair products, lotions and moisturizer and many other products. I will be back to get some of those in the future. Thanks guys!

No stars. I went in the other day looking for coils for my tank, first the lady was very rude and was not helpful at all I was told that there were no coils and I had to order online through their warehouse. I get home place my order and look at my order tracker and my coils were coming from the Sandusky location. That tells me there that the lady neglected to go get them out of the back for me. I will not and i mean not returning back to that store I have been going there for many years and as of that day I'm not longer a customer I will be going to online ordering from here on out.

I went in to get a pack of hemp cigarettes which they don't carry and the young woman that works at the store was very rude to me. She literally rolled her eyes at me at one point during the conversation. Stay away from this branch and the fact they don't carry hemo cigarettes seems a little weird too.

Bought a cbd cart from this location. Got home, went to put it on my battery and the bottom of the cartridge fell out, thus spilling the entirety of the cart. Store was already closed so I returned first thing in the morning. When asking employee if he could exchange it for me, he sharply replied “well you can buy a new one! What do you want me to do with that, it’s empty!” Definitely will not be going back to this poorly run establishment!

Bought Caviar CBD gummies at the Perrysburg location and specifically told the employee I did not want ones that contained melatonin. My fiancé and I each have one and it knocks us out. So after closely looking at the packaging we find melatonin on the ingredients list crossed out with a black Sharpie so that it blends right in with the packaging. I guess you do what you have to do to sell stuff, right?Drove to the Perrysburg store today to return them after checking their new hours and seeing they are open from 10 - 7. Get there at 10:30 and they aren’t open. Try calling the Perrysburg and Holland locations multiple times with no answer.Terrible experience.
