Currently in the shower here. Whoever is cleaning the showers is blasting rap music containing sexual content, racial slurs, and other adult language. It's playing at an unbearable volume right outside my shower door. Just what I want at the end of a 14 hour day dealing with rain, traffic, and 30mph winds.....to be in here completely irritated rather than relaxed. Thanks Pilot staff.

Overall it's clean inside but when taking a shower the attendant has the music so loud a person can't think. I like rap music at times but don't need it this loud. I usually leave a tip because they work hard and are probably underpaid but absolutely not this time

This is a regular stop get off the turnpike to shower eat sometimes sleep they’ve redone the showers and are keeping them pretty clean so that’s a big plus there’s a McDonald’s and that’s about it not a huge one but absolutely does the job and when the workers are nice makes it nice

Both showers had toe nails in them ,(I just left) which mean they don't clean the showers at all. All 4 women on staff, 2 of them were managers saying, " This why we need a man on maintenance in this shift." Night shift are fully staffed and dirty.

Pilot cashiers were both great and I appreciate you going to the back to check on an item that was out of stock. Parking is tight and the fuel lanes don't leave much room when trucks pull forward. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.McDonald's order was ready quickly, but nothing tasted fresh. The fries were soggy and gross, tastes like it is time to change the grease.

Far too small. Shower has no shower wand. Dried poop in the toilet of our shower room. Mess splattered on the toilet paper dispenser from idk what not do I want to know at this point. Lot is FAR TOO SMALL. Save yourself from this place, TA with massive lot and great prices across the street. The trucker parked next to use littered up the walk space between our trucks, RUDE! I'm going to attach pictures of the mess he made between the trucks. No one wants to step in that bs and track it in their rig. Littering is s crime! As far as this truck stop goes, may I NEVER return to it!

I fill up gas at this gas station because the shower is here. And this woman tells me I don't have points on their card. I do not recommend this gas. It was 06/06/2023 evening. strange gas station employee.

One of thee worst pilots i have been to.The McDonald's was horrible. Stale bread. greasy meat and hard fries. Then I went to shower. Was assigned shower one. Floor was dirty and wet with hair still in the shower. Asked for it to be cleaned and watched the mediocre job he did at cleaning it. Will never stop here again

Rude staff!I nicely explained that my reserved shower disappeared after 5min & I white blonde skinny lady at the counter was rude to me saying it’s normal it’s gone after 5min!! Adding that I should be ready waiting here so why I am so surprised.. 😡What a bull ***. Even on they website says it’s 10min, not 5! (And I am sure it was more like 3-5min & it was gone) But why to be so rude? She told me to move from the counter!! & that she will try to do something about that. But of course she didn’t.. she was gone chatting.. I came back after 5min.. nobody was at the cashier’s.. in the other hand big guy taking care of showers was acting that he don’t see me.. Lady came back & just yelled to this guy to open a shower.. I could feel honest disrespect and contempt from those ppl working there..2pm 03.08.23 & There was no line or anything like that. I was alone inside.

I reserved a shower from the phone application, it was indicated that I was the first in line, after a while I checked and saw that the reservation was canceled, reserved again and again after a while the reservation was canceled, after that I went to the checkout to reserve again and already there I found out that the showers were not working. Everything would be fine, but during the time I was waiting near the showers, a worker passed by me twice and said nothing about the fact that the showers do not work, I consider this attitude unfriendly. And because of this, I put such an assessment.

No showers employees too lazy to clean the showers. This location just needs to close. They have the most ignorant employees and they are just too lazy. This is a truck stop. We need hot food and showers!!!

Place was decently clean and coffee machines all seemed to work. The large white woman employee at the register does not ask if you have a rewards account, making it feel like you’d bother her by asking (even though it’s not the customers job…). When I asked her to scan mine she said she couldn’t and refused to tell me why. Extremely frustrating since Pilot J is usually great.

the guy in the showers was treating a customer very rudely even complaining "where does pilot gets its customers from"?? I dunno Bob but it keeps it open, sometimes there may be a language barrier, but you can help people without treating them like children and with some respect

I believe in this place the employees literally dgaf about their job, performance, having the place clean, their attitude don't even get me started, does pilot even check on these little pilots in the middle of nowhere?? ever?? corporate?? nah?? they have so many bad reviews about the same exact issues with the same exact people, and I swear the good ones are probably fake, I witnessed the most rude people in that store ever, this place is whack

Very rude white lady on Register... arrogant and not helpful... my fiance reserved shower trough pilot app and they canceled it after 3 minutes ... that lady didn't wanted to help at all... she was angry that we had some problem and told us to move out from the counter. that location is extremely small for semi trucks and has stupidity designed pumpsThat situation happened 03.08.23 at 2pm

This place is a regular stop for me when I'm out this way. They are easy to get to right off of the interstate and have friendly staff. Most importantly for someone with young children I have consistently found them to have clean bathrooms. A minor modern miracle. Keep up the great work

From the outside it appears to be a smallish travel stop and I didn't have high hopes but this had the cleanest, nicest bathrooms I've seen at a truck stop. The people were very friendly and the attached McDonald's was excellent! Great food and service! 5 stars!

Nothing worse than wanting a quick bite and the staff in McDonald's just ignores you. They were not busy and had plenty of people there but after 5 minutes of standing there I walked out. Staff would look at me waiting and just go about their business like I was not even there. I'd rate them zero stars if I could...
