Absolutely love the place! Best groomers in town and such caring staff! My dogs are family and I will not leave them with any grooming service EXCEPT the 2 wonderful, pet loving, gentle and extremely patient care givers in this incredible store!I love the selection and service and the fair price for the services and products puts the chain stores to shame! Stop by and take a look, you'll be so glad you did and so will your furry family members!

I love going here for all my basic pet needs. Anxiety treats for my pup, litter for my cat, and awesome toys for both. When I described my dog's chewing habits, one of the associates recommended an antler for him, and it has been a life-changer! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly.

Wonderful experience with the cute Dog Groomer, She made myself and my pet feel very comfortable with our visit. Also the Ginger working the front desk was very informative. Would definitely be buying all my pet needs here instead of the other competitors that are not so friendly.

I love the pet washing stations as well as the friendly and helpful staff! Nice selection of products, but a little pricier than other pet supply stores. However, it is conveniently located close to the main road and freeway (I-75).

Had a rescue dog that needed a bath they were helpful getting him in the door and to the tub. She was even nice after the level of hair he had left her in the tub. They are super nice! Will definitely bring my pack here for baths.

First time visiting a couple days ago. Great place for dogs. They have other pet stuff too. I love their baked treats for dogs and their reward system is nice. Overall good place and cool staff. I will be returning anytime I'm in the area.

Always friendly staff. Charming small store. Easy and fast to get my dog food and cat food. LOVE the dog wash!!!! It's so nice to not have to clean up after bathing the dogs.

Grooming is wonderful, store is a surprise! I was looking for a last minute groom for our cavapoo before Christmas and though I had driven by this place often going to Kroger, I had never been in but looked at reviews. I called and was put on the waiting list and we got in at the last minute! I was thrilled with that and when I came to drop off, I was surprised at how boutique like the store is. Very clean and carries gourmet pet treats/foods - things you may not find at Petsmart. Employees are super friendly, there is a very clean dog wash, and the groomer is fantastic. I will be back:)

I used the self-service dog bathing facilities. It was very nice and convenient. They even have four-five different shampoo choices. Bring your own brush because they will not provide one! Also, if you have a skittish larger dog, you might have trouble getting them into the tub. I had to lift both of mine in because they refused to use the stairs.

This store is more for dogs. Went in to get my cat a new toy very small section of toys for cats. I asked if there were more that end cap was it. Small aisle of food, treats and litter. Rest of store is dedicated to dog owners. Very disappointing. If you read the reviews it's all dog owners.

Great staff. Absolutely love the self-serve dog baths. I take my dogs all the time. So much easier than washing at home! Also, every 10th wash is free!

They have a great set up to give our dog a bath. Elevated tub, shampoo, towels and blow dryer all included. We normally get his nails trimmed at the same time. Employees all terrific.

We have a golden and have done the dog bath a few times. Such an awesome thing to offer, much easier than the shower at home and worth $10. We always find a few special chews for our big baby after each bath. Nice big selection.

Free bag of food and free dog wash with new adoption. The do it yourself pet wash station was very cool. Our new dog hadn't wagged his tail since we had picked him up, by the time we left he was feeling like new boy and his tail was wagging non stop. Thanks for helping animals ( and new owners ) by removing the stress and guesswork.

I wasn't really sure what to think about another pet store popping up. I don't know that I would do all of my shopping here but I think this is great for what it is. It's a little more of a specialty & Boutique kind of setting but you can find all of the regular products you need as well, just maybe not at the lowest price around. They have a really fantastic selection of pet toys and other fun stuff. I'll be back for certain products but not for the standard stuff that I can order cheaper online by quite a bit. I'll add additionally that the gentleman working when I was there was incredibly kind and really makes me feel comfortable about coming back. It wasn't just some high school kid behind the counter that didn't want to be there.

Geared more toward high end or expensive pet supplies. The store is small relative to the big box pet stores. They have things like donuts and cookies for animals. It feels like a place that caters toward people that treat their animals like people. They have grooming services which they seemed well suited for.

Staff are friendly and helpful. PricesMAY be a bit higher than a big box stores, but ease of shopping makes up for a dollar or two on your entire purchase. They offer grooming service, but with my short-haired, low maintenance grooming pooch, I was SUPER excited to see that the customer, me, is able to wash, condition, and blow-dry my dog myself. Couldn't believe the store provided EVERYTHING one could want or need to get my Lil Jack leaving out from his bath at Pet Valu, looking great and smelling better. The staff is very friendly and the store itself usually has whatever it is that I am looking for. It is clean, pet friendly, and you can tell the employees are truly pet people. They go out of their way to make sure you and your animal leave happy.

We needed extra small dog coat/sweater Went to Pet Smart a lot of choices, but all too big plus price started at $22. Walmart was out. Went to Pet Valu and they had several to choose from starting at $18! We bought two, light weight sweater and thicker one.

Everyone we've ever dealt with here is so nice. We use the dog wash and get some of our dog supplies here. It's a very nice, clean and inviting little pet store

Have almost everything for pets, except the pets. Love the wash your own dog!! Staff is awesome and friendly❤ Smaller than the big box stores. Definitely will shopping here for my cats and dogs.

This is a really cool little store with everything we ever need, and we have dogs, cats, and a bearded dragon. They even have an area that you can use to groom your own pets. And the service is always top notch.

Employees are very helpful. Food selection is reall good. My dog was very sick and they recommended Primal frozen food. It was the only thing he ate and he is doing much better. DOG WASH IS THE BEST!!!
