Why have registers if they are never opened? Went to Lowe's for a few items that I ended up buying down the street. The main reason is that they only have self checkout open AND it was credit only. Apparently cash is not something that they can or know how to handle. Let me help, I want something., I have you green paper and then you might give me some back or these little metal round things called coins. I then leave with my items and I'm happy. Shocking to all, this did not happen. Way to go Lowe's!

They had everything that I was looking for and it was easy to find.They have a very nice system to loading up people's vehicles with mulch and gardening soil. Makes it's easy for all of us.

Today we ate out on the patio. Nice little setup with umbrellas for a bit of shade. They could use a couple more though, sun was pretty strong today. Anyway, as usual the food was fantastic. The server on the patio was pretty swamped though & could've probably used some help. But overall it was still a good experience for today.

Worst experience. I stopped by the store earlier in the week inquiring about a project I needed materials for and guidance with. I was told by Customer Service that the Pro area would be helpful to me and that people got materials bought in store (2x4s) cut there all the time. They said they would definitely be able to help in just a few hours time.When I came back during their business hours, the Pro desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. From the beginning, I let the associate know that I was a newcomer to home improvement stores and I was already self conscious being out of my element. However, my partner and I explained what we were looking for and even showed reference photos. I happen to know the store had everything we needed to build our project. Actually just 2x4s! We just needed assistance with the best materials to complete it and either have them cut in store or shown where the saws were to purchase and do ourselves at home.The associate proceeded to almost laugh at what I was attempting to do. He told me that he wished he had access to his tools and he’d have me pay him to do it if he did. He told me that he could not help me, that he he was surprised Customer Service had directed me there.Ok, here is the thing- I can respect it if I am in wrong department and maybe you are not able to help with the project in terms of cutting. He said it was because of saw rules set by manager? However, I was appalled that absolutely no solution or guidance was given to help us, such as directing us to someone who would be able to show us 2x4s and suggest sizes for cuts. Instead, he suggested we go on Etsy and purchase a blueprint? I was utterly confused seeing as I didn’t need a blueprint. I already knew what and how I was building what I was asking for. I was merely asking for assistance in finding, picking out, and/or sawing. And again, at the very least assisting us in the area saws were sold.As someone who was already very nervous being out of my element, this experience left me very upset and never wanting to step foot in this store again. I felt like an idiot and was met with absolutely no solution to a very basic request. This drove us to go to Home Depot, just down the road, where we were met with amazing customer service. In fact, everything we asked for and more.I normally do not leave reviews, especially negative ones, however seeing how upset this experience made us, I wanted to say something as I know I am not alone in coming into such a store expecting guidance and any helpfulfullness from “experts” in that area.

I placed an order from the website on 12/5 with an estimated delivery of 12/12 to the store for pickup. After lookin up my order status on 12/13, it was listed as "delayed". I finally contacted online customer service on 12/16 to figure out if the order would arrive before Christmas, to which they deferred to the Perrysburg store. I did get a call back from customer service on 12/16 from Perrysburg stating they had escalated the issue. I called back on 12/18 & 12/19 to see if I could get an update on the estimated delivery date. The customer service representative could not provide any updates and suggested I call back on both occasion and speak to a specific individual. I was never able to speak to anyone that was helpful and received 0 callbacks from the store. Finally, on 12/20 I received and update via email that the order was ready to be picked up. Upon going to pick it up, I asked that they cut the board 1 time (a service they advertise). The store refused, citing the blade they use was "dull" and cut "uneven". After being a Lowe's customer of many years, I am likely switching to Home Depot. The lack of communication and customer service was beyond frustrating. Don't offer services you cannot deliver.

It seems like every time I go in the Howell store they are out of what I'm looking for. I drove 25 min to get something that is listed in stock at 25 pieces. I get there and no one can find any.If I had a choice I would never walk in that store unless I had to.

Although I don’t like Lowe’s that much because there prices are always higher than there competitors (Menards, Home Depot, etc), I stopped in today and the register lady named Nina was very nice! Another convince here is that the bathrooms are right at the front. I recommend coming here for small purchases only.

No complaints about the store other than that there were no cashiers and only self checkout machines. Returned everything, except what I couldn't find anywhere else, to its shelf. Will not be returning unless they're the only ones with what I need.

I have been shopping at Lowe's for years. I had ordered online and went to pick up the items at a secure locker located inside the store. The store was very clean and the shelves were well stocked. I will be returning to Lowe's absolutely!

I have been going to Lowe's for a long time used to be a lot of knowledgeable people there apparently not anymore nobody seems to know nothing about their products they are still courteous but they don't know what they have or where they have it not too damn helpful waste a lot of time. Call there and you get somebody at the front desk or something and then they try to connect you with say garden supplies and nobody answers it just rings and rings another waste of time.

Experience went well enough. Though some of the employees weren't exactly what I would call knowledgeable they were helpful and I did eventually find an employee that knew what they were talking about. Once I found them, I found what I needed quickly and left.Overall it was decent. Just probably need to educate employees.

We had a great experience at Lowe's, Perrysburg today. We were looking for electric snow blowers. An employee was very kind, and helped place the snow blower on a flat cart. The ladies at the self check-out made sure that other employees helped get the snow blower in our car. We cannot say enough good about our experience today.

I went there to see if they had clear bags for the laundry service that I am a contractor with. And they did have the clear bags for a lesser price than Home Depot. So I think I will be going to Lowe's more often to get the clear bags to save me money toward the laundry business that I do from home.

Unfortunately the employee base is now mostly people who have no idea at all about home improvement or their inventory. Basic questions cannot be answered and the best the staff can do is to take you to a general area and wonder around helping you look for what you are describing (because just telling them what it is gets you blank stares).

Clean all in one typical home improvement store. Disappointed help was not easy to get then with a knee brace and no carts in sight told to "read the wall the cutting device was over there" until a wonderful woman came and helped me! Never had this issue before! Read the wall...pffftt. The young lady he was being cute with was surprised like me.
