Stopped shopping at Meijer because Kroger has a better selection and prices. But after waiting in line to cash out for a half hour because there was only one manned cash register open. This has happened several times. Yes I could have done the self check out, but I noticed alot of the stores on sale items don't ring up the sale prices when you do it yourself. You sure have alot of managers walking around doing nothing and your bag personel are bagging groceries at the self check out or standing around talk to each other.I feel your trying to force people to self checkout. If you want that so bad then give a discount. I think Meijers tried that too. But now they have employees at the registers. This happened Wednesday morning around 10am. April 24, 24

This Kroger sucks I was walking down a isle and tripped over a hard plastic strip that came from the chip rack which was laying hung into the middle of the isle, it almost stabbed me in my foot I had flip flops on. I told a cashier about it and her only response was “well im new” oh and the three bag boys were just standing there talking about there dads truck.. come on get it together cause if I would have been hurt I would have missed work and sued you guys.

Overall, it was a great experience. I always wonder why all the stores are not laid out the same. It would save time and frustration when you shop at a different store from your usual store. Why is the chili not with the soup??

Solid well maintained Kroger the layout is insane with most items hard to find and placed with other non related items.And seriously, the in-store radio station is the most obnoxious music I've ever heard in my life. lol every time I visit it is some incredibly annoying song blasting way too loud I feel so sorry for the employees!

Hard to find items inside the store as there doesn't appear to be any logic to where things are located. (Why in the world are paper plates mixed in with women's shoes and windshield washer fluid???)Never, ever enough cashiers. Very bad store for quick trips or picking up one or two items. OTOH there is a Starbucks...

This location has gone down hill. Store employees will leave trash on floor when stocking shelves and piles of boxes with no store employee around to put the items away. Also, I have had issues with them saying things are out of stock when they really have the items for store pickup. The last store pickup I went in right before I picked up the order and purchased the things they said were out of stock.

It's a nice place to shop. When they mark down their food they put a "WooHoo" sticker on it. You can get a Starbucks coffee inside or get another Drink while you shop. They specialty offer a deli, sushi, meat and seafood counters, organic foods, flowers, kids toys, candy, Bakery, Pharmacy, online shopping to pick up curbside on back and side of store, and bulk style bag your own dried fruit, nuts, and some grains and rice.

Too many self checkouts, especially at night. Really tacky that customers come in and spend hundreds of dollars on groceries and have to scan and bag them themselves while employees stand around.

WHO PUTS THE FROZEN FOOD SECTION IN THE MIDDLE OF A STORE.... they do have a liquor stop in there but it's hiding around a corner but also towards the middle somehow...it's just truly baffling to be discombobulated by a grocery store layout

Easy shopping, great produce, bakery, deli, and fresh fish and meat market. This location offers hard liquor within the store, which is convenient when party shopping. There is a pharmacy with a drive-thru and a customer service center in the store. Floral department has a good variety of fresh cut flowers, both type and color. It also has a variety of indoor and outdoor plants and containers. It is great one stop shopping for holidays or special occasions, in addition to your regular grocery shopping.

I am having major issues with pick up orders lately, 3 weeks in a row they have been delayed or extremely backed up. Families of people just waiting, sometimes over an hour, for their order. I don’t know why Kroger doesn’t put a limit on how many orders can be done in a day. Meanwhile my order wasn’t ready today, so I canceled it and went inside, Bought my groceries checked them out myself while two Kroger employees chatted with each other standing around and watching me. I definitely think there needs to be some restructuring of management or something.

Great clean well stocked store also love there meat department fresh sushi wine bar Murray's cheese shop is my go to for any fresh chesses I might need. Also good selection of non gmo organic eggs and also wonderful selection of oat milk highly recommend this store for all your shopping needs.

I love this store! They have everything!You can shop online and they will bring it out to your car when you pull up.Inside, they have a deli sandwich shop, pizza bar, salad bar, sushi bar, and a counter of hot and ready American food.There is a wine bar in a Cheese Bar as well! This place is way too fancy to be a grocery store!Consider this as a lunch possibility!

I love Kroger’s! I love the coupons, the member discounts, the selection, the service, and the new self-checkout (at Perrysburg!) Do you want fresh fish/seafood? Kroger’s has the best Atlantic salmon and Cod….plus the premium crab cakes are out of this world delicious!

The deli has been consistently closed every time I have gone in there the last two weeks. As a former Kroger deli worker myself I wonder what management will do when all of that product hits its shelf life without even being available to the customer. It's a shame because I like the presentation of the store and have no other complaints.

We shop here every Friday and every Friday the Deli is closed. This is so irritating and not the way to run a business. Not to mention how stinky the seafood area is. Love spending my hard earned cash in a stinky store with rude stickers who act like your in their way. Block whole isles. Come on Kroger serve your community. Do better. Check food dates. Rotate your stock. If you want our money give us a reason to shop here. Management needs to get it together.

I was looking for a couple of things early morning. I asked one of the stockers and he completely ignored me. Then I realized he was wearing headphones. I think he noticed me anyway but uses the headphones for an excuse. Thankfully everybody else I met in the store was happy and helpful.

How can Kroger’s advertise low prices when they are just as high as any other store in the area if not higher. Just because you scanned the QR code does not necessarily mean you are going to get the entitled discount. This has happened to me several times in the last two months.

Ann from the deli dept helped provide me with many options to choose from to provide my family with Easter Dinner. My family is changing things up this year. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Terrible floral service. Didn’t deliver on the day, when questioned claimed they had informed me of canceled order (no flowers???) . They couldn’t do anything to help me so I went elsewhere. Surprise surprise they deliver the next day AND have the cheek to charge me ! How bad is that ?Shame I can’t put 0 stars

We shop for groceries every Sunday evening after work. Every time we go to the self checkout there’s an associate named Luke who we’ve dealt with several times in the last month. He’s not friendly or helpful at all. He always gives us grief over our coupons. Today he didn’t even greet us at all and he scanned a coupon that didn’t go through (even though we got the right product) and just put it in the coupon slot without even checking with us. Put him somewhere else where he doesn’t have to deal with people.
