Ordered rope for my boats rub rail online on a Sunday and received my order by Wednesday. It was a hard to find rope that I couldn’t locate in stores. The rope was well packaged and the ends were taped neatly. Quick turnaround time, good price, would purchase from here again.

Amazing service! Amazing product! I ordered a 30ft, 2" Pro Manila Rope. Unsure of what kind of ending to use for my project, they suggested an End Whip for for both ends. It looks absolutely stunning! Their team is extremely professional and highly customer service oriented! Due to my imminent travel plans, they went above and beyond to see to it that I got all delivered prior to my departure! An all encompassing great experience, most definitely highly recommended! I tried to order a length of rope but when I tried to pay the website kept resetting to the product page. After three attempts to order a 3/8" red rope I ended up with a 1/2" white rope I cannot use being delivered. The response of the Customer Service Rep was that I "got what I ordered". He stated that they "could not use the 75' length I bought" and they would not accept a return because it was custom cut to length. I do sort of understand this principle, but it is no more my fault either. He was openly exasperated at me but this was no more my fault than theirs. I got the "I dont know what you want me to do" more than a couple of times. In the end he did offer to give me ten percent off of a new order of the right product and free shipping, but 10% was about $4 and shipping was ten. I was being stuck with a $95 rope I couldnt use at a total cost of about $160 with a 15$ discount. Im sorry, but sometimes there is a cost of doing business that cant be passed to the consumer. With so many other retailers of this kind of product, you could have a more professional experience at a lot of other places.

I ordered my rope online on Thursday. Prior to processing my order a representative called me to go over my order to ensure it was made correctly. I purchased 4 ropes with specific knots for a day bed swing. I received my order on Saturday, 2 days later. Fantastic product and even better customer service.

The very first communication with the company was positive. I had ordered ropes for my swing in July. All ropes were different sizes and none of them matched what I had ordered. I shipped the ropes back. Now I keep on leaving messages for the person responsible for my order, but he does not respond. I tried reaching someone else and she stated since it is not her order she cannot help me. It has been a challenge getting an answer from the company on my order for almost two months now. I hope this messages catches someone's attention who can help me with my order.

I've never bought rope before and only needed a small amount, but what I needed was customized for gym usage. Website does not reflect what they have in stock. Both times I ordered rope was on back order. First time it was shipped within the week. No problem. The second time ordered Monday, card was charged. Check email Wednesday they said its on backorder and they have no ETA for when they will get more. I emailed back to cancel my order refund my card. Call Thursday morning unpleasant customer service told me the owner will look Monday! If the website had simply stated "out of stock" all of this could have been prevented. Very frustrated with their customer service.

UPDATE:Let it be noted that nothing got resolved - John simply confirmed over the phone that the widths of the ropes are indeed different every time. I still don't understand why, and it continues to be an inconvenience. They also said they'd send over a new box of ropes (which I didn't request--not sure how that addresses the issue), but they never arrived, nor did I ever receive a confirmation email that it was sent. Go figure.Regarding my above "never again" comment, apparently they have a monopoly on all distribution of cotton ropes on the internet, so I must correct this to "probably again."Don't trust them with your rock climbing rope. You'll probably get a spool of yarn. Unless, you are free-soloing, in which case, maybe you can knit a sweater.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Every. Single. Time I order from them I somehow end up with ropes with differing widths. The 1/4" rope ends up being super thin in one box, and much thicker in the next order, same with the 3/8" and 1/2" rope. I don't even know anymore which size is correct and whether my latest order was right or not. It's incredibly frustrating, and trying to communicate it to the customer service representative is a whole different story. Reaching out to them is an absolutely dreadful experience. I've only ordered from them a handful of times, and after 2 years I gave it another shot - big mistake. Never again!Geez, get your ducks in a row.
