Very nice independent grocery store. They have a fully functional deli counter with slicers!All of the store associates were polite and friendly.I was delighted to discover they have Lorraine cheese. I would have been happy with German bologna but I haven't seen Wünderbar brand German bologna in a long time.It is a cozy store that reminds me of other independent grocers.

Some old employees are never there and appear to be replaced by rude and nonfriendly folks that can't even smile or practice customer service. But, meet the manager finally and now I know why. Unprofessional, rude and am considering even going back. Live in the neighborhood but consider Churchils. Both prices high but Churchills is at least friendly and appreciate their customers.

Visited 3/27/23I had never heard of Kazmaiers before, but upon arriving, the building and sign welcomed me as if it were an antique store. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that it was actually a grocery store.As I walked in, the smell of age and time permeated the air, which I found quite charming. The check-out aisles were immediately in sight, and the produce section was not hard to find. I noticed the produce was well-organized and wrapped for protection, but the prices were a bit higher than what I was used to.I was specifically looking for bananas and was disappointed to find that the organic ones didn't look very good, so I opted for the non-organic ones, which appeared healthier.I also grabbed some pre-cut cantaloupe, even though I am aware it's generally not advisable to purchase pre-cut fruit since it's often a last-ditch effort to salvage unsold, overripe fruit.When I asked the cashier about the history of the store, he informed me the store may be part of a franchise and had possibly been open for over 100 years, but he knew it had been around for at least 50 years. I did some research and found Kazmaiers has been in Perrysburg since 1898 and is the only one of its kind. Their fascinating history is worth reading, and it's available on their website.Although I didn't explore the store for other items, I have no doubt that their meats are of excellent quality. I recommend checking this unique grocery store out.

For the first time in a long time, my cashier was friendly and attentive. Most of the people it seems that work here are all introverted and seem to only cater to the "regulars" in that store! I'm normally never greeted when I approach the register. I'm glad to spend my money with the smaller businesses of Perrysburg, when I feel appreciated as a customer.

Everyone who works there helps the customers if they can't find something. I love their products. I wouldn't go to any other grocery store for any reason at all. Kazmaier's is the BEST of ALL!

Kazmeiers is a great place to shop. It’s small enough that you usually find what you need, but you’re not overwhelmed. Its primarily groceries. Staff is friendly & helpful.

Nice little market for grocery shopping. They offer nearly anything you could need, noting some local brands like Maddie & Bella's coffee. Staff was kind and got my order out quickly. Selection was great although the pricing could be better. It's not exactly a "value" store but they offer plenty of quality items if you're into that kind of thing.Walked out with some pre-made sandwiches and some deli meats. Both of which turned out great.

Love the store, it has a unique and eclectic selection. The bakery selection is always top notch BUT the deli “sides” selection don’t hit the spot. I’m not saying to be at the top tier epsilon of Churchill’s but you aren’t even on par with krogers. We gotta fix this. It’s potato salad not potato soup.

On December 8, I bought some goods, including a chocolate. Only at home I checked the availability and it was expired about a month already. When went to return it-the cashier treat it like something normal, not even a “sorry”. And the prices are so high. Never going back there again.

I really like this place except for the prices which is why it didn't get 5 stars. They carry the regular grocery store items but also have a variety of locally produced products including Dietz Candies. They make a lot of their deli items in house, offer grab and go food and local baked goods. Their produce is usually superior although you pay the price for it. Regular customers are greeted by name and the employees go out of their way to be helpful.

What a cute neighborhood grocery store! My office is right around the corner from Kazmaier's, but I'd never gone in before today. Now I'm kicking myself for not going in sooner! Walking through the doors was like stepping into my childhood. The staff is friendly, personable, and helpful. The produce looks fresh and delicious, the wine aisle has a great selection, and the fresh-made foods in the deli case are absolutely delicious. I'm definitely going to become a regular shopper here!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their products are great and I'm willing to pay a little bit more for such a great experience. The generic it name brand stuff isn't any more expensive than any major grocery chain. I gladly shop at Kazmeiers every day.

What a treasure. A great local store with friendly staff and nice selections of the items you expect plus local favorites. The meat counter and their ability to special-order meat are fantastic. It’s a small store so you don’t fight the crowds, and they manage their space very well. Our favorite store!

I stop here more often than I should to pick up a few things for dinner. Excellent wine selection. Carries Boar's Head meats and cheeses, Jeni's Ice Cream, deli offers small selection of prepared foods. A great source for local food products too!

Wonderful grocery store that also offers local products and unusual things you won’t get in the chain grocery stores. They have great meats, deli items and baked goods.
