Never going to return to this store again. They sold us a broken doll house for $309.00 with no instructions and missing parts wouldn't give us a discount nothen when I got up to the register it was a different price right after I walked out the door the manager stoped me and told me it was a different higher price and I said never mind she said she couldn't give me my money back and I had to pay 309.00 for a broken doll house. Very mad never again. I can't believe that this store can do this. Will be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

The OH store, very helpful staff. The White Lake MI Store: very rude, not at all helpful staff. I wanted to exchange leather cooked; asked to be taken to that area area, in a very huge store I I'm unfamiliar with. 1st girl pointed; I couldn't find that aisle. 2d person, I asked him to take me to that aisle. I told him I couldn't walk day. I lost him; had to call to him to find him! What a nightmare!!! Net again. Thought to disabled people: don't ever shop at White Lake Hobby Lobby, if you are disabled and need assistance!!!

The Findlay Hobby Lobby in my favorite in NW OHIO. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and the store is stocked. I can always count on this location to have unique and well made Christmas cards and unique home decor. Easy parking and always clean store!

Extremely disappointed with the service that I received from one of the cashiers that rung me out. I am appalled with the lack of professionalism and respect that this woman showed to me. She made a comment about how I was carrying my items and was very impolite, didn’t have to listen to anything I had to say and was making unnecessary comments.That’s not even the end of the story either! She proceeds to scold me for forgetting my card and getting angry that I did not know that Apple Pay is not a payment option.I would not recommend coming here and do not give them your business, this company is horrible.

Very slow registers. Prices raised along with everything else in the USA!! Very SMALL section of diamond painting items!! Won't go back for my craft supplies, unless it's 75% off!!

The store had congestion in certain aisles. Then it was like everyone was checking out all at once. They were able to open enough registers to get the lines out.Thanks to the staff there.

Went in to buy a Christmas tree and after looking up online if hobby lobby accepts Apple Pay and online saying they did my wife and I got in line to buy one just to be ignored by the cashier and have to listen to her talk about medical problems to another coworker. After waiting patiently to check out and letting them finish their conversation I was just blatantly told they do not accept tap to pay and we had no alternative payment. It was a very embarrassing situation and we will never be coming back here

This is my first stop for shopping home. Interiors decor. I am giving the store a five only because I do not feel it is fair to give the store a four rating simply because of this one critique that I think is needed. To improve the store, the 75% off I’ll Needs to be priced correctly. There were too many items in the 75% off aisle that were incorrectly priced. And unfortunately, the correct 75% off from the original price is not taken at the register. At the register we pay whatever the price is listed.Otherwise, this is my favorite store to shop for home goods.

I love to go to Hobby Lobby. They have such great buys. You just have to look around the store, and you find so many wonderful things. It's a place that you'll want to come back time and time again!!❤️

I was in the store yesterday and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I waited patiently in line as the checkouts were busy. Then I had a lady wave me over “you just have a purchase?” “Yes”. … that was the last thing she said to me as she rang up my items. Meanwhile she and two others (1 I’m assuming was a supervisor of sorts as she was allowing people off registers) spoke poorly about a couple with children who had just left the store. One child was having a tantrum is is normal as children learn to deal with emotions. The parents felt very well with it- no yelling and no giving in. However, the ladies preceded to say how they should have taken her out and that they didn’t want to hear that. This went on for longer than it needed to as I unfortunately had a lot of items that I was purchasing for my son’s birthday. When she finally gave me a total I simply paid and left- but as I reached my car I realized that my son would not be welcome there as I allow him to express all his feelings to me so that I can help him learn to understand them. I think I’ll be returning my purchases and that will be the last time I go to this store.

The employees are quite helpful. If they don't know the answers to my questions, they do their best to get those answers. They're also always willing to listen to their customers' knowledge as well as always seeming to be excited to be there. Employees, coupled with their amazingly well stocked store, adds up to a perfect experience for me every time I go there!

Great store. The girl wanted to peek in. She tells me " it's bigger than the one in Sandusky". I disagree but I'm not telling her that. A brick is a brick, you want bigger go to the Internet. It's all there.

Exactly store huge selection clean store very helpful friendly staff. Shopped here before Christmas huge sales and deal's too be had. Highly recommend this place for your home decor crafts you name it.

I love hobby lobby. Lots of things to choose from. They always have great sales. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the check out lines are incredibly long and usually only 2 cashiers checking people out. They have to punch in every item instead of scanning which takes a lot of time.

Called on June 9th looking for a specific item that I couldn't find anywhere else/at other local Hobby Lobbies. I called this specific location and spoke with Shawn and he was very kind! He held what I needed upfront for me so I was able to run in and buy it. It was very much appreciated!

A lot of times the sales on their previous holiday decorations usually include a ton of broken ornaments and figurines. A lot more expensive than Michael's or joanne. The staff is usually pretty nice though.

Waaaaay better prices than Michael's by 40-50%. Christmas things were excellent quality. I just wish they would expand their hours at Christmas because they were closing when I needed things & so I spent way too much at Michael's simply because they weren't open & Michael's is open later. Definitely better than Big Lots.
