**** YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! ****but you'll want to continue reading cause it could of happened to you.So I went there for this Black Friday for the mail in rebate on the Xbox 360 to get a free Xbox 360 for my wife. we were running late for work and she really wanted to do it so she came with me. All we wanted to do was to do the mail in rebate for the Xbox 360 which was on their advertisement.The guy there told me they were out but I went into my car in disbelief because he was acting strange and rude.So I ended up calling this Gamestop on Olde 20 back while I was in my car in their parking lot and they said they had plenty and that no one was getting them! How terrible! Watch out for this place! I would have went inside to get one after all but I figured it wasn't worth the argument and we were running late for this. Plus we went out of our way to drive all the way out here only to be told that. After all of this, I had to go to another Gamestop just to buy one.**** IF YOU ARE A PARENT **** who doesn't know what they are doing, and you feel intimidated by doing things like buying video games for your children. Don't go here. Go to Walmart.The associates pretend to be nice but they know you don't know anything and will take advantage of you by pretending to be super overly friendly which definitely gives you a false sense of security. GAMESTOP IS NOTHING MORE THAN A "CAR DEALERSHIP" but for video games.**** IF YOU ARE AN ADULT ***who likes to game in their free time. Don't go here, and you have probably had problems with them in the past honestly.They will take advantage of you too and if it feels like they are trying to rush you out of the store, its probably because they are!

Pre ordered the new Harry Potter game only to have it crash out my system when I try to play it. When I went back to the store to exchange it the guy at the counter literally could not be less interested in helping me. Just kept brushing me off and told me to call another location. The guy couldn't be bothered to dial the actual store to check on it for me. He handed me a tiny receipt and said it's the second number and walked away.

Not a terrible store, but one of the staff members has been pretty rude on various occasions. Route 20 store has much nicer staff and a better selection.

Everytime we come Wesley is always sighing and can just tell he’s not happy to help. When the other guy is working it’s a great atmosphere but just hate coming when Wesley is working :/

My mom is a video game player,so I go there alot,friendly people,but everyone has a different answer to any question u ask about a game system,and they are usually wrong..I can't count how many trips I have had to make back to this store,because they gave me the wrong answer and sold me the wrong thing..its a great place just be video game savvy before u go in

I bought a used Xbox One a couple of days before this visit. Its controller pulled to one side, so I went back to exchange it. The clerk was more than helpful and offered me a new controller for only $8 more.My family frequents this store because the employees are usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This visit was no exception!

Very busy during the holiday season, they had made a wrapping line and were preparing people's items before they got to the counter, however the workers who were working the lines were very slow (or the customers had a lot of requests, hard to tell). I used to work at a gamestop for seasonal help and I think they could have moved faster. Took about 20 minutes of waiting in line (I was like 3rd in line) to get my 1 copy of Animal Crossing.

Nicely sized store that has a great amount of Think Geek inventory so you can visit for more than just video games. The staff is never not pleasant, but you may need to dodge the insistence on pre-ordering and trading/buying used to get the part where you just enjoy the browsing experience. We can't blame the workers for the requirements that are placed on them, but with that in mind, you may have a bit more pressure on you when you shop than you'd like! Otherwise, the staff is always smiling, ready to help and pumped you're there. Play the demo kiosks, browse the merch and grab the deals flier to make sure you don't miss out on anything. Placed beautifully next to a few amazing food options, make it a post-lunch stop!

I went to this GameStop to purchase a refurbished XBOX One controller and was quite disappointed with the product. I bought the one specifically recommended to me by the staff and it was atrocious. Not only was the controller still covered in the grease and slime of its previous owner, but it didn't even work. A staff member talked me into buying the slightly more expensive version and it turns out the cheaper one ended up actually working. Come on GameStop, get your stuff together. The staff member was very friendly so nothing against him except for innocent ignorance.

Website says they carry Xbox 360 games still. Made the drive there for nothing as they clearly don’t. I asked if it was online only, clerk laughed and said “if that”. Uninformed workers and rude customer service. Lost a lifelong customer.

They sold me a bad item. They let someone sell them a bad product it was the wii charging pad, they couldn’t have checked the items because the battery packs did not work for the controller nor for the pad also was the wrong battery pack for the charging pad, and also the battery packs do not work even after I plugged them in. Terrible I am very upset and disappointed. Also never answers the phone I have to call at least 10 times before I get an answer . THEY NEED MORE WORKERS .

First off, that kid is wrong,I live 5 mins from that store. The people are friendly, and knowledgable. I have yet to have anyone there rub the discs, or have to stand in a line. Definately would recommend it.

Got a ds game and won’t work the back of it looks like it has been through a lot as well. Hate getting games like that. Also called them twice at different times and won’t even answer the phone and when I left the store was just empty didn’t have that many costumers.

Pre orders for ps5 were in store today. This store only had 7 and they call themselves a video game giant. Never going to buy from Gamestop again no matter what deals they have. I'll get a ps5 next year when a bundle comes out. People, don't reward the sellers on ebay, just wait and don't let people take advantage of you. Good buy Gamestop.
