First and last time here. Service was great and fast. Each of the 5 workers I saw wereFood was terrible! Sausage egg and cheese sandwich was just not edible. Croissant had a chemical taste, eggs had no flavor and sausage had a strange taste. After taste is just wrong. Vanilla coffee was hot which is the only good aspect.Thankfully, stopped at a coffee shop which was lovely!Sorry Dunkin.

Do these look good? Think again. I give this 2 stars strictly because the staff was really friendly and polite. These had no less than 500 grams of sugar in them and were completely undrinkable. The only thing worse could be biggby coffee.

Coffee and bagel I have no problem with. It was the drive thru employee. She was rude and curt from the time I pulled up from the speaker. I don't need to be coddled but as a person with 40 plus years in customer service I recognize when a person has no clue how to give an ounce of customer service. I know we all have bad days but we still need to leave it at the door and at least be polite. Sunday 16July just about 12:00PM.

Stopped to pick up a mobile order around 6 PM on 6/26/23, the mobile order contained 2 small, iced lattes and was placed at least 10 minutes in advance, pulled in to not a single customer, entered the store to dead silence and all four employees glued to their cell phones. Waited another 5-10 minutes for someone to make the order.If you got time to lean, you got time to clean ;)

I do not know what happens with these employees ... but every time I come to buy they ignore me or they are in a bad mood, They don't even give me what I order, it's like they haven't taken my order....... all those who were behind me...they leave first.... except mine ....just for a coffee and a Donut.. .😡😡😡..they need to drink coffee and eat more sweet to be happy..😁😁

I went in today and ordered one coffee, the same one I always get, it was made wrong. The costumer service was very disappointing. Every single Dunkin’ donuts i’ve been to in the past has had incredible, kind, and fast service, except this one. I was also never asked if i wanted a recipe, so I asked kindly if I could have the one that printed, the girl taking my order barely acknowledged it and handed me the crumpled up receipt she was about to throw away, now I work in fast food and I know you can easily reprint one, so this was upsetting. Even as I left I said have a nice to her and nothing was said in return. :(

Save your time and money. Slow service and they get my order of a simple coffee with cream wrong 50% of the time. Starting to feel like they give you a wrong order just to mess with people. Today they gave me a coffee with 9 cream and 9 sugar! Waste of time and money. Go to a local coffee shop instead.

Good place overall with quick and efficient service. Nice workers. I would reccomend ordering on the app and pulling through the drive through to get your food. My only complaint is that sometimes we get the wrong kind of donut, or there is not enough cream in a coffee and those are the little things that annoy people the most. Dunkin could pay more attention the the orders in the future.Parking: Parking lot right next to this place. There is more than enough parking, and if the dunkin parking lot is full, you can easily park it the plaza and walk over.

Went inside to choose. Horrible choice. Ignored even before ordering. Ordered a small iced coffee and 4 donuts. Got our coffee and waited several minutes waiting for donuts in the case while they take the next customers order and hand them their donuts immediately. Then could not remember what we ordered. Had a hard time listening to order. Poor management plain and simple. Will never come to this location again.

Amazing Everything Bagel. The woman in front of me ordered and then changed it 4 times. She was an absolute Karen! The employees handled it great and made sure she was happy when she left even tho no one would have blamed them for dismissing her.

This Dunkin location is one of the best I have ever been to. It is 5 minutes from my house and thus I have been here often. The service is always quick and friendly. The orders are always accurate and fresh. This group deserves a lot of praise for the work that they do.

I’ve been going here for a while and the food is good and has a wide variety of food to choose from, the service isn’t bad it’s just normal. The inside of here has a not so well atmosphere, me and my friends are sitting here eating and the workers are talking about random subjects out loud and including cuss words which isn’t good if children are here to eat.

I can't say much about the place, but I know my wife loves the coffee there and she's always a little nicer after she gets it. Me, I don't drink coffee, too much caffeine in it. I usually stick to MTN DEW, NOS, Red Bull, RipIt, and a few other energy drinks to substitute water in my diet. I mean, I still use water for things like showers, washing hands, dishes, but that coffee stuff. It's dangerous!

The employees are super nice. I felt like they couldn't hear me because the speaker was messed up but they kept their patience with me. When I got to the window, it felt like I immediately made a friend. I got two coffee rolls but they were different from what they usually look and taste like. They were good but not what I wanted but I'd still recommend this Dunkin to eat at.

Went to get donuts and iced coffee and was ignored by all the workers. They finally took our order after 5 min and no one in line. Gave me my coffee and forgot our donuts and continued to get other customers donuts. I spoke up to one worker while they were all huddled around the coffee maker. She ignored me and went to the drive thru window. Finally got our donuts after being there for 15 min! Never going there again ! Terrible service!

Had a fine experience here the other day! I ordered an iced matcha latte and a Boston Creme Donut. Both adequately yummy! 😋 The staff over the intercom when I ordered were friendly and did not make me feel dumb when I was confused about what donut flavors they had (donut flavors are posted above the intercom rather than on the menu itself.) just kindly redirected my attention to the list! You can’t go inside so I found a parking spot to camp in for a moment before driving off. It was a nice moment to myself before heading into traffic to get home for the night. It’s also nearby where I do therapy so it’s always nice to treat yourself to their tasty treats after a hard session!

Had terrible service there today. Went inside and it took 20 minutes for a hot latte and 3 baked goods...they were totally focused on the drive thru and although I stood at the counter the entire time after my order was placed, not one employee acknowledged me or why I was still waiting. Do better!

Quick service both inside and in the drive-through. Rarely they mess something small up on my order, but the one time it was bad enough that I asked for a remake, they did so no problem.
