The dollar store in Perrysburg really impresses me. It is stocked well. The aisles are clear 90% of the time unless they are stocking. 99% of employees are friendly.

Of all the Dollar Trees I've been in, this Perrysburg location is by far the best! 'Thor' is such a positive and helpful stocker! You are blessed he chose to work for your store. His positive attitude makes shopping a pleasure!

This dollar tree very well stocked. Lots of spring and summer items. Full refrigerator section too.

Carries most small stuff that you need. They have a good stock of cheap party decorations, greetings cards, cleaning stuff etc

Nice staff. Clean store for the chain. Shelves are pretty organized and well stocked. Gets busy sometimes and they only keep 1 or 2 cashiers so you might have to wait in line a few minutes for your bargain goods. ;)

Very Rude and unprofessional. I left a bag there and called to check,they left me on the phone for 12 minutes until I hung up. They never came back to the phone i could here them talking. I'm from Livonia MI., I rather lose a couple of dollars than to go back there. Not a friendly environment.

It’s not very often, in a busy store with long lines, customers waiting and getting impatient, that you meet a store manager who is not only professional, she was kind, gracious and empathetic to an elderly customer who was having trouble with a debit card.I was there to purchase hundreds of hats and gloves for a nonprofit and she was profoundly helpful to the extent of even helping me load up my vehicle.Kudos to Tracey!!😇💙

Normally I don't have a problem but today was an exception. I don't normally complain but I work in retail and if my team acted like the employees that I came across today at this store I wouldn't be happy. 3 employees complaining about things in the aisle while one cashier was backed up at the front. Carts of stock blocking the aisles. I felt uncomfortable shopping around them. Then one of the ladies that was complaining in the aisle was checking us out and she answered call on her phone while she should have been attentive to the customer. Overall horrible customer service here today.

This dollar store always seems to have the items I go in there looking for and sometimes even throws a curve ball and has items I didn't even plan on buying. My mother in law likes those solar powered things that are like a little snow globe but has a bird on a swing or other things like that when they are in the sun. Dollar Tree seems to have these things for EVERY occasion so when I go in there, I pick one up for her and hope that she doesn't have it yet haha. The store is always clean and the people working seem to usually be friendly as well. The best part is that everything is only a dollar... so it's a real dollar store.

Terrible customer service. I called because we live quite a ways from this store but I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for in my area. When they finally did pick up the phone, she was rude. I ignored being snapped and asked about wrapping paper to which I was told she didn't know if they had any in stock and she was too busy to check. That I would just have to drive an hour and come check before hanging up on me. If it's so busy you have to be rude to customers and you can't check to see if you carry something, you should rethink running a store. Or maybe they can hire people that care about customers.

Allllways find what I need and then some; cashiers mostly super friendly. Management/floor staff can sometimes be a bit aloof and not care much besides unloading truck, but makes up with the additional merchandise I always notice!

I love going to the Dollar Tree. They have the things you get in the store at the Dollar Tree for a $1.00. I buy a lot of things at the Dollar Tree like laundry soap for my husband's clothes, nasal decongestant, shampoo, my greeting cards, candy, spices, and even my snacks. You can spend a lot of money here if you need things.

Went in today and the man at the check out (John) was BEYOND rude. He slammed most of my items into the bags and kept rolling his eyes at me. When I then proceeded to pay, I told him I had $20 in cash and the rest on my card. He let out a large sigh and proceeded to angrily type it into the register. Once paid and my recipient had printed he handed it to me and just said "bye" with no emotion. Not to mention he took his face mask off strictly just to cough in front of us.

I was very unpleasantly surprised. It was not the cleanest, the employees were snippy and the shelves were very poorly stocked. I won't be going out of my way to shop this location any time soon!

I love this place but I think there should be back up cashiers at all times because the lines get pretty backed up but other then that it's not bad here. The customer service seems to be improving.

Employees beyond rude. Told to leave after entering store without a mask. Several other shoppers were also told to leave. None of the other local stores are requiring face masks. Why are you alienating your customers, DT?

I have a bad back, the one thing that has let me survive with this horrible pain. I put on a Air Activated Heat Wrap every morning at 5 am and when I take it off at 9ish it is still warm. Saves the day every time I use it!

They have a surprisingly large selection of products here, all of which are actually a dollar. My only real complaint is that sometimes the cashier lines can be a bit long, but the savings are worth the slightly longer wait.

I find that they are out of some things that I am used to buying. I have loved shopping at Dollar Tree. I will not buy at the Grocery Store thinking I will get it at the Dollar Tree only to find out that they are out of it.
