Remember in early 2023 when the Ohio Attorney General sued Dollar General because of incorrectly priced items on shelves? Well this Dollar General like most in Ohio also have items on their shelves marked incorrectly. When you get to the register the item is almost always 300-400% more expensive then what they price it on the shelf. Then the employees say they cannot change prices because that’s what the system says. The system and shelf prices should reflect each other. It’s very sad to see that Dollar General lost the lawsuit and would change its practices but this location is still a proud shameless example of Dollar General ripping its consumers off.

The thing that attracts me to this Dollar General store, it has so much more in the way of merchandise selection than any other Dollar Generl store in area. It is also it's negative as it is hard to find an item you are looking for. I'll take the merchandise selection over the hard to find anyday.

Overall everyone is nice. My only concern is the merchandise to fill counters all over. Company needs a night crew to fill or work on layouts. 35 years in retail I've been arounda lot.

For the last two nights I’ve went in for a couple simple things and I can’t even make it down any isle’s because they have boxes and carts everywhere and 30+ employees ignoring the checkout so you have to stand and wait for someone. Used to be good, but terrible now.

Went there to put $30.00 on my money card. The guy working there didn't know what he was doing and didn't load the money and no only didn't he load the money he took an additional$30.00 off my card and when I confronted them about it they said there is nothing they can do about it and sorry about my luck they are not refunding the money. So they basically stole $60.00 from me and told me that's how the cookie crumbles.

Nearby, Wales Rd/Tracy Rd location crushes this DG, in neatness and kindness of staff. This location is closer to us, but we have used the Wales Rd/Tracy Rd location for the 5 months we have lived here.

It seems like a bigger store, however they dont carry as much of a variety as the other stores. It's more like a small grocery store than a dollar general.
