I love shopping at Costco! The prices are unbeatable, and I can always find great deals on the things I need. One thing to keep in mind is that (almost) everything comes in bulk, so be prepared to stock up! Also, don't forget to bring your own bags, as they don't provide them. But overall, the savings and selection make it well worth it. I've saved so much money on groceries, household items, and more. The warehouse can be overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be hooked! Great experience and highly recommend!

My experience at this location was amazing! I had a problem with my passenger front tire loosing pressure with over 500 miles more on my trip today. They had a full schedule but they got me right in and fixed the tire and I was back on the road in less than one hour at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your help to me today Costco!!

Walked up to the automotive counter and no other customers were around. Talked with the Costco person at the counter about getting a refund for the core battery I had brought back. Phone then rings at the counter and the Costco person answers it and now I am waiting. Eventually I walk away from the counter with the core battery. I definitely understand if the Costco person was on the phone when I walked up but this was just a lack of customer service the way it was handled by Costco. Option #1 could have been to not answer the phone until I completed the return. Option #2 could have been answering the phone and asking that customer to hold while the return was completed. Customer service is fading fast at Costco. All that will be left soon at Costco is pricing and once that is not appealing it will just become another big box store. Sad because it had been a great store for so long.Edit: I returned to the same Costco to take the core battery back again and the same person was at the automotive counter. He (Steve) asked to scan the QR code to show the membership at Costco I had and I held the phone up. He then asked if he can take my phone. I asked if he scanned the QR code and he said he wasn't able to at the counter. I told him I was not going to provide him my phone and then he demand the account number which I provided. He gathered all the details of the car I have and then went to get a new battery off the shelf. I explained that I was returning the core battery that I had brought back to the counter. He said there was no record of a battery purchase. I then asked about the core battery for my wife's car battery which I had recently bought at Costco also. He again gathered all the details of the car and went to get a new battery off the shelf. I again explained that I was returning the core battery and was just looking for either of the two batteries I had purchased so the core battery could be returned. He said there was no record of that battery purchase either. I then asked to speak to the manager and he came over to the counter. He (James) scanned the QR code and located both battery purchases and provided a refund for the core battery I had brought back.

My favorite Costco in our area! All of the workers encountered were awesome!!!! So happy I finally got membership!!! Just Kirkland toilet paper and paper towels are worth the membership fee!!! Tysvm for keeping your prices so good! Saves me a lot of money in long run!

By far the BEST Costco location I've ever been in. Not insanely chaotic, well laid out parking lot, tons of staff. Also watched the solar eclipse from their lot. Great location

I always find something I need or would like when I go here. I love all the locations to get samples of food or drink. My wife also enjoys coming with me. Very nice staff.

Unfortunately Costco brand, Kirkland, is succumbing to the post covid culture of lower quality products and service. The example today is their brand of chicken broth. The latest change is the main ingredient is now water, and it tastes like it too. The packaging between the old and new is identical, except the new one's first ingredient is now water vs chicken stock. Not going to fool a lot of people.

Great place! They do have to check your receipts at the door. It’s in the rules when you sign up AND they don’t sell liquor because it’s state law for the Ohio Costco’s but Michigan and Indiana sell liquor at their stores!

Went to the hearing center at Costco for hearing test. Such a really good experience. Was impressed with the tech had a great mix of professionalism and friendly attitude. Would highly recommend.

The warehouse is always stocked up and always in order. The staff is helpful and cheerful. They have regular offers on clothes and other sections. Before the COVID restrictions they had loads of samples being given away on the weekends. The gasoline is always cheaper than other outlets and serves as a reason for frequent visits.

Great selection, but need to keep your eye on prices. Some things are a deal and others aren't depending on your family size and expiration dates on groceries. I shop with a neighbor and we split large quantities. Very clean and friendly staff.

Always busy, but normally a great place to shop. Just remember that if you aren't used to going to Costco, take cash or your debit card. Their credit card options are limited.

Safe , and great organic selections in almost everything you could shop for !Being a single mother with children , where we shop is important for our safety and I truely feel safe in Costco .People pay for their memberships there so the crime rate is extremely low .

Ordered a cake from here and everyone said it was really good. They don't give you a ton of options but there was one that worked for us and was big enough for the 40 or so adults we had and was only $20. I have also gotten a lot of nice clothes from here, name brand, some I have never heard of and even Kirkland. Large selection of items throughout the store and you can not beat their return policy! The employees are always friendly and helpful

*Update: Costco is going to replace their bratwurst with chilli at their concession stand! Get your brats now while they last!! This is very disappointing!!!In the evenings they have free samples of food and drinks. It's bulk buying, in large quantities. The Best Deal at the store is at their concession stand! For One fountain drink, with unlimited refills, and a hotdog, or bratwurst it is Only $1.50! It is So Good! We get it often.

Before I bought a membership I looked at the reviews and was very scared if I’m being honest. The recent reviews all talked about rude staff. Against my better judgement I bought the $60 a year membership and told myself anything is worth at least one try. I have NEVER been in a Costco or any please that requires a membership to shop so I was very scared I would mess something up. When I arrived a lady at the door told me where to go to get my card and was so sweet about everything. The young lady who helped me get my card told me about the amazing perks of the best membership that would be great for me so I upgraded. She was very sweet and very helpful. Being my first time in the store I was overwhelmed and spent way more than I should have. When I went to checkout I had no clue what to do but the cashier helped me and even told me to go through the app next time so I know what to get to help with the overwhelming feeling. She was very polite and helpful. Overall this place was amazing and the staff was super helpful and sweet to a first time shopper!

I really like this Costco! Even though it seems like there is a lot of people, which there is, I still can get what I need rather quickly. Even the checkout lines seem to move pretty efficiently. I love the samples as I walk through the store and the accompanying recipes that go with the samples take the guess work out of a meal plan. The cafe there is also very fast and all the staff seems very knowledgeable. I encourage you to also download there app for the most current sales, deals, and offers. The app is very informative and helpful!!

Always a pleasure, very well stocked and very clean. Layed out well, they could have more sample stations out on most days. Weekends are just too busy for me. I like an early mid week shopping experience for my liking. Not too many people and fast service. The parking lot is very well spaced but most pickup trucks still can't park right.

Big bulk food store with FREE SAMPLES of offerings from their food selection. Always busy here and parking can be difficult. This is a "members" store, so have your card ready or go with a friend who has one. We often go when the car needs gas, as their fuel is always reasonably priced as well. Groceries to electronics, tires to glasses, Costco can get you covered in one trip. Don't miss the hotdog and drink combo!
