I asked and paid for an extra shot in my carmal marvel, and I either didn't receive it or they tried to reuse the grounds.Of course, I went to the drive-thru and didn't taste it until I was too far away to take it back.This wasn't the first time this had happened at that location.If people are paying more than $7 for a coffee, it should be what they asked for.If you want to stay in business, do not cut corners .

I absolutely love this place. They start out with the two key ingredients for a great coffee shop, awesome coffee and amazing baristas, then they add daily trivia to the mix to make this the best place to get coffee in town!!

I'm not sure if yall have a bunch of teenagers working in the evening or what, but my experience trying to place a Door dash order today was absolutely unacceptable. I attempted to place an order at 6 pm and first the order was canceled with no reason why. The app prompted me to order again because it thought it was declined in error. I placed the second order at 6:20 pm. This store does not close until 7 pm and is only 3 miles from my location. Apparently the employees really didn't want to make an order this close to closing time even though my dasher was already in the area. Instead of canceling my order they accepted it and just didn't make it. My dasher arrived at the store at 6:50 pm only to discover the store was already closed. After over an hour waiting for my order I had to contact door dash support to get a refund. I worked in food service for 12 years and I can tell you this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Through out this whole experience there was absolutely zero communication as to why I couldn't get my order. If yall don't want to fill door dash orders an hour before you close then you should disable ordering after 6pm. Other wise, if yall are open til 7 pm you should be serving customers until 7 pm. Shame on you Biggby employees.

I work nearby, but have been to multiple locations in the area. But this location is by far my favorite. Everyone is always chipper and have never had any problems. The one I talk to the most is Hanna(h). She is beyond warm, charming and genuine. Like a true barista goddess! (And great at upselling, which I am not complaining about.) Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sausage bagel sandwich with dairy free cheese. Delicious!Parking: It's a plaza so there are plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Beyond kind environment.

The young lady who waited on me handed me my drink which was leaking all over the outside! She didn't try to wipe it off. I had to ask for a napkin and here the cup had a hole in it and was dripping everywhere. They didn't have ingredients to make drink I wanted. I'm not sure why people think it's OK to hand something, a drink totally dripping to the customer. I guess that's customer service these days. And I still gave a tip. Drink had a lot of pulp in it not blended well at all.

Staff was extremely overwhelmed after opening their lobby in addition to their customary drive-through but remained communicative and professional. I also appreciated one pointing out what my grandma orders isn’t what she wants after her substitutions, and the correction will save me time and stress on future orders getting it right lol.

I was the first car in line and they gave me my drink after I paid AND gave a $3 tip because I felt that they deserved it. I was wrong. I ordered 2 bagels with sausage and egg and it took almost 15 minutes at the window to get my food. The line was shorter than Dunkin’ but I could’ve went through their line twice by the time I pulled out of the drive thru.

Service was ok, waited a little while in the drive thru with no one around. Ordered a Chocolate Chip cookie cream freeze. The drink was made Incorrectly, leaving chunks of ice and flavor was off. I work at a biggby and know how simple it is to make these drinks. Staff may need to be retrained.

Incredibly disappointing.. I was the only customer in the drive thru and waited 10 min for a regular ice coffee. Then I got charged for a bagel I didn't order... meanwhile, there are THREE employees working!!! I don't recommend this location to anyone. Also, if you have a coupon they will NOT honor it unless you print it out... If you want good coffee and exceptional service, Starbucks is where its at.

This location is terrible! They do not know how to make the drinks correctly and always have new staff. Go elsewhere, this location gives Biggby a bad reputation. Absolutely never go here!!! Waste of money

Decent enough coffee but the store was barren, very dark ( like creepy dark) and had very little choice of baked goods . The staff were friendly. I got a latte and it was satisfactory, my Bf got a chocolate chip freeze and it had zero flavor. Probably will opt for Starbucks next time 😕

Sadly inconsistent. Sometimes Watered down Iced drinks, sometimes poorly mixed Hot Drinks...every few times the drinks are very well crafted and worth the time and money, but now with Drive-Thru only making it only convenient when passing by and no longer a good mid-work destination, there is little reason to choose this locally owned option over the adjacent Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

When The wife and i first came here this place was great and service was amazing. Its only gone down since then. This last visit was a long wait, a hard bagel, no cream cheese and barely even warm sausage patty on my bragel.

This is my morning stop for coffee on the way to work. The baristas are friendly and speedy. The coffee is great and the muffins are too, and if I'm really hungry, I'll get a sausage, egg, and cheese bragel. It's all good.

As a specialty coffee cafe, Biggby Coffee has exactly what you would anticipate a coffee cafe to have. There are no extra bells or whistles. It's friendly people, serving overpriced coffee in a sparkling clean, modern atmosphere. Because this is a chain restaurant the recipes of each different flavored beverage is consistent wherever you go. Each location does provide free Wi-Fi.

I love biggby but this location is lacking in everything. The employees are always new and they don't know how to make the drink's properly. Also, I bought reusable biggby cups to reduce the plastic waste of the other cups but they never use my cups even when I ask. I'm done wasting my time and money with this location.

Worst Coffee i have had in a long time. I ordered the butterscotch one that is on the billboards all over the city. It tasted like water down coffee with ice mixed in. If you want quality coffee you better off going to Mcdonalds. Worst 5.00 i have ever spent.

My husband and I stopped in, there was NO one waiting and only one at drive thru...the 3 people working were too busy talking and laughing with each other and not one ever acknowledged us for the first 5 minutes, then a guy said we will be with you in a min...2 min later still nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. We left (no one said anything) and went to Dunkin Doughnuts (great service there)!

Buggy coffee on Mcord & Sylvania has really good service. My favorite drink so far is the coconut blackberry zinger, frozen, it's addictive.

Holiday coffee not bad but a little on expensive side. It was also served lukewarm not hot. Barista made a mistake and quickly corrected. She even offered the other drink.

This company is a horrible place to work for. They have very poor communication with all their employees. I was scheduled for a shift and after another employee from a different store comes in I was being harassed and bullied. The Gm sent me home as I would finish my training on the following Monday. I then got a call from the assistant manager that Sunday stating I was being fired for walking out which was complete BS as I never walked out! They thw. Tried to withhold my last paycheck untill I called corporate 6 times they finally have my paycheck at a store I never even worked at. They now refuse to fill out the employment verification form that I dropped off for or off proof thatI no longer work there. They do not properly clean any of their stuff nor their store.

Amazing, went with my Uncle and presto! Amazingness. Pretty pricey but better than Starbucks and every other good coffee place around, 10/10 would recommend
