If I could give negative stars I would!! This place is the worse! I first contacted them in December about a firearm transfer. I was told that they will call me back. 2 weeks go by and no one calls. I call back and explain to them what I need and was told to email them and they will contact me. Guess what no one does. I give them the benefit of the doubt and consider that it’s the holidays. I wait almost a month and guess what no one contacts me! I call one last time and speak to someone and she tells me that she was too busy and she would get back to me. Well it is now February and still no call. I would not recommend this place as obviously they do not know how to contact a customer that was willing to spend money at their establishment.

The email follow thru with these people is astonishing. Try to get a confirmation on exactly what they want so I can get them paid…..and it just goes silent. Must not want to sell your stuff too bad when you can’t even follow thru. Wouldn’t purchase from these clowns…what a waste of time.

I used them as an FFL twice both experiences were a little odd. First time they called and said it was delivered I came in twice that day and no one was there both times the door was locked with a scribbled note that they were gone. Second time I used them the carrier tried delivering twice and no one was there, I assume they had the same issue. They seem like good people, I understand it's a small shop and try to support local but if you say your open you should be there.

The owner is very nice. I took my son in to peruse, as we both shoot and hunt and my son is always in the market for window shopping. The owner happened to be working that day and treated my son very respectable and made good conversation. He even went out of his way to offer my son a pretty cool momento. He also spoke about some specialty services that a man comes in once a week to perform that would be helpful for my husband's grandpa's gun to be refurbished. Their hours are slightly odd, but nothing out of the ordinary for a mom and pop shop , so I'd suggest checking the hours before visiting.

Recently had a gun transferred here. Everything went smooth, no issues, and had a great conversion with the worker there. Haven't bought a gun there but might look into it in the future. Great experience overall.

Be very careful with this place.. very shady. Overpriced. and not the place if you are just starting out. Suggest you call first to guarantee they are open. We drove 1.5 hours to get there, during store hours, he couldn't wait to get us out the door so he could close early (45 minutes before closing time)

If you wish to buy a firearm and be taken advantage of then Bear Arms Tactical is the perfect dealer for you. I went in to purchase a standard Glock 17 Gen 4. They must have thought I was new to buying firearms and thought they could make an extra hundred dollars or so off of me because they tried selling me a Glock 17 Gen 4, the only one they had mind you, for about $730. The male at the counter and female in the back tried telling me it had "special" sights on it. I have 6 Glocks and know that the sights that were on this particular Glock were standard factory sights and there was nothing "special" about them. They were not tritium night sights. They were not fiber optic sights. But wait!... It gets much better. While examining the handgun I noticed that the original price tag was left inside of the box. The price on the tag was $599. When I inquired about this the gentlemen at the counter said that the price of Glocks has gone up in the last 20 months. Which was another false statement. If you're new to buying firearms go somewhere else where you won't be taken advantage of.
