Not only did they try to talk me into replacing my battery for no reason, they also didn’t tighten my skid plate after they changed my oil so now I have to go get that fixed.

Wow, this place is amazing. My mother and I popped into town for a trip to Costco. Our car started to die so we pulled into AAA. The customer service was second to none. Steve helped us immediately and had one of the mechanics look at our car. We ended up staying overnight. They made our car a priority, and had it fixed the next day. We are now thinking about joining AAA because of the customer service experience.Service: Engine repair

Im a member and recently moved around the block from this shop. First experience was great. Great pricing. Great communication and professionalism. Mechanics seem very knowledgeable. Service managers had great customer service. Definitely will be taking all my vehicles to this shop for service needs.

I found this shop very professional, honest, and priced appropriately. My tire was not filling and I was afraid to drive on it. Turned out to be a small issue (bead leak). The shop guys were polite and kept me informed on my car's progress. I'll be back for oil changes and maintenance.

Went to this facility to have my Cadillac Escalade serviced. The man at the register was nice but two registers down was another man that was extremely rude. He kept interrupting the guy that was speaking to me and going over him. The man asked us if we was going to wait on the vehicle and I said yes. The rude man speaks quickly and says you should probably leave because it could be 2 hours. We was from out of town and they had my vehicle. It ended up being 15 minutes. I ordered a Lyft just to cancel it. Then they charged me 130.00 to look at my truck just to tell me they couldn’t service my vehicle there and I had to go to the dealership. When I asked for a print out about what they “detected” the guy was rude and said he could write it down if I needed him to. I mean I did just pay 130.00 for nothing, that’s the least you could do. I paid 130.00 for something Auto Zone would do for free and would have got better friendly service. Every time he spoke he was rude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Sadly I think he might have even been a manager. His name may have been Eric but I could be wrong. He had the register closest to the shop door. Don’t go to this facility if you want friendly service.

Had a great experience here with Matt from start to finish. Was getting crapped on from another shop to replace the motor in my daughters 2014 Buick Regal Turbo... Had the vehicle towed here. And it's been nothing but a pleasure dealing with the folks here! Makes you feel secure when you are spending 9000 bucks on services.... I also plan on using them to help my family and I plan our Family trip coming up. And they will also be the only shop servicing this vehicle from now on! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs trustworthy service and top notch customer service!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Excellent service!! I was traveling; unfamiliar with the area and I was towed to this Perrysburg location. If I lived in the area they would absolutely be my car mechanics! I am writing this 10 days after my car repair and everything is A1 because of their expertise.

Nice people . Had AAA service on airport hwy. 3 times was told car done. Engine Light was still on and over $1000.00 Perrysburg AAA ran a smoke pressure test on the fuel system cleared the codes told me what to do if it comes back on. New gas cap and part under the hood. Good for now

Traveling through. Stopped here to pick up a e-zpass for the toll road. Friendly fast service. Be aware, last minute purchase of e-zpass for same day travel on tollway may or may not be activated and work. For me it did for Ohio travel within 30 min of signing up on website.

Fantastic company I would have to say they are on top of their stuff for the most part. I appreciated the customer service 100% which is why you're getting five stars. A little upset that they wouldn't do the job but I completely understand that it is not covered under your warranty so I appreciate the honesty. Nonetheless thank you guys for a great experience

Currently have a Enterprise vehicle and I needed new tires oil change and wipers took it to a different tire shop in town and got run around didn't get anything accomplished. So I called my local branch in Perrysburg and they said this is where they wanted me to go so I went there a gentleman named of Mark went above and beyond to help me out as well as the other gentleman I don't remember his name at the service counter also helped out. First time here and the customer service was excellent! A very difficult lengthy process that they had to deal with and I appreciate them handling it very professionally and thinking of me as a customer and my time was important to them which I do greatly appreciate overall highly recommend this place they treat customers and their cars with care and try to do everything they can to help them out.

Flat tire on I 75 in Michigan. Couldn't reach AAA using 1-800 number because I couldn't find my AAA card. Called Perrysburg AAA where our membership is located, and two wonderful ladies had tire repair truck underway to my location in northern Michigan in 10 minutes. Thanks again. (Wish I knew their names!!)

The auto repair shop here is what dreams are made of. The guys are quick, respectful, approachable, and they do quality work. More than anything, they are not out to gouge you for made-up problems and I always walk out paying less than I expected. Best price for an oil change -especially if you have a AAA membership.

I had great experiences with this facility prior to my most recent experience. Employed the facility to fix a noise on my Mercedes. They called and gave me a verbal estimate of $1800 to fix/replace my ac compressor. They also stated that their work is guaranteed for 2 years. They had my car for three weeks. I had to call them and visit them numerous times to follow up. Finally, they stated that the noise problem was fixed BUT that the ac doesn’t work. I ended up with a $1400 bill and an ac unit that doesn’t work. They made many excuses but in the end they shouldn’t have stated they could repair my vehicle if they didn’t have the expertise. Their manager was very unprofessional. If I could rate this experience a zero I would. Will never use them for auto repair again. By law they are required to provide me my old parts. They couldn’t do that as well.Service: A/C installation & repair
