As an employee of another local Sheetz, I do not recommend this particular location during their late shift (3rd). They consistently mess up orders in a manner which seems like an attempt at being lazy rather than actual honest mistakes (improperly making drinks, food), and even when I ask for the mistakes to be corrected, they still fail (tonight I requested boneless bites tossed in bbq ranch, received plain boneless bites with two ranch packets, asked for a correction, received boneless bites tossed in a very small amount of ranch). Im a regular customer at this particular Sheetz as it is close to my house, and tonight’s poor service is not exclusive to tonight. I’m not writing this to be petty, but rather to say that for the amount customers pay, the product should be up to par, which at this location, it consistently is not. The total lack of customer focus at this location, specifically during 3rd shift is very disappointing.

The store is typically clean unless a lot of people are coming in for lunch, which that can't be helped. The food line is pretty overwhelmed with orders, but they still have your food ready in a timely manner and still friendly. The cashiers are very friendly as well.

Always good. One critique. The employee pickup that parks out front by the sign blocks all westbound traffic from seeing the prices. This is important to me. If he would just park a little down from the sign, all would be great

Judgemental mangers.Hiring requirements are ridiculous.If you wonder why there's low staff/unqualified staff.They hire off of looks not experience/mental capacity.They definitely judge a book by its cover.

Tonight a guy was walking through a broken door that “supposedly” had an orange cone in front of it but didn’t. Poor guy fell on a ladder that was out in front of the door with no sign saying Do Not Enter. Poor guy was irate and most likely very embarrassed. Management had ZERO sympathy as well as the employees there. They all kept harping on the guy about how there was cone in front of the door that it was his fault. THE CONE WASNT THERE. I don’t know how common sense doesn’t say lock the door so nobody can come through. You better PRAY he doesn’t sue because the evidence is so clear against you it’s not even funny.

Idk what's been going on for the past week or two but all the good food is unavailable. No Mac and cheese bites, no jalapeno poppers, no boneless chicken. What else do people even eat there? Hope they get food back soon cause I'm starving. Customer service is always awesome tho and the rest of the place is amazing

The last few times it's like a daycare. Kids from near by mobile park are on roller blades in the stores. Or when I went to go into store almost got ran over by the kids flying by on there bikes. They have frozen drinks and throw cups all over the place. I don't think unsupervised kids are safe with the amt of cars and people. The bike was the last straw for me.

This Sheetz is very interesting. It shares it's building with a pizza place. The only Sheetz that I have ever seen like that. The food service here is well managed which makes the orders come quickly. There is a car wash at this location. The only negative aspect about this location is the exit. You can only leave out the one side. The pumps are angled so that it directs customers toward the side with the exit, but it always seems to confuse a few people. We can just say the parking lot is a bit dangerous... But what parking lot isn't?

The morning crew here is exceptional. Desmond always greets his customers with a cheerful hello and calls many by their name. Always thanks the customer and makes them feel welcome. Great employee

Plenty of fueling stalls so you won't have to wait your turn to gas up and go. Touchless car wash available but it doesn't quite get everything off like some others. They have a wide selection of all your standard convenient store goods plus sandwiches and fresh coffee at reasonable prices. The coffee station could use a little attention so it doesn't get disorderly.

Good for the most part, best for the locality late night. Updated 24 hour car wash $9-12-15. Hit or miss on made to order, but nothing worth getting upset about (..getgo) Friday Saturday night all night is slammed. Here every other day so can confirm stock days are not regular and items go missing for long periods of time.

Was there this morning and the cashier asked if I would donate my change to charity. I said no expecting to recieve my change. Then he fumbled in the drawer saying he didn’t have enough coins to cover it. As I walked away he closed his drawer and did that same thing to two more customers. This store just pocketed two dollars and even after the mini rush the cashier still never got coin to replenish his drawer from any manager. How much more can a million dollar company take from this public and use charity to explain it away??????????Spoke to a representative today. It’s just a coin shortage and Covid. But why does it seem to be only this store?????I’m glad I got an explanation and the managers are being put on notice. Thank you.

Food was good, and most of the staff was friendly. 3 stars because older lady cleaning the cappuccino machine should A) have finished before 8:30 in the morning on a Friday, B) should be attentive to customers looking to use the machine (it is morning after all), and C) should not act put out/snarky/rude to customers for interrupting her inappropriately timed detailing of the cappuccino machine.

Just got off of the phone with an extremely rude employee named Danny, first I asked if they were open to which he responded “365 days a year sir, goodbye” then hung up on me. Wasn’t done asking questions so i had to call back and when he answered i said, yeah I wasn’t done asking questions to which he responded “we’re really busy sir” as if that justifies hanging up on a customer. Asked if they were serving food and he answered then hung up again. Been in the service industry 11 years, would never ever be that rude to someone on the phone no matter how busy

Meh, everything is overpriced and one of the cashiers is super annoying, he really rubs me the wrong way. Like he won't even bag the stuff I purchase. He just points to the bag that he pre - laid out on the counter and I am apparently supposed to put my stuff in it, then leave. Like seriously I bring my stuff to the counter then you ring it up and put it in a bag and hand it to me, that is how it works. I do not work for Sheetz, it is not a team effort, and no , for the millionth time I do not have a Sheetz card, nor do I want one. Other than the high prices, there is probably nothing wrong with the place, but for me , it just doesn't work.

Great staff thereThey treat all their customers great, with professional and courteous service. Their food is well made. Theur prep area is always kept clean as the store itself is via an and well stocked. Any problems you might have, the management and staff will try and remedy the problem. Again, great store because the staff is what makes the place a great place.

I just received the most disappointing burrito bowl I've ever had. It cost almost $7 for maybe one cup of food. I wish I could post a picture to share my disappointment. I will say it did taste good but I was expecting to get lunch not a couple bites.

They bust their butts here , are always nice , and the place stays clean. There’s a girl thereKristian who clearly has a strong sense of urgency, and is literally always running her tail off there . She needs promoted to management , she clearly cares about the store .

I love Sheetz, but after being warned about the rude lady who guards the cappuccino machine, constantly cleaning it. I got to experience first hand and was not amused with her OCD shenanigans, that rendered the machine inoperable during morning rush hour coffee traffic.

The last 4 times I've been here they have been out of at least half of the items when I try to order MTO. These little coupons don't mean much if you're out of stuff.

Fantastic gas station! Sheetz has a wide selection, and innovative products I am not used to seeing! The prices are a little high, but I think it's worth it for the experience. Highly recommended :)

Please lose the cappucino machine cleaning lady. I am late to work every other day due to her unwillingness to allow people access to it. I have tried many approaches to this situation, from being direct, standing there watching her and waiting, to being overly friendly, nothing works. I walk away feeling guilty that I caused her to chastise me for making her wipe down the machine again and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she were to flipping me the bird as I walk away. It is a shame that they couldn't find something else for her to do during the rush of people on the way to work. On the other side of the coin that machine is clean as a wet whistle on two wash Wednesdays..

Worst car wash ever!!! It took over 20 minutes to wash two cars. I had to get out of line because I had somewhere to be. $9.00 down the drain. Don't waist your time or money.

Normally this Sheetz is spot on. Tonight I waited 10 minutes for a cheddar bacon pretzel melt, cinna poppers a "large" popcorn chicken (6 pieces?) in the wrong container and a order of cheese bites also in the wrong container. You guys sucked tonight.
