Pamela Brown has been trimming my fur baby's hair since I first got her when she was a baby. I wouldn't trust anyone else more then her. She's always been wonderful. She cares about the pups she works with and is truly a wonderful groomer

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I’ve been there twice with my Aussie and he looks so clean and handsome every time! He smells super good and he gets a new bandana every time he goes! They are very affordable and call the night before just to confirm, which can be very helpful for people who might be super busy. The girls do a very good job with the dogs and are very kind to my dog and I when we arrive. 5/5, will be recommending to all of my friends!!

Called Thursday afternoon and left a message, I was looking for an appointment for two dogs asap. It’s now Tuesday and I never even got a call back saying they were booked for that day or anything. I’m new to the area and a little disappointed with not getting at least a courtesy call or trying to set an appointment up for a later date.

Pupcuts is great. We have been going to Pamela since both of our dogs were puppies and we absolutely love her! Such great service and quality in the work. They truly care about the dogs beyond the service itself and it really shows in the work. The business is very clean and has a nice waiting area for the pups! The experience is so much better than a chain pet store grooming service. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We loved Pamela’s work on our babies! We have a doodle and a Lhasa apso and both came back looking and feeling great. It’s always awesome when the dogs leave the groomer happy and not traumatized. They love Pamela and loved their time at Pup Cuts! The spring bandannas and Easter pics were such a great bonus too!

My fat cat Prudence needed trimmed up, as she had a couple matts. Kelly was fantastic! She was knowledgeable is taking care of cats, which I thought was great, seeing as it is a dog grooming place. She trimmed her up quickly and with very little stress to my girl. Even gave me some tips to help with not getting more matts. And Mary was doing a beautiful job of the pup she was working on also! They are super nice and do great work here! Thank you so much!!

We have been taking our dogs here for years, and I also bring a client's dog that I watch to get her cleaned up before returning homewhen she's with me for a length of time and they always do a fantastic job with all my dogs! Mary and Kelly truly care about your pets and it shows in their work. Highly recommend.

My soon to be 2 year old does not like going to the groomers. I took him to a woman who was truly wonderful but Lyncoln would have the shakes and the runs. So, I started to take him to pup cuts. Lyncoln was still nervous and very scared in the beginning However, now he falls asleep in the crate and he no longer has behaveral issues and he looks so cute. Five stars to the entire staff

I took my dog In for a groom her hair was long and scraggly so I tried thus place out. They called me like an hour later charged me 50 bucks I gave a 10 dollar tip so 60 bucks all together. However, when I got her you could barely tell she got a groom her hair is still long her ears weren't even trimmed or her face her tail was still scraggly she still sheds hair all over. Everytime I get her groomed her shedding gets reduced tremendously now I got to take her somewhere else and get her groomed again it's gonna cost me well over 100 bucks to get her groomed. I feel as if she got rushed because she wasn't suppose to go in till the next day then they called me back saying they had a no show if I hurry they can get her in. Should have been patient and not rushed she was just so scraggly never again will I go here unless they can make it right. I feel like some was just trying to make some quick cash. I honestly could have groomed her betteryself.
