It's a nice store, in a quiet town. We mostly go for the meat that's locally raised and Amish baked goods. I like seeing what extras they have, here and there they have products I can't find elsewhere. It's a bit of a drive from town but completely worth it for their prices on meat and that's It's locally raised and if you want to you can even set up an appointment with them to see where the cows are raised and what they're fed and so on. I'm pretty sure they raise their own pork too. But I've never gone to see those. Anyways, it's a nice store. Stop on out to their deli for lunch, or stop in and grab some groceries for home. Prices are great and the products are fresh. Not to mention all the folks there are super nice. We love it.

Small Town ohio grocery store sits in Pemberville Ohio. Not very many IGA stores still around. They sell gas, lottery tickets, local meats and produce along with national food producer items. The store is always clean and the associates were friendly and helpful.

My friend and I both purchased a ribeye roast from this place $73 which included having it sliced into steaks got it home that night and prepared two of them . they were very hard to cut through then i tried chewing it you couldn't chew it. it was the worst steak I'd ever purchased. By the time I got a chance to drive all the way back here over 50 miles I could not find the receipt but who's going to drive this far to bring steak back from a place you didn't buy it from not me plus I'm not that kind of person who would be dishonest enough to do such a thing. Alls I got was attitude and snide looks from the manager here who kept saying i can't help if you don't have a receipt .so I'm out $73 for steaks you couldn't chew I wouldn't feed them to my dog she might choke on them. I told them to keep their lousy stakes.I would highly recommend going elsewhere for meat or anything else for that fact if they're going to be this rude. But they have a corner on the market because they're the only store in this area . I guess Lucky for me I live 50 miles away and can go to a dozen other stores like the House of meats! We're once or twice I had an issue with them took the item back and they replaced it no questions asked and no snotty remark or attitude about a receipt.

I drive 20 minutes one way for this chicken. They have the best fried chicken. Stop by the deli and try it you won't regret it.

Their deli always have fresh made yummy salads. The meat oh my goodness is it good the only place I buy meat. If Frobosse Meat Locker is busy.

This is a very nice little grocery store in a smaller town. It's one of those extra special places where if you are from around there, everyone knows your name and welcomes you when they see you come in.My husband says they have amazing fried chicken. 🙂

This is my all time favorite IGA store! They have the best employees on top of the freshest meat! I wish they were in my town but I will gladly drive 20 minutes to get my meat from here.

The quality of their meats does NOT justify the serious price gouging in this store. I don't know how they manage to get away with it. I WILL NOT support this local business. 24pk of Dasani water, $4.99 anywhere else $7.99 at IGA. JuicyJuice 64oz bottles, $2.49 anywhere else, $4.99 here.Literally double the price of most items they have in that store. In which case, I'm NOT saving gas by shopping here.I can get the same quality meats, at the same price if not for a better deal directly from the meat locker. Not worth the support

Best fried chicken north of Kentucky! Many local products you wouldn't find at a big box store. Fresh meat, full deli, and a wide selection of beer and wine. No need to drive to BG or Perrysburg.

Wonderful family friendly store that has been around since I was a child. Cannot say enough about everyone that works there, so friendly, so helpful, they treat everyone like family. They have the best, freshest, locally raised, meat, I will not buy my meat from anywhere else. Prices are great, good sales. Handicap friendly also. Gas Station too.

Most of their meats come from the meat locker so the quality is superior to any large grocery store chain. Unless you shop a sale, the prices are more but well worth it. They have homemade bratwurst and chicken brats in many unique flavors as well as a variety of locally produced products.

Large selection of in shop made specialty items such as lots of bratwurst in more flavors than one could want to eat in a year. Awesome beef jerky. They also have weekly special on large purchases of meat such as chicken cases or whole ribeye.

Really like shopping hear, very friendly, but I would stick to the weekly specials and the butcher shoppe. Regular pricing on everyday groceries and essential are a bit overpriced compared to Krogers or other grocery store chains.

I love them for the butcher counter. Find great 5 for 20 manager specials. Awesome finds if you have smoker from New York Strip roast , pork shoulders , tomahawk steaks .

Excellent meat and an unbelievable amount of different types of bratwurst such as bacon egg and cheese, French onion soup brats, pineapple teriyaki, blueberry brats, and the list goes on. Stop in and check them out for sure!

When I asked them to slice a tenderloin for me they said it would then be a dollar more per pound. Ridiculous....
