Best fast food I have had in a long time. Staff was cheerful and went above and beyond in their service. Rarely write reviews good or bad, but the DQ in Paulding was fantastic. Our food was plenty hot and fresh with generous portions. Pat yourselves on the back.

Always delicious! We stop here often and they never disappoint. Our food tonight was all correct and hot! :) I ordered a mini blizzard and it did not have many cookie dough pieces, so I asked the girl at the drive-thru if I could get a little spoonful more :) ha. She was so kind and gave me some and she didn’t even act irritated or inconvenienced (employees like those are hard to come by these days!) So thank you, sweet girl at the window, who made my night with cookie dough! :)

This restaurant is our go to place, have always had good food and service. This time not! Chicken strips were cold and salty and fries were awful. My husband's burger was hot & good but fries could have been a day old. Sad very sad! Plenty of help though!

The restaurant is generally untidy regardless of the time I visit. Last week I was unable to find a clean table in the entire restaurant. The floors were "sticky" when walking on them. There were fries, paper napkins and other items on the floor. The area behind the main counter was littered with various ingredients. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, when I inquired on the status of it I was told they "lost it". They did remake my order at no additional cost. Disappointing thing is we were the only ones in the restaurant and there were at least 6 employees standing around chatting and checking their phones. We decided that we would no longer visit the Paulding Dairy Queen.

The fries I ordered weren't in the bag. When I told the person at the drive through, he asked me if I checked my bag. He told me it didn't show that I ordered fries. He was rude and they need more training.

My first time at a Dairy Queen! Food was good, ice cream even better! I don't do too well with a greasy burger so next time I'll stick with the ice cream or maybe try the chicken strips! Service here was friendly and fast!

Bread was old, cheeseburger was cold, they threw the fries in the bottom or the box (not in a container). The person working the drive thru was rude. Worst DQ experience I've ever had. In general, I hold DQ to a higher standard because they usually are excellent, but this location was terrible all around.

My mom and I went here today and there was a police officer in front of us and we was trying to pay for his food and the drive thru lady working told us there was no way she could do that since he was in front of us. My mom said well why can McDonald's do it and you can't and she got mouthy and told my mom that she told her to wait and you didn't and my mom said I was just trying to get your attention so I could pay for his order The girl continued being mouthy and my mom said I guess you won't be getting my business and drove away and that girl was waving at us as we passed the window.

I asked for no mayo and extra onions. All they put on my burger was 2 rings of onions and a half of strip of bacon...NOTHING else. They did not put any lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ketchup.

Normally very good shakes, but this time they were watery and not mixed up. This was very disappointing since they ended their happy hour pricing on top of it. Worst I've ever had.

Very expensive. The sizes have been downsized, and prices went up. Peanutbutter parfait is half the size it used to be, and there are no longer peanuts in it.

Wanted to order a blizzard. Waited ten minutes in the drive thur. There was one car parked outside. They kept telling me hold on a moment. Finally i said screw it and left.
