Sat out in the parking lot for 20 minutes calling about 15 times for grocery pickup. Went to voicemail every time and had to go in. This is not the first instance of this. Why have a department if you’re not going to have anybody properly run it? Teenage staff is rude and it seems as though nobody wants to be there let alone know anything about anything. Not appreciated and don’t recommend. Never a good experience.

Employees here are great,always friendly at the least.Its not usually too busy in the store.Theyre open pretty late, 11pm usually. Selection of most groceries is fairly good atleast 2 options.Not many international spices or ingredients.Prices here are higher than most other grocery stores.Sometimes they close only posting notice on the doors.

Being a small town this store is good. Found prices to be much higher for items I normally purchase at home. There are many items I could not find which you can find at larger markets in bigger cities, but all the main items are easily found and in supply. Since there really isn't any alternatives nearby this place will get you through in a pinch. It's probably better to travel out further if shopping on a regular basis to get better value.

This grocery store is trash. They charge double the price on everything and give a quarter of the quality. There is ALWAYS rotted and moldy produce out for sale. No one ever knows how to do anything or how to answer questions. They just say you have to call corporate. This is a terrible place to shop and I feel so bad for the residents here that cannot go to another city and are forced to have less because of the greed of this grocery store.

It's convenient and they are very friendly. I like the fresh meat selection. Overall prices a bit high but I guess paying for convenience. I'm glad they are nearby

It was awful... Was looking for Chef Boyardee Pizza mixes and they were ONCE AGAIN COMPLETELY SOLD OUT OF THEM, THE MANAGER ON DUTY SAID THAT NO SOONER DO THEY GET TO STOCK IT UP IN ONE DAY, THEY'RE SOLD OUT... IN MY OWN OPINION I'D ORDER MORE THAN ONE FREIGHT ESPECIALLY SINCE IT'S THAT BIG OF A SELLING POINT

Little more pricey on certain things than perhaps Walmart or Kroger, but saving the gas and time makes it worth it for us. Excellent staff, good quality produce, for the most part. Clean, well stocked. Appreciate the effort to work with WIC shoppers. They are kind, friendly and understanding.

I needed a few things for work. Fresh produce is totally overpriced. it will be beneficial for me to drive to Defiance and go to Walmart Aldi's to pick up the things I need for the week rather than the convenience of the local store.

I live in Hicksville and this store is about the same travel as ft.wayne and choose to shop here cause of some of the good meat sales after buying some ground beefthis morning the meat was nice looking on the outside it was brown on the inside in different spots like it had been mixed with older meat I spend more here a monththan I do rent so I will no longer will be shopping here I will give the big chain store my business from here on out

I live in Paulding and the only reason I’ve shopped at chiefs lately is out of convenience. My boyfriend had the flu and I didn’t have it yet. So I went in for some sandwich stuff a can of Lysol some Gatorade and soups. For 2 bags of groceries it was $50 never again. You end up paying double what you’d pay at Walmart for most thing. Tonight I was craving vanilla wafers so my boyfriend of course went out for my pregnancy craving. It was $4 a box for vanilla wafers. Bless his heart he bought several boxes. I feel like the prices are robbery. But I’ll go in for something if I feel like I have to have it.

Your small town grocery store, overpriced and not much offered. Produce isn't always fresh, onions are usually bad. I shop in Fort Wayne or in Defiance, but come here for the occasional thing I run out of and need immediately. Employees are super nice here though!

The locals are great people and it's nice to have a one stop shop where you can pick up what you need and run into an old friend or chat with nice neighbors. Great atmosphere.

Store clean, cashier friendly. Bagboy never made eye contact and tried to stuff everything in top basket of one of the little carts which in turn squished my bread. Bathroom clean but needs paint touch-up where they removed items from wall.

Great selection. I bought a package of carrots and air fried them with butter and it was pretty good. I love the produce section don't you?

As grocery stores go, it's underwhelming. You have to watch the prices. A lot of things are cheaper at Kroger, Wal-Mart or Fresh Thyme. They did offer free fruit for kids while you shop, which is cool. Maybe it was just the chief's in Pailding, Celina one with a larger market demographic.
