We had our kitten spayed here 6 days ago. Kind and curious staff. Very caring. She recovered well and without issue. It is also an affordable alternative as compared to Toledo vets. We definitely recommend them.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bowman and the staff here. We had a very anxious but sweet Jack Russell. He loved Dr. Bowman and the techs that he got to meet. When the time came for us to say goodbye to our sweet baby, they were there every step of the way. Not once did we feel judged because our boy was not always on the best behavior and was very snappy when at the vet. They were always kind, compassionate, and patient. They took the time to win over our grumpy old man. I wish we would have found them sooner. Absolutely fantastic and amazing people. 100% recommend them for all and every need. Thank you Dr. Bowman and staff for being there for our family and Boomer, you guys are the absolute best ❤️

Brought my dog here when he hurt his leg. I was told that nothing was out of place, torn, or broken and received an explanation as to why she thought so. We were given pain medication and instructed to call back with an update. Called back the next day because there was no sign of improvement and he wouldn’t even eat or drink. One particular staff member answering the phones that day would just pick up and hang up immediately without even greeting. Took me a few tries before I could finally get her to speak and ask why that was being done. I was told it was because I had no service and she couldn’t hear me… meanwhile the phone literally rang, was picked up, and hung up immediately without any exchange of words between us, so that reason made no sense. I believe she may have confused me with another customer calling before me, but clearly she wanted to proceed arguing instead of admitting her wrongdoing. I proceeded to explain the reason for my call, while she continued carrying an attitude. I asked to speak to someone else because of it and suddenly she changed her tone. Vet only called me back later towards the end of the day when they were closed. There was no sense of care or urgency when it came to making sure that my dog was okay. An x-ray should have been done the day I took him in, but wasn’t and the vet’s reasoning for that, after damages were done, was that she was too busy and short staffed. Had that been told to me on that day I took him in, I would have just brought him elsewhere originally or even gone to another vet for a second opinion. She swore there would be no consequences for waiting, but she was wrong! My dog’s hip was dislocated! She misdiagnosed him and because it went passed longer than 24 hrs - he required expensive surgery and now extensive physical therapy for several weeks. (I rushed him to another vet to get a proper diagnosis and she immediately gave him an x-ray to confirm it. Then recommended orthopedic surgeons. Only place I could get my dog in right away was MedVet in Columbus.) After my dog’s surgery, I called Paulding back to inform them of their mistake. She seemed very apologetic at first and even asked to meet in person to discuss ways she can help. However, it was a completely different story when I showed up in person. There was no accountability taken, excuses being made, refusal to do anything to help, staff whispering and giggling in the background while we were conversing, and basically I felt like a mockery was made out of me and the situation. I have never felt so disrespected in my life nor received such callousness from individuals who’s livelihood revolve around caring for pets. Absolutely horrendous!

My wife and I love the animal clinic of Paulding. They are so helpful and take such good care of our pets. They call just to check up after a visit. The staff is wonderful.We feel very comfortable having Dr. Bowman is a blessing.

Fine staff of talented and compassionate people. Took good care of my Pepino for 15+ years and even sent my family a sympathy card when he passed on 2 weeks ago. So thoughtful. I look forward to doing business with them in the upcoming years.

They were super nice to my pup. She came in with an ear infection. They took care of the infection and trimmed her nails for free. They treatment was super affordable. I recommend this place to other animal lovers.

I didn't take my pet here bc they were booked until October. This is my hometown and my cat needed to see a vet asap! I traveled 45 minutes away to see a vet. You would think they would be able to see emergency cases. However the person on the phone was super nice.

Had set up to pick up medication for our cat and they decided to close early that day with me sitting in the parking lot and asking them if could get the meds....and I was told no. I was there before close and it was already planned....bad customer service.

We just started here recently and had the unfortunate experience of having to put our dog to sleep. The Dr and the staff here were so great through this whole process. I can't express how Thankful we are to have found this place. Other animals we have had to have this done in the past were not very caring but this place was great even though we were all a mess. I liked my visit, they were friendly and really went out of their way to get my puppy in that needed a baby tooth removed. I was a new patient my vet that I had spent around $4,000.00 last year would not help me at all. I will remember who was there when I was in need.
