LOVE THIS PLACE! I walked through every Isle of this new store taking mental inventory since it is new to Pataskala. I bought this sweet offset metal LED flashlight with colored lenses in the secret compartment. And the must have baby Cresent wrench and diagonal cutters! I should have bought more for gifts! I can't wait to go back!

Needed a come a-long (cable puller / hand winch). Verified they had a 2.5 ton unit in stock (claimed 2) for $46. Drove 40 minute round trip. I couldn't find it. Asked front checkout clerk and she didn't know what one was. Asked 2nd associate; he wasn't sure. Searched again by myself. No luck. Tried 3rd clerk who was actually helpful asked a manager. Manager thought that she "might have saw it on my desk". They could not find one, but suggested a 2 ton, smaller unit for over twice the price @ $99. Wouldn't sell the $99 at enough of a discount to make me switch to a smaller tool. Wasted trip. Polite, but undertrained associates. Tried to buy local.

The cashier at the register was super nice and gave us great advice on which grass seed was good for different areas, what she herself uses and what Tractir Supply recommends and also cheaper versions depending on budget. It was all helpful and great.
