We had such beautiful flowers and service from Griffins! Amanda worked with me to make sure my budget was kept in mind when creating our proposal. She also worked one making sure everything was going to be perfect for the wedding. The flowers are beautiful and lasted for 2 weeks after!! This company is very budget friendly and the people here are so nice and have your best interest at mind when working with you.

I did not have the correct suite # on delivery address and also paid for guaranteed delivery by a certain time. Called customer service because delivery was not made and had 1 hour to go before closing time. Customer service noticed I paid for guaranteed delivery and was willing to refund the fee because driver was running behind. I mentioned I also had the wrong suite #. Told her I would make a deal and if they could revise the suite # I would not expect a refund on my card. Delivery was made on time and flowers are beautiful! Customer service very nice and easy to work. Would highly recommend!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and according to my wife they were beautiful. This is the second time I used them for a funeral and both times they did an excellent job. My only complaint is if you’re going to charge $15 to $16 for delivery don’t ask for a tip for the driver. Other then that thx.

Received a bouquet this week as an Xmas gift from my brother and sister-in-law. Really a lovely arrangement. I sent a picture of it to my sister, who also received a floral arrangement from our brother and sister-in-law, but she was not happy with hers (in Franklin County-NOT from Griffin’s). I will be sure to contact this local gem and let people know we have a wonderful florist here in town. Also, it is 3-4 days old and still looks perfect!

Update:Interestingly, my wife received an unexpected flower arrangement at work today, with a card from Griffin's indicating an apology for the Valentine's bouquet being a disappointment (wilted roses). I did not contact Griffin's to initiate this response, and did not intend to do so...was just going to move on from the experience.At this point, I don't even know how they identified me since I use an alias here, but I guess I cannot fault their service recovery. Updating the review from 1 star to 5 stars for what seems like an extra effort to 1. Identify me, and 2. resolve my wife's disappointment with her V-day arrangement.Good stuff. Strange, but good.Original:Not impressed, unfortunately.Ordered a very expensive arrangement (just shy of $200) for my wife for Valentine's Day, to have delivered to her work. Delivery was fine, and she loved the arrangement, however within 24 hours the roses were drooping badly. I've purchased inexpensive roses at Kroger that have lasted DAYS. I wouldn't expect flowers from here to last, sadly.
