The male employee there running the first shift has terrible customer service skills. Never a greeting or polite interaction whatsoever. I realize they are shortstaffed @ this location and now i see why they have lost their business to the new competitor. As a small business owner myself, i never wanted this location to struggle nor close & go out of business, but now i feel as tho this guy is a hinderance to the customers who live their in Etna and have been loyal customers for 10 yrs or longer.

Very small gas station located off I-70 exit. The selections inside are minimal, more minimal than most gas stations. Across the street at Speedway you're more likely to find better options- and slushies.I also had an issue one night when visiting. Upon walking in, the cashier said it would be 15 minutes before she would be able to cash me out. After waiting for 15 minutes, she still was unable to cash me out. I never got a reason as to why, she was lingering around behind the counter and I was confused as to what was going on. I returned my select few items and exited the store. The cashier did not acknowledge my exiting, nor when I entered.Other visits, I have never had something unusual happen. Not a terrible gas station, but would recommend heading across the street for better selections and service.

The gas station is great, the people are very friendly and professional. Subway on the other hand is terrible. I love their breakfast but I stand there for what feels like forever before they come out of the back room to help me. Half the time the people at the counter of the gas station have to yell back there to tell them to come out.

Filthy!!! Four teen-age girls giggling in the back of the store next to the bathroom on their cell phones. I'm standing in line at the Subway counter. One of the girls comes up behind the counter and asks what I want. I asked if she would please wash her hands first. She refused. Says, "I'm putting on gloves." I walked out and will be calling the Licking County Health Dept on Monday. Clearly there is no supervision of the staff of this Subway.

Go down an exit. Prices are higher, Gross bathroom. Got rid of their free air machine. After hours they lock the door and if they see you pull up they will go into the back and leave you out there knocking on the glass hoping you will go away. If you knock long enough and yell through that you're not going to go away and that you saw them in there then they give in. They will also break a $100 bill but then get an attitude with you over their decision to do so, rather than to just tell you they can't or, an even better idea, leave their employees with enough change in the register. No reason left to go there.

If you have a bill bigger than a 20 don't plan on stopping here they rarely will accept large bills because they jeep there drawers low on change customer service is awful. Employees always have attitudes.

Monster is $2.99 a can before tax now. I've never seen them that expensive. Guess I'm stopping one exit down from now on.
