this CVS has been contacting my Dr office and refilling my prescription for months. this month I never got a follow up about getting a refill. called twice and got told both times it would be at the pharmacy at an unknown date. went in-person today to ask about my prescription status and they told me they never got a hold of my Dr office and I don't have any refills! lady who "helped me" at the drop off counter told me I wasn't "proactive enough about getting a refill" and to "not trust computers to handle this stuff". wish I got her name so I could fil a complaint. very unprofessional and unhelpful. do not use this CVS, it's horrible.

pharmacy technician helped my daughter get a script filled for the baby without insurance. BCBS still hasn't added the baby since she was born 2 months ago. The staff there were super friendly..

This CVS is awful. Rude, unhelpful and do not communicate when they don't have the medication on hand. Waiting on an inhaler to be filled and finally had to call after not hearing that it was ready only to find out that they do not have it in stock and it will be days before they can get it. It's a very common inhaler, nothing rare. No concern for the fact that this is a medication that is NEEDED. And when you do call they are rude and act like you're bothering them. No offer to see if another CVS has it, nothing. This is the third time in less than a year I have not been able to get very common meds that I get regularly. Pathetic!

Pharmacist, Chelsea, refused to fill a prescription for someone who was incredibly sick and needed meds so they didn’t end up in the hospital and refused to do it at all today. This was at 4:30pm!!!! She was rude, unprofessional, and we’ll find a different pharmacy to fill our medication. On a side note, she called back and said that there was no message left from the doctor. We called the doctor back and she was adamant that she 100% left it at the right place. We did speak to the GM who said there was nothing he could do.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I was told my prescription would take 2 hours to be filled at 9 am. I come at 1pm and they tell me it isn’t ready, but to come back in 25 minutes. I wait in the parking lot and go through the drive-through behind a couple of cars. We pull up at exactly 1:30 (due to the cars in front of us) and they tell me they cannot help me until 2 pm. I will be sitting here for what will be an entire hour to pick up a prescription that I was told would be ready within 2 hours at 9 am.

Worst pharmacy service I have seen in a while. Waited in the pickup line window for 15 minutes 2 cars ahead of me. The first car took 10 minutes for thier transaction, the 2nd car was quick. By the time I finally get to the window it's 130 and they turned me away because the lady said they were out to lunch. Horrible customer service.

Never been told to go find another pharmacy because they can't do their job correctly. Shoutout to Ellen who doesn't know how to bill insurance and pharmacist Amy who told us that she won't be filling our medications anymore and that we can go somewhere else. Yeah there is a reason yall are going out of business. Then when my coworker tried calling in for a patient to fill medications after surgery was told if they wanted it within 3 days then she can come and get a job and it will be faster, Then hung up on her and refused to pick up the ohone.

First, with items on auto refill, kept coming, until I took it off auto because I had the equivalent of 6 months of medication. Second, for YEARS, my one scheduled medication was always refilled the day before, always, without me doing anything. Now they tell me suddenly that I need to call in myself to get it refilled because it's a scheduled medication. This facility needs some serious work.

Not happy with this pharmacy. Every prescription I’ve had filled has taken well over a week to fill. This pharmacy also does NOT answer this phone. I even called and spoke to a cashier at the front of the store, they told me the pharmacy has chosen to not answer the phone due to staffing. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, however you can not simply choose to ignore your customers?!

They need some help. Badly. Drive thru is essentially closed permanently. Long lines in the store, and expect a wait. Information that is being asked for such as birthdate etc is not private, the info can be heard by everyone. I suggest moving your scripts to Kroger across the road until this place can straighten itself out.

Don't know what is going on with cvs in Pataskala. Drive thru has been closed for over a month. Had prescription called in a 2pm today. First said ready at 440pm then 630 pm. Computer said it was ready. Went to pick it up & was told it won't be ready till 1130 tomorrow. Switched my scripts from kroger to cvs because of these problems now having the same issues there.

Excellent customer service and friendly helpful staff. I had a bad experience with the pharmacy at the Kroger in Hebron, so I called to transfer all my scripts to CVS. They were super helpful and had all of them ready the next day.So happy I switched !What a night and day difference!

my husband and I were in line waiting for my medicine. there was 2 cars ahead of us and the first one already at the window was taking a long time (not sure if this was due to staff or the customer.) it became 6pm and the 2nd car went through and got their medicine. me & my husband pulled up and they were shutting their gates saying “sorry.” like i get you are closing but you serviced the first 2 cars when it was 6pm but we get a gate in our face? i was very upset.

Never ever again! I’ve given them multiple chances and they are literally the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever come across. Brought in a script from the dentist. I was in so much pain i was literally crying. They told me it would be an hour. I show up after an hour and 10 minutes and they told me it was entered for a different time and it wasn’t ready yet. I was furious. Then went to pick it up and waited another 20 minutes to actually get it. All while i can’t eat or drink and hardly talk bc of the pain. Never ever ever again. During that 15 extra minutes I went to a small private pharmacy that’s local and had them transfer my meds. CVS in general needs to get it together. I’ve never come across one that’s any good.

This store 8910 pataskala ohio used to be on top of the prescriptions fast, I left slow krogers for cvs. Now cvs is just as bad as krogers. Closed drive-thru and the line to pickup ur meds is 20+ people in line in the store. plan on waiting over an hour to get your meds ..and they don't answer the phone either..WoW

Online hours and ones posted outside location show store opens at 8AM. Came at 8:10 AM on a Sunday, and the place is empty with the lights on. Avoid this location altogether, as this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had here.

I’ve gone to the minute clinic twice now for two separate things (once for my daughter and once for me). I got the same woman both times and was sent away both times because she said she could not treat us for various reasons. Both times I waited over 20 minutes. She was flat out rude, and showed little concern. While I do understand there are policies where certain things can’t be treated (for whatever reason), this was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I will not be returning.

The pharmacy staff is always friendly and they are very quick. I transferred from the pharmacy at Kroger that was truly AWFUL. I would have to wait an hour or more to get a script filled after standing in line for 20-30 minutes. I've never had this kind of experience at this CVS. Every time I've dropped of a script they've had it filled in 15 minutes or less. In fact, my last script was filled in 6 minutes! They are just as efficient in their drive through as they are at the pharmacy counter. As I stated at the beginning, the staff is always friendly, some moreso than others. They have a handful of techs that have been there a long time and they are very personable and caring. I understand everyone has an off day every once in a while, but I was shocked to see there were any reviews with less than five stars because I've never had a negative experience there in the 7-8 years we've been going there.

I show up to pick up a prescription I had called in the day before. There were 5 people working and no one else in line. It took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing there. One lady even looked up at me and immediately looked away not saying anything at all. After about 5 minutes I was waited on and the lady said sorry its not ready yet. So even though I had called it in the day before it still wasn't ready when I went to pick it up.

The staff at this CVS have always been friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with a medication being out of stock. The text alerts are great reminders. Highly recommend.

The last 90 days with this pharmacy has been a true headache. They lie to the patients about laws that don’t exist. They lay blame on government and not upon cvs regulations changing. They change policies all the time. Prescriptions that I have never had problems filling are now issues for what ever reason. There controlled substance policy is horrid. I have been put on a new controlled substance and they refuse to keep it in stock. I have to deal with not being able to get it filled until late the following day. I have to plan everything around this pharmacy and there regulations that are always changing. GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. THRSE PEOPLE LOVE TO LIE. STAY AWAY. They were amazing 2 1/2 years The last 90 days they lie to the patients they will tell you one thing and do another. They tell you that the app that is ran by cvs corporate is not up to date on all policies. They don’t warn you about any changes they expect the customer to fend for themselves and find out the hard way. This is what happens in big business. Corporate America. You are just a number not a person.

Nurse couldn't wait 10 minutes for me to arrive at my COVID test. Now I have to rent a hotel room for the night to quarantine from my wife and newborn daughter.For the record there are two CVS locations in Pataskala that are " across from a car dealership and a Kroger". Maybe whoever answered the phone to confirm directions can keep that in mind.
