Booked a water slide for my daughters birthday in February. Her birthday is in June so I always make sure to order things for her party super early since summer party supplies so fast! T&M gave me the whole run down on renting their slides. How we would have to come pick it up, set up, take down and return. They let me know the slide was just under 400 pounds so to make sure I had help. They also let me know they would call the week of the party to make sure everything was still good to go weather wise. Well the week of the party came around and by Thursday I still had not heard from them. So I called them. The person in charge of rentals was not available and I was told he would call me back. Well being anxious I called as soon as they opened Friday since I did not get a return call on Thursday. I was then informed they didn’t not have my reservation! That the slide my daughter was so excited about was rented out to someone else. To say my six year old was devastated is an understatement! I had to spend all day Friday hunting down a new slide! You can imagine how hard that was since the party was 2 days away! Thankfully I was able to find another amazing company to delivery and set up a new slide for a discounted price because they felt so bad about how we were treated from T&M.

Came in with a crew to do the floors.. This place has a amazing selection of things from lights to lumber and popcorn kernels. I even like how they have an on site paint station, definitely worth the 40 minute drive from where I live. This place seems better than Handyman and the guy that was working was super nice and helpful to every customer that came in. 11/10!

Great Mom&Pop operation.When Kelly's Hardware in Beaver Falls closed I was lost. Now that I discoveredT&M I am found. Quick story, I rented a ditch witch from T&M, it was so swampy I got it stuck.T&M came out with aBobCat, got me unstuck, I forget the charge, I think it was $100, more than fair.

I stopped in real quick for just a dog chain. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. I wasnt just pointed to an aisle or left to search myself. Jen actually took the time to show me what T and M had. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks again Jen.

Called about renting an excavator. Be aware they do not supply a trailer to haul it but will rent you one. ( on top of the 225 for the machine). Can only imagine what the cost would end up being. Go elsewhere where the machine rental includes the trailer.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I rented a skid steer to spread gravel on my new driveway.... well everything was great until they came to pick up the rental machine! The day they were to come I called and specifically told the manager to have the driver back in the new driveway I had installed so that we would not get into a situation with all the mud and snow.....Well the driver shows up and pulls in the wrong driveway....He proceeds to TURN AROUND IN MY FRONT YARD and gets stuck!!!!! So I have to use my truck and get him unstuck from the front yard.... after getting him unstuck here I said go ahead down to the other driveway and BACK IN! He proceeds to go to the other drive but rather than back in he pulls in..... GOOD LORD! Because he pulled in and didn’t back in he crushed my new culvert pipe when loading the bobcat.... (THE DRIVER WAS A VERY KIND SOUL BUT DRIVING SHOULD NOT BE HIS JOB!)Once the bobcat is finally loaded and strapped he proceeds TO GET STUCK IN THIS DRIVEWAY AS WELL! So I have to go get my Cummins and pull him out yet again! Destroying the whole purpose of why I even rented this unit!So he finally gets in the road back to the shop and I’m told that I will be compensated for my troubles... the manager I spoke with on the other bone Randy was actually pretty good he said if i had paid by credit card he would have just refunded my card and said I’m sorry for your troubles.... but I paid cash so he would have to talk to the owners....IM LEFT WITH A TORE UP FRONT YARD, A CRUSHED CULVERT AND RUTTS WHERE HE WAS STUCK IN MY NEW DRIVE!!Well fast forward a gentleman named Scott calls me and offers me a 250 dollar refund..... I express that I am not happy with this offer and presented a counter offer of 500 dollar refund or I would happily get 2-3 quotes from local contractors to repair what was damaged (it is plenty more than 500 dollars in damage!) so far I have been given the complete run around and was told well we can’t fix it today anyways so what does it matter???!!!Supposedly their insurance company is to get ahold of me but I don’t understand why this is even necessary when if I used a card for payment this supposedly would already be over??? Why are cash paying customers not warranted to refunds???I will update as to how they rectify the situation....*YES YOU DID SEND SOMEONE DOWN WITH THE AGREED UPON 500 DOLLARS*HOWEVERI wrote this review before you agreed to right your wrongs, and while I am great full for you finally coming around, you could not have been more of an A hole and condescending the entire process!! even in your response to this review I can pick up the A holeness .... you did not come to my driveway I did not want you back on my property....Long story short I’m glad this nightmare is over withI will never deal with your company again......Not because you didn’t do what was right to satisfy the customer.....Because your “owners” were a sorry excuse for management and the way they handled themselves was the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner I have ever experienced (SCOTT)

I bought two keys for my travel trailer at the dealership, but because they don’t cut keys I went to T&M Hardware in Zelienople and had them cut, and they literally ruined my keys! The GM –Dave- admitted that they had ruined the keys because they had problems with their cutting machine, but he refused to reimburse me the purchase price of the blanks, offering instead to give me a lousy 20% discount on a coffee maker. The savings wouldn’t have amounted to the cost of even one key, and the coffee maker was 40% cheaper on Amazon anyway. I asked, “Since your machine has supposedly been fixed, can I buy more blanks and have you cut them for free?” He said they might ruin those too, and when I asked if he’d at least reimbursed me for the new ones, he actually LAUGHED at me! Terrible customer service! I will never shop there again the rest of my life!
