This is the worst pharmacy ever they never have meds on hand and when they do they'll say we just got it even if you call in an hour before and check if they received it. The store section is great but this pharmacy needs someone from corporate to come in retrain. Pharmacy is a joke

I live close by and work long hours so I'll go in for random stuff, from pancake batter to drinks for work. The way that 80 percent of the staff treats you and insult you as you walk in is ridiculous. They are extremely unprofessional and poorly stocked.

Never seems to be able to get any of my Rx’s transferred since I moved here and can’t go back to my original pharmacies in Columbus. Say they carry Bronkaids (an important bronchodilator I use when my sleep apnea leaves me short of breath) but NEVER have them in stock; always telling me “they’ll be in the next shipment” but it appears in reality they just don’t carry them & don’t mind wasting my time asking over and over (meanwhile I can drive up to Boardman and get them without problems, but I’m tired that I live a block from this location yet have to at least drive a half hour to get the basic stuff). Well-stocked with junk you never need but otherwise not really a useful location when you live in East Palestine and really need your meds closer than Youngstown.

This local Rite Aid has a friendly staff and is always helpful when we are in for whatever we happen to need, whether its a quick stop in for a notebook or to pick up the family's prescriptions.

Very clean store. Good sized parking lot with easy access from 2 streets. Drive thru quick when dropping off or picking up prescriptions. Employees helpful but not pushy. Can brouse in peace or go in n get help immediately. Well stocked with wide selection of items.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered an unpleasant staff member in over 14 years. No matter who works here they all seem to be lovely. Store is always clean and organized.

Rite aid is the worst. They advertise extremely lower prices for products on their website only to get you into the store and find the same product to be almost 3 times the price! Its extremely misleading and a sneaky way to lure in your customers. Then not to price match your products compared to YOUR OWN ONLINE PRICES?
