First-time customer and last-time customer. I stopped in to inquire about obtaining a part I needed, and the parts woman who was assisting me seemed more concerned with her cellphone. When I politely mentioned that her cellphone could wait, she became extremely rude towards me. Disappointed by the way I was spoken to, I left and will not be returning. Her unprofessional behavior was even more distressing when my six-year-old daughter asked me, Daddy, was that lady mean to you because our skin is a different color?" as she had been kind to everyone else in line before your turn. I will be calling corporate about this incident, concerning the type of people they employ in management positions.

I took my tractor to Land Pro Unity Ohio for the fall service but still waiting to have it returned as I was told the service was completed some time ago. Was told that Land Pro called a couple times with no answer from me and no mail box. Both of which is not true as I checked and never received a call. Also I definitely have voice mail and it is always available as I am a pastor. I was told my tractor might be delivered Monday 11-20-2023 and I would receive a call ahead of time. However I have never received a call as of today. I tried to leave a message with Land Pro but their mail box is full and receiving no messages.My tractor was delivered but I found corrosion on my battery terminal. My invoice said the battery was cleaned but hard to understand why the terminal would have corrosion if cleaned.

Stay away, I have a John Deere X595 with only 297 hours on it with electrical problems in June of last year. I was told it would be a 2 week turn around, 6 weeks later I received my tractors back. I came out wit almost a $1700.00 invoice. The bill would not have been a problem if they would have done what they were suppose to do. I was sent home with a partial air filter kit, the oil nor any of the filters were changed for a fee of $300.00 and change. When I took the tractor the it had 297 hours showing w hen I picked it up it had 19 hours showing. At 39 hours I have the same problems that I originally took it in for, PTO will not engage. Upon taking the covers off their tech apparently cut all the fuse blocks out and replaced with blade connectors plugging fuses in to them and taping with electrical tape. I called and spoke to Eric in Service and he told me I'm looking at a 6 to 8 week turn around. The Tech that was suppose to do the original work had left before the repair had been done. Upon calling for this service this time I was told by the employee the the past employee was doing work in his own shop now and I should try to contact him.I am currently shopping for a new tractor, as much as I like MY JD the next tractor will be a different brand. Service has been a problem with John Deere for the 22 years I have owned this machine.

We have taken our JD mower here twice to get serviced. The first time, the staff and service was great! But, the mower leaked oil something awful! We took it again for service and the staff again was great! We were told it would be 3 weeks-ish, which was fine. 3 weeks pass so we call for an update and are told the guy hasn’t even touched it because he got selected for jury duty. The very next day we get a call asking when we are going to pick up our mower. We were super confused and told the staff member we called the day before and was told it wasn’t done. We were advised it was done two weeks prior. We never got a single phone call and when we told the staff member that he was adamant they called us several times. We go to pick up the mower and not a single staff member could run a credit card, the single staff member that could was gone. The store manager ran the card and we required him to sign off on it that it was paid. Then we were blamed for the billing issue because the mower wasn’t picked up timely. We previously bought a snow blower attachment which we paid for in Store, but then received a call stating it wasn’t paid for. In order to compete the purchase we were forced to drive back to the store to complete payment. We will never do business with them again.

Bought a used tractor from this dealership 8 years ago site unseen and had it trucked 500 miles as part of the deal. Everything went great. Called today hoping to do the same and the salesmen told me he doesn't know what they have and that I should check the website. So much for personal service. Good bye helpful salesman hello large chain dealer who doesn't care.

My experience here definitely was 5 stars. This past July, the motor in my 20 yr old JD L130 lawn tractor seized up. Having bought the L130 15 years ago used from the previous owner of my home, I had no experience purchasing a lawn tractor. Between supply chain issues and the time of year, I knew it would be difficult finding a new tractor. After a little research, I decided I wanted another Deere. My search began at the big box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc). Inventory was low at all stores near me and no one had exactly what I wanted. Next, I contacted LandPro in E. Palestine. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew. Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. Andrew let me know what they had in stock and what was expected in soon. One of the tractors due in soon was exactly what I wanted. Well, that tractor was delayed and I did not have the luxury of waiting. I ended up purchasing a unit they had in stock, an X350 w/48" deck. I originally wanted the 42" deck, but the unit they had in stock had a 48" deck. Needing something ASAP, I decided to buy it. After using it twice, I knew the 48" deck was going to be a problem due to its size. I called Andrew and explained the situation. He asked me to give him a few days and he would get back to me. As promised, he called me and offered to swap out the 48" deck with a new 42" deck. Knowing the 42" deck and bagger were less cost than what I had, I told Andrew I did not want a refund as this was my error. He said he had to order the new deck/bagger and it would take a few weeks but to continue to use what I had. A few weeks later, I received a call that my new deck was in. LandPro sent a tech to my home with the new deck, removed my 48" deck, installed the 42" deck and leveled it. I received an updated purchase order which reflected that they credited me the difference between the old deck and new deck! This was unexpected as I had told them it was not necessary as this was my error, not theirs. Moral of the story, do not purchase a lawn tractor from a big box store. The customer service is far superior at a dealer and the prices are comparable to the big box stores. Free delivery of the new tractor, free haul away of my old one, and then the deck swap out. Big box stores can't/won't offer this level of service! Kudos to the entire staff at LandPro, especially Andrew.

Dealt with Andrew Wilson at the East Palestine location. Great guy and really knows his stuff. He gave me the best deal right out the gate and was a pleasure to work with. Great dealer ship overall and would deal with them again.

When I entered the store there was not one person asked if I needed assistance. All the men behind the counters were not personable in any way. The stuff I picked up for my husband's tractor was reasonably priced. The only reason I would go back is because they are the only John Deere dealer around.

Took in pics n parts but they still ordered wrong parts. No apologies. Came right out n said I ordered wrong part. Took 3 weeks to get a part we should have had in 5 days. When we called person on phone, he said he didnt work counter, got hostilen used foul language. Got so bad he told my son to come down n they would settle things in parking lot. Dont care to do business withthem again. Sorry because men at counter very polite.

Terrible customer service in their parts department for John Deere riding mowers. After calling about a replacement blade spindle, deck belt and related parts for our JD riding mower my mother went to pick them up and the parts person was absolutely rude to her. On the phone he told me the parts would be waiting when she got there, once she arrived they said they had no idea what she was talking about and were not courteous nor helpful to her. It's a 45 minute trip to them one way (how they got the area's JD parts business exclusively in the first place is beyond me) and when she got back from the ride there were other parts needed that the parts person could have suggested if he knew his product (which he obviously didn't) that didn't come with the spindle. I can't speak for sales because there won't be another John Deere purchase from us but their parts department is horrible.

I took my 440 tractor in for service for the 1st time in 6 years. It ran perfectly fine everytime I used it. I figured it was time to get it serviced. I told elders I want everything fixed as if it were new. I received an invoice for $4500.00. Upon arriving home, I backed it off trailer and within an hour it stopped working. Eldgers sent a technician out and he said I ran it out of gas. The service manager said my gas gauge was not working. It was working before I took it in for service and it is working now. They even billed me for the service call. A month later, I started the tractor to pick up some wood. About 30 minutes running, smoke was everywhere. Fluid was all over the ground. I don't understand what they consider service. Nothing but problems since I got it back from elders.

Worst place ever for John Deere service. $2300 to change a hydraulic pump, left the OLD fluid in the machine, only to charge me $400 to change it after the machine started experiencing problems. Even the service guy admitted it should have been done. Jokers. Own 4 different John Deere machines... Never will I go here again.

Horrible company! From sales person, to manager all the way up the ladder within this company. Bought a new lawn mower and 2 months of having it in the winter, went to move the mower and not only would it not start, but they sent someone out who was supposed to have parts with them. Just to find out there was a rat's nest in the engine. Company tried to blame us. We have 2 other mowers and 2 cars in the garage that had no nests in them. Guy left engine open and torn apart then just left. Will never do business with them again, and tell everyone we know to stay away from them also.
