LOVE this place. All of my dogs go here. My hound mix goes for baths and nail trims, and my poodle mix goes for full grooms. Woof Gang has done an awesome job every time I've brought them here and I highly suggest them and their groomers. Joey did Minnie the last few times and she just looked and smelled amazing!

We went to Woof Gang in Concord and Jillian was our groomer. Honestly the body cut on our Aussie is just how we like it especially with how much he hates getting his hair cut. He gets mats behind his ears which normally we just trim with scissors they are never bad but the groomer literally balded my dog and he was bleeding when I picked him up. She said it was because of how close it was, which I get but to bald and make the dog bleed is absurd and ridiculous, glad they didn’t touch my golden. Also front desk girls are ABSOLUTELY awful at scheduling, they rearranged my appointment 5 times and even canceled it once without informing us then kept picking times I mentioned we could not accommodate upon rescheduling. All of this for $145. Most likely will not be coming back and definitely will not recommend. Dogs N Suds in Chardon does a hell of a job compared to this awful business.

My doodle got into some badness and thankfully they had a cancellation. She had knots all over from the dog shampoo we used at home, they have amazing products that keep her doodle hair easier to maintain. They fixed her fur fro and made her look amazing once again!

We were able to get the CUTEST birthday pupcake for our friends dog and some gifts. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The dog ajd ger sister shared and they very clearly loved the taste. Picture of the birthday girl.

This shop is adorable and has a great selection of toys for all types of chewers. They are definitely high in price but they are quality. I've taken two of my pups here for grooming services and both of them looked and smelled great after their baths! I do really like the staff here as well as the groomer. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

I actually drive 1½ hours just to buy my fur babies treats here. So affordable, always good, excellent quality & USA or once in awhile Canadian ingredients. Adorable treats for dogs of every size. I even get the grand-kitty treats here. Customer rewards program is great too. Santa's favorite stop for all the good puppies on his list! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 5 paws up rating!

I had my sons dog for December and the dog needed to be cleaned up, my child has some sensitivity issues. I reached out to the community for some suggestions. Tanya answered my post and we started to chat via text. I don’t have my own dog so I hadn’t a clue. I asked a million things, no one but her would have been so kind and understanding. She set me up for the appointment and I nervously brought in Percy, the dog. She was beyond kind with him ( total grooming newbie) he took to her instantly and she told me she would do what he was comfortable with and she would call me when finished. She gave him breaks as he needed but got him completely full serviced. He did great for her. He’s so incredibly soft. He just looks and smells fantastic. I don’t have anyone to compare her too but I wouldn’t go to anyone else, ever. She’s just a genuine great person. Thank you Tanya!!

I had a similar experience to another review.I was quoted once the price and then was charged, basically double when I went to pick up my fur baby!Not only that, but after my horrible experience, I have heard from multiple ex clients of this that the salon manager is abusive to the dogs that are supposed to be trusted in her care.It is sick that no one who works there sticks up for the innocent dogs that frequent the grooming salon, and they continue to let this girl treat clients' dogs so poorly.

They did an amazing job with my guy. He is a 90lb Sheprador (still very much puppy) and he came out smelling and looking wonderful. They did a de-shed and he feels like silk. 😀 The gal who took care of him was extremely patient and kind with him. Thank You!!!

I've been to three different groomers since having my dog. From now on tho I will always always return to Wolfgang bakery and groomer. I called to leave a message when I got home telling them how happy and pleased I was. They did absolutely everything I asked and the way that I asked it to be done. Every employee was pleasant and sweet and kind to my Sadie girl. They put forth a great effort to please Sadie and I both and I appreciate that. Will continue to go there always and forever ❤️

Completely awesome haircut. Groomer, staff and store are all super! Won’t go anywhere else. Our 7 month old mini golden doodle came back handsome and happy!After 4 more appointments since my first post, I can’t say enough good about the care and grooming our pup receives. Groomer Jelli ( not sure of spelling) turns a hairy mess into a work of art. While a little on the pricey side, I wouldn’t think of going to anyone or anyplace else.

Adorable store with lots of specialty dog items including treats, birthday gifts, dog beer and specialty dog diet foods. We also get my puppys nails trimmed and had a groom. My puppy has never been softer and looks so beautiful. Tanya is our groomer and is super sweet. Highly recommend this shop.

Worse place we have been to in years! We will be going back to our normal groomer! We couldn’t get in with our groomer due to no openings so we figured we try wolf gang since it’s by our home! The so called groomer, a girl with tattoos all over her arms with curly hair came out to get our grooming details. She talk down on us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when we stated we wanted xyz done! She was so rude we almost turned around but our pup needed groomed bad as it had been a six weeks! We were told on the phone the groom would be $100 which seemed a little high but we knew it was last minute! When we got there our aggressive groomer stated we were looking at $150. We told her we were told $100 she said well it’ll be $150 I’m not wasting my time and skills for $100 and you’re getting an amazing groom! We almost left but again said maybe she is having a bad day and maybe she included her tip in there! When we picked up our dog the cut was uneven, cut the eye brows even after we stated several times not too, she didn’t do the nail trim even tho she stated she did, and our baby had a few cuts on his tummy she claimed there were Mats but when we dropped off she stated we were doing excellent brushing and our dog had no mats! The biggest kick in the teeth was the price! For one damn dog we paid over $285! The amount of add on items they charged without discussing with us or asking! When we stated that she said well I did them so this is the price! We got charged a extra dry time, aggression fee, demat fee, anal glands, teeth brushing! Now mind you we didn’t ask for any of these our dog isn’t aggressive at all, and the appointment took a hour! How can you charge a extra dry time when the appointment was so supposed to be two hours and you took one hour! We stated several times we did not agree nor ask for these extras and we were told the price old be one thing and it damn near tripled! I asked to speak with the manager and the groomer that did our dog said she was one of the managers and the price was firm and if we didn’t like it we could go back to our regular groomer! This place is horrible! They just take advantage of people, are rough with dogs, and are flat out rude! I will never go back and will tell all my friends in our development to stop going after this experience! Shame on you concord township for allowing this to go on in our community! And most of all shame on that curly headed tattooed rude young lady that is a so called groomer! Lastly I had to take my dog to the vet bc of the cuts on his stomach which they gave me special cream medication for so I also got hit with a $300 vet bill due to tour so called groomer that’s been grooming for years! I did let wild gang know about the vet bill they basically said they are not liable for this and offered nothing! I will be following up with the BBB, the community township committee, and health department!

My new cat had a really bad case of fleas. Even with the help of multiple people, it proved to be impossible to clean him on my own. The fleas just wouldn’t come off no matter what I used, and my cat was scratching me like there was no tomorrow. Deciding I couldn’t do it myself, and after calling nearly 10 different places asking if they would help, Woof Gang kindly offered to squeeze me in for the day. Every other place had been booked a week ahead in advance and wouldn’t take him in; they either refused to groom cats, refused to do flea baths, or refused to do appointments on such short notice.So I took him in and the staff were all extremely friendly, with the groomer asking questions about his health and giving me recommendations on how to prevent fleas and where to go forward. When I got my cat back after his cleaning, he was flea free, smelled amazing, and they were able to trim his claws for me as well.I highly recommend paying them a visit, whether it’s for flea removal, a regular grooming/trim, or just a visit to a cute little pet store. They have so many cute and interesting odds and ends for pets.I cannot express all my appreciation towards the groomer for helping my cat, thank you!

The groomers and staff are very kind and helpful. I love when I drop off my puppy I get to chat with the groomer that day for a few moments and talk about my expectations for his cut. The groomers are very educated with working with the dogs and care a lot about their well being and happiness while being groomed. I've brought my puppy there twice and plan to keep bringing him back. I feel comfortable knowing I'm dropping him off in a place where he will be happy! He always looks so lovely after his grooming - his hair is white and soft and they do a great job trimming around his face. The store is also very cute - I have to have a lot of self control not to spend all my money on the adorable dog treats 😄

Can't say enough good things about this place. From the minute I called i was impressed, was greeted with smile (yes i saw it though the phone) and she told me the whole process for my puppies first grooming. Went to the appointment and the nicest groomer (Megan) came out to talk with me to again go over exactly what they were going to do. She explained she wanted to make my puppies first experience a happy and friendly one. When I picked up my puppy she looked amazing and smelled wonderful. Again the groomer came out and let me know just how it went and explained what to expect next time. I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you Megan and Woof Gang.

Our Vet at Big Creek referred us to this groomer— Tonya who once worked there. Tonya was very professional and took our dog’s age and condition very seriously. She was patient and compassionate and a real find”. I feel so lucky to have found out about her. The store is well stocked with pet needs and very easy to access. Parking is plentiful.Nearby good human eateries too!

Had my dog in around ~5 times since this location opened. Grooming looked good from start to finish but time to complete started at 2 hours (perfectly fine) with the final appointment lasting six hours with no explanation... additionally I had to reach out each time to understand delays and was never given a call to explain the extended appointment duration. Each time I arrived was typically just told they "had alot of dogs today"... unsure how overbooking continued to get worse.

Lovely boutique with a variety of good quality treats and toys. We took our dog there to get her nails trimmed and the groomer was amazing with our dog's initial nervousness. The groomer was efficient and did a wonderful job. Definitely will be using their services again.
