Just had an awesome experience at the pharmacy. Giant eagle was super rude about not having the meds we needed, so we called Walgreens and they HAPPILY took over and went to bat for us transferring it to them. Will be going here from now on, thanks staff!

Flu shots are NOT free here, I dont understand why it is advertised everywhere that it is. If your insurance is not accepted here you have to pay 70$. It is false advertising to say that something that is payed for by certain insurance is free, because it certainly is not.

Can't keep the pharmacy staffed and are rarely open these days. Tried to get a prescription multiple times, then tried to transfer it to Mentor and staff was rude and asked if I could wait until Painesville was open again. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better, you're dealing with medications that people need.

I don’t understand why this store says they are open until 10pm. I came at around 9:50pm and the doors were already locked. There was people even checking out and I waited for about 5 mins and it seemed the woman didn’t want to let me in. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be returning to this store. False advertising.

This place is typically very slow in processing orders and has the worst customer service of any Walgreens or pharmacy I've dealt with. There is a semi- young guy with no teeth that looks like a meth addict in the pharmacy department that is super rude and refuses to fill multiple orders if he has to plug them into a computer. I had to call for a supervisor because the lazy looking drug addict guy wouldn't do his job.

Bought keto strips there, didnt get the receipt, and when i got home noticed that the strips expired in Two weeks! Took them back literally an hr and a half after i bought them. They wouldnt even exchange them let alone give me my money back. The manager even told me the policy is to remove items that expire within 90 days! They basically stole my money. I wont be giving them any more of my money.

Most frustrating pharmacy I have ever experienced. Long wait times, they have messed up my prescriptions so many times, and they just seem like they dont know what they are doing. I wish there was another pharmacy closer to my home. If you can choose a different pharmacy, do so.

Absolutely terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Took them a month to process my prescription which they couldn't.Heidi M. Started getting really agitated with me when i asked if she could call BWC and she refused stating "we already called too many times." Even though i had just called BWC myself and they assured me that my claim has already been approved a month ago. Heidi M. Told me to take my business to a different pharmacy after she had refused to call BWC for the second time. Really disappointed in Walgreens.Update: Went to CVS pharmacy and they processed my prescription literally on the spot and they are getting it ready at this moment!! Thank you CVS!

I always go here, just don't like when I get a call from pharmacy that my prescription is ready for pickup, and when I go to pick it up they tell me nothing is ready and that I have to wait 15 minutes. but other than that the staff Is very friendly.

Closed early a few times. Canceled our testing appointments a few times. Forgot to send out our Covid tests. Closed Sunday randomly. Can't pick up daughters prescription. Very disappointed.

I had the WORST experience I have ever had in my life in a store in this store this morning, after just visiting my daughter in jail who is going to die from using heroin I go to the store in tears to pick up a few things and no matter how bad my day is or what ive been through I'm still always a very friendly person and the girl at the check out was so rude to me and said something so nasty to me right in front of another customer that when I left it made me cry even more, I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again, anywhere, period!!!!
