Been shopping at this location for 15+ years and it loses it luster year by year...You use to have quality product and now NO PRODUCT! You sell milk at $3.99 a gallon, then when nobody buys it you mark it down to 99 cents before it goes bad. Your produce is flash frozen which I can determine when it's soft on the outside but rock hard on the inside, your meat department looks like it's the end of the world empty from hoarders. Your frozen foods kiosks are emptier than Biden's attempt for re-election. You removed all alcohol sales like that's going to help your bottom line. You have more red tag sales because no one wants to buy it at the price you want. Aldi's is so much better since they are fully staffed and fully stocked.Get your sheet together. Obvious you are closing this store soon and putting hard working individuals on the street. Talked to a few of your corporate people, who refuse to disclose, but we all see what BIG CORP is doing. After 15+ years of loyal service I am giving you the middle finger and going to Aldi's from now on. Way to destroy a company for personal gain...

Excellent prices and very friendly staff the store is always well stocked and clean I comes in the store sometimes by myself and sometimes with my grandson he always enjoys the deals he finds so do I Now that I shall be shopping more often since I recently got a mobility scooter they have their own always fully charged and ready to go.🤩🤗

Overall I like this store for certain items.i have one complaint, when you enter your greeted with an overall stench from the produce area! YIKES! The produce needs to be removed,and the cooler meticulously cleaned!

I bought chips that expired that same day. Prices are high compared to Walmart and Aldi. I was surprised. Girl at check out very sweet.10/21/21 I must add on to my review. The manager reached out and the store is under new ownership. I am so impressed with the response that I will go back and I hope anyone reading this will do the same!

Prices are good but low on stock. This location used to be my favorite, it was always friendly and full. I am not sure what changed but half the time the shelves are semi empty and the product I go for is not available.I also want to note that I used to be able to go in for a few things and leave in a timely manager this is no longer true. The lady at the register is great, but I have been in there when she has a long line. I have watched the managers go to the office and walk past the lines to go back to the back of the store. What happened to getting the lines done. I can go to aldi's get in and get out no problem but not save a lot.

I was in the store yesterday, there were other customers waiting for the butcher to bring out the steaks that were on sale. One of the employees was going in the back, I asked him if he could check to see if there were any steaks or what ? He just looked at me, went into the back, came back out did not even look at me or the other man that was standing there. Another employee was going in, I asked her if she could see what was going on with the steaks, She at least did, when she came back out , she said they would be out soon.Now , the butcher finally comes out with a large rack of the steaks. And couple of the people said they had been told the steaks would be out by about 10 A.M. The butcher Replied he did not tell anyone that. The lady said she had called the night before and was told and the other man said he was told by the butcher 10 would be the time. The Butcher then stated all that work and it is gone in 5 minutes..None of these statements were said in a joking matter or a nice voice. It was rude.I have never seen such rude people in the store like they were yesterday. Was everyone having a bad day. I am a nurse and I stopped in between patients so I could get some steaks.

I really use to like this store, but lately I'm seeing more things that make me not trust some of the food. I've grabbed things out of the frozen coolers that were soft and thawed out and seen management put the stuff on the bottom and the colder stuff on top to refreeze items. This past time I bought an item in reduced priced bin thinking it was because the package was beat up a bit. When I got it home I found that there was a printed store sticker with a date of 4-07 over top the original date sticker 2-4 (which was that day). I no longer trust that the food is safe for my family to eat. And even question if that kind of practice is allowed by health department standards.

They have limited frozen foods and shelves arent full most likely cuz of Dementiajoe's Supply Chain issues. But I went here looking for can biscuits they had some unlike Marc's who havent had any for months. Anyway Save A lot has good prices and are open till 10 pm.

Disgusting produce. The woman at the register is always so rude. She needs to go eat a snickers and smoke herself a cigarette. I can not stand this place. Everything is moldy and outdated. I CANT STAND THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WHEN YOU NEED THEM. plus, the girl at the register with the braids needs a nice talking to.

Manager was awesome at Painesville store when I asked him to order Badia Pinto Bean Seasoning. I hope that they were able to get it in stock at a reasonable price. Will update

Usually I've had a pleasant time shopping at your establishment, but didn't realize you had changed your cart system, though I like the upgrade I was unaware of the change and with The Coved-19 situation went to look for a extra clean cart inside your establishment and instead your female cashier was very rude then when I was checking out and ask her about the price of the 5 lb bag of apples was $2.49 she said yes but then I got home and I noticed I was charged $5 very disappointing I would like to return and get the right price and type of apples at least

#ridiculous. I wanted to try save a lot to see if i liled Aldi better, and I will definitely be staying with #aldi. Stuff that costs $.39 at Aldi is $.89 at Save a lot. Eggs at Aldi are $.75. They are $1.99 at Aldi. Needless to say, I will continue to shop with Aldi.

Needs more cleaned up. Last time got watermelon their there was bugs beneath it jus swarming around and had smashed up watermelons on bottom. Gross.
