EDIT: The hours have been extended, so the posting seems to be accurate now. Everything else is still the same.Don't believe their hours online. They close at 5, like, everyday and have been doing so for a while now, but still can't be bothered to update them properly. They're going on having the same outdated Covid information on their big outdoor sign for almost four years now too. Haven't changed it once. The supply is often lacking and low, but the store overall feels nice and modern with at least the cashiers being friendly. I don't use the pharmacy much.

Rite Aid has always been my choice over CVS or Walgreens and I would give all 5 stars but theres this one rude lady in the pharmacy. Shes tall and skinny with long hair. I never want to call and ask about my prescription bc Im afraid she will answer. Shes not friendly and feels annoyed to be helping me although she doesnt. She tells me i cant pick up my meds for a couple days but I call the day my ins says it can be filled. I live in Madison so the closest Rite Aid is Painesville bc Madison closed. I do not want to drive out there before making sure my meds are ready so I honestly dread calling for that reason. I even have my husband pick it up in case I have to deal with her. She makes me that uncomfortable. Almost reminds me of a bullys personality. I used to get texts when it was filled but not anymore for some reason. Thats a wonderful feature. If you get a short blonde girl named Danielle, you are in good hands. Shes efficient, friendly, and could prob run the whole pharmacy.

There is a pharmacist lady there that is unbelievably rude. She’s been there forever and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there she has the same attitude and rudeness. I will literally hang up the phone if I hear her answer. I’mLiterally switching pharmacies so I don’t have to deal with her and the poor customer service there.

Dont get me wrong, they are very nice. the problem is I was out doing doordash and the old lady on the front register took 5 minutes to scan one item and wants to have a full blown conversation with every single customer in line. I wanted to get in and get out because I was on a time crunch. if she is going to be that slow, she shouldn't be dealing with customers and should stay on retirement

I ended up in Painesville randomly one day and decided to stop into Rite aid to kill time since I had never been before, and I was impressed. Everything was well organized and I had no trouble finding things I didn't realize I needed. Would definitely come back!

Rite Aid may not be the least expensive drug store, but the staff in Rx area and front make up for it with kindness and respectful interactions.

If I could give negative stars I would the male pharmacist is extremely rude and not helpful he hung up on me and gave my doctors office a hard time! All of the ladies who work here have always been kind and helpful my rating is for the male pharmacist ONLY!!! -5
